BRIEF REPORT on the TRIAL against the German CITIZENS' LAWYER Dr. Reiner Fuellmich. The witnesses confirm his statements.
Car and other mishaps
Today StA John was present without the support of the chief prosecutor. Justus Hoffmann and Viviane Fischer were not present.
Defense lawyer Dr. Miseré was delayed due to a car breakdown. Tobias Weissenborn was questioned again in detail on today's trial day. He answered the questions put to him in the same detailed and extremely confident manner as during the last interrogation. There were additions, namely he was explicitly asked about his perception regarding the class action and the client terminations. Clients had terminated their mandates at the time due to the data leak and transferred their matters, or powers of attorney, to Reiner Füllmich. This means that he was instructed to reclaim the client's money. Marcel Templin no longer had any legal right to act as the representative of the community of interests in this respect, as this was also the formal legal responsibility of Reiner Füllmich.
Weissenborn gave his testimony meticulously and in detail, enriched with expert legal explanations.
According to Weissenborn, Templin's actions were legally questionable.
They should have filed a complaint and informed the bar association, he continued.
Füllmich had always relied on communication or the settlement route, i.e. ultimately on an amicable agreement. He was under an illusion; he wanted to avoid trouble or declaratory actions.
Regarding the loans, Weissenborn said that they could of course be utilized, as they all had sole power of representation.
Weissenborn confirmed Reiner Füllmich's statements and was a witness for the defense.
Finally, the chairman read out the preliminary legal assessment of the case, which can only be regarded as devastating.
PART 2 of the SHORT REPORT from the trial day in the proceedings against civil rights activist Dr. Reiner Füllmich (May 3): THE TRICKY COURT - after it became clear that the loan agreements between Füllmich and the company actually existed and that he was authorized to conclude these agreements, the court changes its prosecution strategy. It says: these were not loan agreements after all.... The goal: a CONDEMNATION AT ANY PRICE.
Everyone present in the courtroom seemed shocked, the remarks almost brutal.
As if everything was now being tried to construct what the witness statements did not provide.
The loan agreements were interpreted as sham loan agreements that primarily constituted fiduciary asset management. The chamber thus considered it proven that Füllmich had acted unlawfully.
The audience was confronted with a completely original interpretation of the law. Antonia Fischer and Justus Hoffmann, as co-partners, should always have been informed. In addition, collusion between Reiner Füllmich and Viviane Fischer was no longer assumed.
In plain language, this means that Viviane Fischer would now be completely exonerated. (Note: this is still a preliminary legal assessment).
She would not be seen by the chamber as someone who had done something wrong.
Attorney Dr. Miseré filed a motion to suspend the main hearing, as the defense has a completely different legal opinion. A transcript of this will follow later with the consent of the defense.
Attorney Miseré also stated that he assumed that the proceedings were politicized, which could be interpreted from the fact that Reiner Füllmich was illegally brought from Mexico to Germany.
Despite the exonerating witnesses, who gave detailed, expert and credible testimony, the chamber made this preliminary legal assessment.
In addition, further dates beyond 15.05.2024 until July were scheduled in the event that the defense wishes to submit further motions for evidence - witnesses.
The chamber made it clear that it was no longer necessary to hear further witnesses - supplement: that no further witnesses would be heard ex officio.

The first “virus” Stefan started with was HIV. At the time, he was working at a university and lecturing about HIV and running a laboratory. But seeing how much suffering people were getting from vaccinations and toxic antiviral therapies for non-existent viruses, Stefan chose the truth over his promising career and, of course, was expelled from scientific (actually anti-scientific) circles.
In Germany, where Stefan is from, he founded his own scientific journal, Wissenschaftplus (Science +), to publish there information and research on disease and health, vaccination, the falsity of the germ theory of disease and contagion, based on real scientific evidence.
In 2016, Stefan won a lawsuit in Germany on the existence of the measles virus, in which he demonstrated that there is no evidence that the measles virus exists and that the intention of German officials to introduce mandatory measles vaccination is not based on science, but on pseudoscientific premises. What is in the jabs?
There does not seem to be much of a consensus about this. Lots pf people still saying that the mRNA is altering our DNA. DNA is irrelevant but the processes which alter DNA can cause permanent and inheritable damage.
Damage seems to be done sometimes months after the shots and the body itself is building spike protein or white clots or something bad elsewhere
Stefan Lanka is saying that the RNA does no damage as it breaks down quickly in the body and it cannot be an inorganic toxin as it would either get expelled or have an immediate toxic effect. So he doesn't seem to think that toxins are stored for a later detox and he is going for biological-conflict.
The technology used to produce particularly the RNA vaccines is very similar to that used to produce GMO. Toxins are introduced into biological material and this results in effects (usually bad) that can span several generations.

So 'genetic' information can be permanently transmitted by injection into the bloodstream but it has little to do with DNA. The active 'ingredient' is a piece of bio-field containing morphological information harmful to human health. This consists of a scalar-wave complex that is invisible and unmeasurable. Whatever its origins it is modified by the manufacturing process in a wholly unpredictable manner.
This information becomes integrated into the body bio-field and may cause trouble at any time, thereby explaining the delay between jab and effects. No lab test will be able to detect or characterise this information.
We don't really know anything and there is no way of telling if the antipathetic field will or could ever be expelled or neutralised. We cannot therefore say if things will get better or worse for the jabbed or their children.

Just after the 13th day of the trial at the Göttingen court, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich was forced to strip naked and was searched from head to toe as well as his personal belongings without any justification and without the knowledge of his lawyers.
Reiner was transferred last Friday to another detention unit in complete isolation in a separate cell for the past three days and again on his birthday, without any contact with anyone.
Therefore, the voice that responded from inside the prison yard at the rally in honor of Reiner Fuellmich's 66th birthday must have been that of another inmate. Reiner himself was unfortunately unable to hear anything from this gathering with several hundred people who had come in his honor.
He was deprived of his right to call his wife or his lawyers Katja Wörmer and Christof Miseré who are shocked by the non-compliance with all protocols and rights of a preventive prisoner.
All this seriously disturbed Reiner Fuellmich during the weekend, but according to Katja Wörmer, he finally found some stability.
Today, Tuesday May 7, the 14th day of the trial will take place in Göttingen. We will know more in a few hours!
It seems clear that some influential people in the justice system are trying to intimidate Reiner Fuellmich and keep him illegally in prison.

Lawyer Katja Wörmer's report on the unbelievable events in Rosdorf Prison, shortly before Dr. Reiner Fuellmich's birthday, which he had to spend in solitary confinement! He was even denied contact with his lawyer and his wife for more than three days.
In Germany, every person affected is entitled to speak to a lawyer at any time! Dr. Reiner Fuellmich was denied this right and kept in solitary confinement on the basis of outrageous accusations until his lawyer visited him. This procedure must be publicized everywhere!
P.S. In another report Katja Wörmer said that his fellow inmates have threatened to go on a hunger strike if Dr. Fuellmich is not transferred back to his area, but this happened on Monday.
