The Abortion Culture

The Abortion Culture

by Jon Rappoport, No More Fake News
October 27, 2021

From Worldometers.info: “According to WHO [World Health Organization], every year in the world there are an estimated 40-50 million abortions. This corresponds to approximately 125,000 abortions per day.”

“In the USA, where nearly half of pregnancies are unintended and four in 10 of these are terminated by abortion, there are over 3,000 abortions per day. Twenty-two percent of all pregnancies in the USA (excluding miscarriages) end in abortion.”

In researching my current series of articles on abortionin which infants are removed, alive, from the womb, and their organs cut out, killing them—for medical research—I’ve come across information about what I would call the culture of abortion.

In this article, I’m just going to quote others and make no comments.

Investigate Magazine, Ian Wishart, 3/7/12: “[Abortion clinic technician Dean] Alberty told of seeing babies wounded but alive after abortion procedures, and in one case a set of twins ‘still moving on the table’ when clinicians from AGF began dissecting the children to harvest their organs. The children, he said, were ‘cuddling each other’ and ‘gasping for breath’ when medics moved in for the kill.”

The following quotes are collected at clinicquotes.com, an astonishing resource (for starters, see this link):

A Year in the Life of an Abortion Clinic, Peter Korn, 1996: “Although the operation is over, the fetus is still a matter of concern…Rhonda, a medical assistant who also works for a biological supply company, takes the surgical tray in another room where she uses a plastic colander to strain out the blood, leaving only the separated parts of the fetus. These she places in a glass dish, taking a moment to measure one of the feet against a transparent plastic ruler to establish exact gestational age. Earlier in the day she received her regular fax detailing what body parts are needed by which researchers around the country. The researchers specify preferences for age and, in some cases, sex. Liver, spleen, pancreas, and brain are the organs most often requested.”

Is Abortion Good for Women, Rachel MacNair, Angela Kennedy; Swimming Against the Tide: Feminist Dissent on the Issue of Abortion, 1997; from abortion worker Judith Fetrow, who worked for Planned Parenthood:

“When I started at Planned Parenthood, I saw two types of women working at the clinic. One group were women who had found some way to deal with the emotional and spiritual toll of working with abortion. The second group were women who had closed themselves off emotionally. They were the walking wounded. You could look in their eyes, and see that they were emotionally dead. Unavailable for themselves, or for anyone else.”

Abortion at Work: Ideology and Practice in a Feminist Clinic, Wendy Simonds, 1996; quoting an abortion clinic employee: “It’s just—I mean it looks like a baby. It looks like a baby. And especially if you get one that comes out, that’s not piecemeal. And you know, I saw this one, and it had its fingers in its mouth…it makes me really sad that that had to happen, you know, but it doesn’t change my mind. It’s just hard. And it makes me just sort of stop and feel sad about it, the whole necessity of it. And also….it’s very warm when it comes into the sterile room because it’s been in the mother’s stomach. It feels like flesh, you know…”

Interview of Joy Davis done by Life Dynamics in 1993; Joy Davis, a former abortion worker, wrote about her fellow clinic workers: “We don’t have conversations. Sometimes the employees faint. Sometimes they throw up. Sometimes they have to leave the room. It’s just problems that we deal with, but it’s not talked about…If you really dwell on it, and talk about it all the time, then it gets more personal. It gets more real to you. You just don’t talk about it, try not to think about it…If [the abortionist] ever caught you discussing something like that, he’d fire you.”

Sadja Goldsmith “Second Trimester Abortion by Dilation and Extraction (Evacuation) [D&E]: Surgical Techniques and Psychological Reactions”; Paper presented at the annual meeting of the Association of Planned Parenthood Physicians in Atlanta, Georgia Oct 13-14 1977; In a paper on the D&E abortion method, which at the time was new, an abortionist wrote: “The fetus was extracted in small pieces to minimize cervical trauma. The fetal head was often the most difficult object to crush and remove, because of its size and contour. The operator kept track of each portion of the fetal skeleton….”

