6 Years of Fighting = Cell Tower Removed in South Africa

South Africans have not been shy about opposing cell towers.  Last year, citizens threatened to camp until a cell tower was removed from school property.

Thanks to Environmental Health Trust for reporting about this recent “better-late-than-never” success story from South Africa as well as additional resources about cell towers and risks from exposure:

As reported by  EMF South Africa in “Victory – After 6 Years! Cape Town, South Africa”

A few days ago American Tower Corporation was finally forced to remove a cell-tower. Watch in the video below Children of Forest Glade Eerste River, City of Cape Town, South Africa singing “The tower must go” and  protesting in front of the Perm Gardens Baptist Church.

The children and residents of Kleinvlei have fought the battle since  2014.

Please read the letters and the full story of years of action at EMF South Africa HERE. “Victory – After 6 Years! Cape Town, South Africa”

Resources on Cell towers

Cell towers of all sizes emit biologically and environmentally harmful radiation.  Unfortunately, due to the current global “Race to 5G”, both 4G and 5G small cell tower installation and densification has increased dramatically.  Opposition to this is worldwide.  Since 2018, there have been reports of people and animals becoming sick after 5G was turned on (see 1234).  Cities AND countries have taken action to ban, delay, limit and/or stop deployment (see 123456789).
