Today, it is the site of a number experimentation antennas arrays, including at least two GWEN towers – and, alarmingly, the home of a migrant farmer community who live in close proximity to this powerful and little understood equipment in Dixon. To see these sites was a chilling experience for sure.
Why exactly was this particular electromagnetic signal hovering over and saturating this particular town for a period of several years?