“Selective Abortion, AKA Pregnancy Reduction.” New England Journal of Medicine, April 21, 1988; Two abortionists describing selective abortions done on multiple pregnancies: “Using ultra-sound to locate each fetus, the doctors would insert a needle into the chest cavity of the most accessible fetus and place the needle tip directly into the heart of the baby. Potassium chloride was then injected into the heart and the heart was viewed on the ultrasound screen until it stopped beating. Even at 9 weeks, 3 of the 12 fetuses selected for elimination presented problems. The heart continued to beat and the procedure had to be repeated.”

Kenneth Paul Fye, PhD, Obvious Murder: The March From Abortion to Infanticide (May 30, 2016) 253; Jewish former abortionist Dr. Bernard Nathanson [who had performed thousands of abortions] said to an audience in Canada, where he was speaking: “I’m going to set it against my Jewish heritage and the Holocaust in Europe. The abortion holocaust is beyond the ordinary discourse of morality and rational condemnation. It is not enough to pronounce it absolutely evil… The abortion industry is a new event, severed from connections with traditional presuppositions of history, psychology, politics, and morality…This is an evil torn free of its moorings in reason and causality, and ordinary secular corruption raised to unimaginable powers of magnification and limitless extremity.”

Written Testimony of Kathi A. Aultman, MD Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing March 15th 2016:

Chairman Grassley, I would like to thank you for inviting me to participate in this hearing today. I have spent my entire career as a women’s advocate and have a keen interest in issues that impact women’s health. I come to you as someone who has done 1st and 2nd trimester abortions and who has treated women with the medical and psychological complications of abortions. I have cared for women and their babies throughout normal pregnancies, medically complicated ones, and those with fetal anomalies. I have taken care of women who decided to keep their unplanned pregnancies and those who aborted them. I have given birth vaginally twice and I have had an abortion. I also have a cousin who survived an abortion. I have testified on issues related to abortion in state courts and legislatures, and before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution.

At the time I entered medical school I believed that the availability of abortion on demand was an issue of women’s rights. I felt that a woman should have control over her body and not be forced to bear a child she didn’t want. My commitment to women’s issues was strengthened as I was exposed to the discrimination inherent in medical school and residency at that time, and to the plight of the indigent women we served in our program. I also believed it was wrong to bring unwanted children into an overpopulated world where they were likely to be neglected or abused.

During my residency I was trained in 1st trimester abortions using the D&C with suction technique. I then sought and received special training in 2nd trimester D&E procedures during which the fetus is crushed and removed in pieces. After each procedure I had to examine the tissue carefully to account for all the body parts to make sure nothing was left to cause infection or bleeding. I was fascinated by the tiny but perfectly formed intestines, kidneys, and other organs and I enjoyed looking at their amazing cellular detail under the microscope. I realize it is hard to imagine someone being able to do that and be so detached but because of my training and conditioning a human fetus seemed no different than the chick embryos I dissected in college. I could view them with strictly scientific interest devoid of any of the emotions with which I would normally view a baby. I wasn’t heartless I just had been trained to compartmentalize these things.

If I had a woman come in with a miscarriage or a still birth and she had wanted the baby I was distraught with her and felt her pain. The difference in my mind was whether the baby was wanted or unwanted.

After my first year of training I got my medical license and was able to get a job moonlighting at a women’s clinic in Gainesville, Florida doing abortions. I reasoned that although the need for abortion was unfortunate, it was the lesser of two evils, and I was doing something for the wellbeing of women. I also could make a lot more money doing abortions than I could make working in an emergency room. I enjoyed the technical challenges of the procedure and prided myself on being really good at what I did. The only time I experienced any qualms about what I was doing was when I had my neonatal care rotation and I realized that I was trying to save babies in the NICU that were the same age as babies I was aborting, but I rationalized it, and was able to push the feelings to the back of my mind. My last year in residency I became pregnant but continued to do abortions without any reservations.

The first time I returned to the clinic after my delivery, however, I was confronted with 3 cases that broke my heart and changed my opinion about abortion. In the first case I discovered that I had personally done 3 abortions on a girl scheduled that morning. When I protested about doing the abortion, I was told by the clinic staff that it was her right to choose to use abortion as her method of birth control and that I had no right to pass judgment on her or to refuse to do the procedure. I told them it was fine for them to say but that I was the one who had to do the killing. Of course she got her abortion and despite my urging she told me she had no desire to use birth control. The next situation involved a woman who when asked by her friend if she wanted to see the tissue she replied “No! I just want to kill it!” I was taken aback by her hostility and lack of compassion towards the fetus.

The last case brought me to tears. This was a mother of four who didn’t feel she and her husband could support another child. How I hurt for that mother. What a terrible decision to have to make. She cried throughout her time at the clinic and that was the end of my abortion career. I had finally had made the obvious connection between fetus and baby.

I found out later that few doctors are able to do abortions for very long. Physicians are taught to heal, not harm. OB/GYNs especially, often experience a conflict of conscience because they are normally are concerned about the welfare of both their patients but in an abortion they are killing one of them.

Although many people view an abortion as just removing a blob of tissue, the abortionist knows exactly what he or she is doing because they must count the body parts after each procedure. Eventually the truth sinks in and if they have a conscience they can no longer do them.

My views also changed as I saw young women in my practice who did amazingly well after deciding to keep their unplanned pregnancies and those who were struggling with the emotional aftermath of abortion. It was not what I expected to see.

I will never forget one woman who had gone to the Orlando area for a late term abortion. She had not recovered from the horror of delivering her live 20+ week baby boy into the toilet. Her agony was compounded by the fact that her baby brother had died by drowning.

Another woman told me that she was seeing a psychiatrist because although she strongly believed in a woman’s right to choose abortion she couldn’t cope with the realization that she had killed her child. Some of my patients didn’t express any remorse until they realized they would never get pregnant either because of medical problems, advancing age, or personal issues. I personally didn’t have any concern or remorse about having had an abortion until after I had my first child. It was then that I mourned the child that would have been.

As a society we have shifted our priorities from basic human rights to women’s rights and have taught our young women that nothing should interfere with their right to do whatever they want with their bodies, especially when it comes to pregnancy. We have also done a good job of sanitizing our language to make abortion more palatable. We don’t speak about the “baby”, rather we talk about the “fetus”. The abortionist “terminates the pregnancy” rather than “killing the baby”. As medical doctors and as a society we have moved away from the idea that life is precious and closer to the utilitarian attitudes which wreaked so much havoc during the last century. In most ethical dilemmas we must weigh the rights of one person against the rights of another.

Even for the most staunch abortion supporter there is a line somewhere that they feel shouldn’t be crossed. I would agree that we need to give a women as much choice as possible in determining her future and what she does with her body but we must also recognize the truth that there are at least 2 people involved in a pregnancy and that at some point the rights of the weaker one deserve some consideration. Some people believe life begins at conception when the egg and sperm meet and should be safe guarded at that point. Others feel it isn’t until it is safely implanted it its mother’s uterus that it deserves protection. Many feel it should have some rights once it is viable or old enough to live outside the womb. Yet there are some who feel that the baby has no rights even in process of being born. Should a baby that can live outside the womb be given no consideration, no protection, and no rights, just because it is unwanted? Should we not at least have compassion on babies at 20 weeks gestation when their nervous systems are developed enough for them to experience pain and protect them from the excruciating pain of being dismembered or killed in other ways?

Hopefully we all agree that a mother should not be able to kill her 3 year old child; but what about an infant? There are some who advocate that a mother should have the right to euthanize her infant up until 3 months of age because there may be a defect that didn’t express itself at birth. I think most Americans would say that once a baby is born there is no question it should be protected and yet there are those who say that if it is unwanted but managed to survive an abortion it does not qualify for the same care that any other baby would get at the same gestation and it is OK to kill it. Is it the child’s fault that it is unwanted? Should it lose its rights simply for that reason? Doesn’t the government have a responsibility to protect that child even if its parents won’t? What if a baby is defective when it is born? We have laws to protect people with disabilities. Are we going to exclude babies, our most vulnerable citizens, from that protection? The problem is where does it stop? Where does a civilized society draw the line?

As legislators you have the burdensome task of writing the laws that govern our society and that the majority of people will accept. At the same time you must protect the most vulnerable among us. You are ultimately the ones who will determine where that line is drawn. It’s a difficult job. We are a people of many religions and traditions with different needs and wants.

In making your decision you should not forget that abortion generates a lot of money. Much of the power and influence behind the drive to prevent any restriction on abortion comes from those who make a profit on it and I am sad to say they have used a distorted view of women’s rights as a cover.

I have always thought of myself as a good person but at one point I was horrified by the realization that I had killed more people than most mass murderers. Today when I meet young men and women that I delivered, the joy of meeting them and knowing that I played a part in bringing them into the world safely, is clouded by the thought of all the ones I will never meet because I terminated their lives. I would not want to be in your shoes and have the burden of knowing that I could have prevented the deaths of thousands even millions and did nothing. I would encourage you to vote for both of these bills.

Newtown, CT Resident: Questioning the Sandy Hook Narrative — Mind-Boggling “Coincidences” Connect Mafia-Like Ties Within Key Town Positions

Newtown, CT Resident: Questioning the Sandy Hook Narrative — Mind-Boggling “Coincidences” Connect Mafia-Like Ties Within Key Town Positions

Rebecca Carnes, Sandy Hook: Crime Family Structure Key to Control. Right, Sandy Hook Fire Department?

by Rebecca Carnes
sourced from James Fetzer
July 12, 2020

[jamesfetzer.org editor’s note: For those who want more background about the Sandy Hook event, watch “Sandy Hook Update: Tracy loses, Wolfgang wins. The Deep State Strikes Back!”, where you can see much of the evidence for yourself, including how Shannon Hicks took staged photos of a mock evacuation of children from the school. This may be the most important article ever published on the Sandy Hook hoax.]

Among the Everest-like mountain of unbelievable “facts” and assorted discrepancies that make up the official Sandy Hook story delivered to Newtown residents and the American public, are the many mind-boggling and statistical-shattering “coincidences” that connect family members in key town positions. First up on our list for consideration: The Sandy Hook Fire Department.

Most anyone outside of Newtown (and maybe even those in Newtown who haven’t lived here long enough to know the names of certain town leaders and their well-placed family members) – probably wouldn’t piece together the mafia-like family ties and otherwise of those in Newtown’s power positions during and after the Sandy Hook event. But these local relationships between town, police, fire, church, newspaper, real estate, school and court – are incredibly revealing when taking a good, close-up look at what was delivered as the official Sandy Hook story according to the distorted lens of the controlled media and especially according to the Connecticut State Police (CSP) report on Sandy Hook issued in 2013 by Danbury District Attorney and Newtown resident (coincidence #1) Stephen J. Sedensky III.

For starters, let’s take a look at the Sandy Hook Fire Department who was so hyper-connected to the Sandy Hook terror production they could have hosted it and served refreshments at their fire station (oh yeah, they pretty much did). And let’s not neglect to examine the key divorces, marriages and family relations between Sandy Hook firefighters and important power players in our town leadership, the likes of which make the intermingling and intrigue of a 1980s soap opera look mild.

Horrified citizens of this country who watched the orchestrated terror descend on Newtown that fateful Dec. 14, 2012 morning, likely didn’t bat an eyelash when the media reported that Sandy Hook Elementary School secretary Barbara Halstead was one of the first “victims” to call 911 that morning. That’s because your average citizen (and maybe even your average Newtown resident) might not have known that among the first five emergency responders that morning, two were directly related to Barbara and all were firefighters from the Sandy Hook fire station located at the bottom of the Sandy Hook Elementary School’s driveway. The first to arrive on scene was Barbara Halstead’s former husband and long-time Sandy Hook Fire Chief William “Bill’ Halstead Sr. (coincidence #2), along with Barbara’s Sandy Hook firefighter daughter Karin Halstead who just happened to also be Captain of Newtown’s EMS (Emergency Management Services) department in charge of overseeing emergency communications that morning (coincidence #3).

Also in tow as among the first five responders, was former Sandy Hook Fire Captain John Jeltema who was Karin Halstead’s boyfriend at the time and now her husband. As head of Newtown’s Emergency Management on 12/14, Karin Halstead was therefore in charge of overseeing the 911 system and EMTs – and was likely one of the first to hear her mother Barbara’s 911 call from the Sandy Hook school office (coincidence #4).

At 9:46 a.m. that morning, Karin Halstead is also the one who absurdly and shockingly told the first two ambulances and paramedics responding to the emergency 911 call to NOT drive up the school driveway but rather park and wait in the rear lot of the Sandy Hook fire station. Karin Halstead’s husband is Sandy Hook firefighter and former Sandy Hook Fire Captain John Jeltema who is also brother to Connecticut State Trooper Christine Jeltema (coincidence #5) who we just saw give a press conference in May regarding the apparent mental breakdown and killing rampage reportedly perpetrated by Peter Manfredonia. Peter being the Sandy Hook native and UConn student who just happened to grow up on the same Yogananda Street as Adam Lanza (coincidence #6) and whose uncle Chris Manfredonia lived directly behind the Lanza house (coincidence #7) and … (try and swallow all of these “coincidences” without choking, please) .. arrived at the Sandy Hook school at 9:30 a.m. at about the same time as Adam Lanza (coincidence #8).

Chris Manfredonia was reported as saying he got to the school 15 minutes early with plans to attend a scheduled 9:45 a.m. gingerbread house-making activity with is first-grade daughter in Kaitlin Roig’s class. According to news reports in the L.A. Times and elsewhere, Manfredonia reportedly said he heard popping sounds, smelled sulfur and then ran around the outside of the school to try and get to his daughter when he was stopped and handcuffed by police. Chris Manfredonia and an armed, off-duty tactical SWAT officer who just happened to be near the school that morning and was running through the woods away from Sandy Hook Elementary School were both detained by police (as were three other men who are seen in aerial footage fleeing the school grounds). A troublesome entry on the official Sandy Hook Timeline (Page 1, A 84, Appendix) of the Connecticut State Police (CSP) report, states that a “parent” arrived at SHES at 9:30 a.m. for a gingerbread house project and was “buzzed into” the school at the main doors after which he reports hearing gunfire of about 15 shots.

Here’s the excerpt from Page 1 of the CSP Timeline:

09:30:00 Parent arrives at SHES for the gingerbread house event and has to be buzzed into SHES. At around 9:34, hears gunfire, reports approx 15 shots.

So the official narrative of the Connecticut State Police and Stephen Sedensky’s district attorney’s office puts Chris Manfredonia INSIDE Sandy Hook Elementary School at 9:30 a.m. at about the same time Adam Lanza reportedly shoots the glass out to the right side of the main entrance doors and begins shooting the teachers and kids. Why would the press report that Chris Manfredonia was running around the outside of the school trying to reach his daughter somehow and then was stopped by police? Who gave them this information? How could there be such a significant discrepancy in the CSP report and what was told to the public? How come nobody in the press ever interviewed Chris Manfredonia to clear up this matter? How come the Newtown police quickly cleared and released Chris Manfredonia that morning, especially if he was IN THE SCHOOL when the shots were reportedly being fired, as the official CSP report attests?

China Sees… Well… “Something” on the Moon

China Sees… Well… “Something” on the Moon

by Joseph P. Farrell
April 13, 2020

Once upon a time there was a big country of lots of talented and brilliant, but very oppressed, people called China.

The people doing the oppressing came from a very long and ancient tradition of oppressors, but then they decided to become more modern and up-to-date, and they quit calling themselves war lords and emperors, and decided to call themselves things like “central committee” and “politburo” and “communists” and “general secretaries.” But they didn’t quite shed the oppressor image, because their paper money still had pictures of The Great Oppressor, a loathsome and murderous man by the name of Mao-Tse-Dung (emphasis on the dung), whose picture also hangs in the World Villains Hall of Fame along with a bunch of other folks by the name of Castro, Pol Pot, Hitler, Stalin, and so on.

Nevertheless, to show the world how modern and up-to-date they were, they decided to import and steal a lot of foreign technology and food so their people wouldn’t have to eat things like bats, but could eat things like GMOs instead. While all of this was going on, the oppressors decided to make everyone feel better and good about themselves, so they decided to have a space program. Using their bought, borrowed, and stolen technology, they managed to stun the world with a feat of space engineering and operational complexity: that of sending a landing robotic probe to the Far Side of the Moon.

But then, Something Happened, because the Oppressors crawled into bed with Harvard chemists and the world’s top computer man who designed the world’s worst operating system, who just happened to be experts in nano-technology and vaccines, and who wanted to vaccinate everyone. Well, you won’t believe what happened next! The Oppressors decided to open a big laboratory in one of China’s biggest cities, called Wuhan, where the Harvard professor occasionally worked. And then someone ate some bat stew or soup or something, and came down with a virus that the local laboratory just happened to be researching, and all sorts of people suddenly became sick and it spread all around the world, and became a plandemic the likes of which Dr. Anthony Fauci and the computer expert who designed the world’s worst operating system could only have dreamed of, while many people outside of China wondered about the irony that the computer guy, whose operating system was easily riddled with viruses, was presuming to speak out about how to protect people from viruses.

Meanwhile, many doctors inside of China who weren’t part of the oppressors heroically risked their lives to warn everyone about what was happening, but they disappeared for some reason, and then were never heard from again, while doctors elsewhere were challenging the numbers behind the Fauci crisis, and were being ignored by what was called the Propatainment “media”.

While all of this was going on, T.M. spotted an article in an American newspaper and passed it along, that indicated that the robotic probe the Oppressors had sent to the far side of the Moon had spotted something back in September 2019, just as the Fauci crisis was getting underway, that was just a little problematical and “sticky”:

China has new images of bizarre substance on dark side of moon

What the article said was truly astonishing, and momentarily made everyone forget the Fauci crisis:

Earlier this month, the Chinese space agency revealed that the Yutu-2 rover it sent to the far side of the moon months back found something it didn’t expect. The rover’s handlers spotted something strange in a crater just as the rover was preparing to power down for the lunar night.

It was a strange, glossy substance that Chinese researchers said had a “gel-like” appearance. Nobody can say for certain what it is, but early theories suggested it may be lunar glass created by whatever impact created the crater itself. Now, China has released some additional images of the crater and the material inside, but the mystery is no closer to being solved.

But what was really unusual and had everyone – including the oppressors – scratching their heads, was that there was a picture which went along with the article:

And there in almost the center of the picture was the sticky problem, an almost perfectly rectilinear feature that was presumably the glassy or gel-like substance, that had everyone snickering and chuckling at the explanation being offered, that it was the result of the rover’s scanning tools, or a glassy substance created by an impact.

But the Oppressors felt good about that explanation, because they had finally caught up with their chief rival, a strange agency well-known for its fabrications, obfuscations, and explanations that made no sense, called NASA, which had once called a Face a Trick of Light and Shadow. But after NASA took some pictures of a moon of Saturn called Iapetus, with three parallel ridges on its equator, and which looked uncomfortably like objects called the Death Star from the movies, no one was buying that explanation either. But everyone quit questioning narratives when the Propatainment Ministry came along, and sponsored a new TV show called “Corona Virus, starring Dr. Anthony Fauci,” and everyone stayed home, wore masks, and was entertained by the doctor and his amazing feats of sleight of hand with numbers.

The End.

See you on the flip side…

The Antarctica Strangeness List Just Became Even Stranger

The Antarctica Strangeness List Just Became Even Stranger
by Joseph P. Farrell
June 19, 2018

By now, regular readers here are well aware of the high strangeness surrounding our planet’s southern continent, Antarctica. Much of that high strangeness surrounds the very weird list of people associated with the place. Since the last time I posted this list, there have been some “revisions”, some of which have been brought to my attention by our friend and colleague, Daniel Liszt a.k.a. the Dark Journalist, and some of which I mentioned in my last book, Hess and the Penguins. So, here’s the very strange list of people connected to Antarctica, as far as I know it and can recall (and many thanks to all of you who’ve helped expand and document this list: (1) Reichsmarschall Hermann Goering, creator of the Luftwaffe and the Gestapo, sponsor of the 1938-39 German Antarctic expedition (as pointed out in some of my books, beginning with Reich of the Black Sun); (2) Deputy Fuehrer (Stellvertreter) Rudolf Hess (as pointed out in Hess and the Penguins); (3) US Navy Rear Admiral Richard Byrd, leader of the 1946-1947 US “High Jump” expedition (Hess and the Penguins); (4) U.S. Navy Admiral-of-the-Fleet Chester Nimitz (Hess and the Penguins); (5) U.S. Secretary of the Navy John Forrestal (Hess and the Penguins); (5) Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin; (6) Kiril III, Russian Orthodox Patriarch of Moscow; (7) U.S. Secretary of State John Kerrey; (8) the late King Juan Carlos of Spain; (8) the recently-married Prince Harry of Antarctica…

…Well, the list goes on and on, but you get the idea. Oh, did I mention, that Admiral Byrd’s nephew was one of the owners of the Texas School Book Depository building in Dallas when President John F. Kennedy was murdered there? Well, if not, here’s the reference (courtesy of Daniel Liszt a.k.a. the Dark Journalist, who first made me aware of thatstrange connection):

When we began to look a little closer at D. Harold Byrd (nephew of the famous Admiral Byrd), there was one major detail that jumped out at us. It wasn’t the fact that he was a saunch right-winger and a personal friend of Lyndon Johnson. Nor was it the fact that he founded the Civil Air Patrol. (An organization to which Lee Harvey Oswald once belonged). What intrigued us was the fact that D. Harold Byrd, Dallas millionaire and oil tycoon, was the owner of the Texas School Book Depository Building. (Glen Sample and Mark Collom, The Men on the Sixth Floor [Garden Grove, CA: Sample Graphics, 2011], p. 178.)

This above-cited source also goes on to show D Harold Byrd’s close association with the Texas oilmen that many researchers believe were involved in some manner in the JFK assassination, Murchison and Hunt. (See the same source, pp. 178-180.)

Now, if Russian Orthodox Patriarchs of Moscow, Nazis, US admirals, Secretaries of State, moon astronauts, British and Spanish royals aren’t enough to convince you that something very strange and serious is going on in connection with the polar continent(oh, did I mention that you can add US defense contractor and well-known black projects company Lockheed-Martin to the list?), then perhaps this newest addition to the list will convince you (and a big thank you to all of you who spotted this story):

Turkey set to create own Antarctic research station next year — president

‘Time of the Dawn of Turkey’: Erdogan Announces Construction of Antarctic Base

Really? Ottomaniac Erdogan wants a Turkish scientific base in Antarctica, while he has significant problems at home? What’s even weirder is the way that the Sultan decided to announce the project, in a tweet on Twitter. Even weirder than this “Trumpism” is the actual wording of the Sublime Porte’s announcement:

“In 2019, we will create a research station in Antarctica. Through this station, we will join the victorious group of 30 countries who already have a presence there. This is a time of global vision. It is the time of the dawn of Turkey!”(Emphasis added)

The rhetoric here  – “the victorious group of 30 countries” – is reminiscent of the Rococo language of the Porte, and could thus be written down to the politics-as-usual sort of thing that politicians like to indulge in, in this case minus the “bey effendis” that characterized the Porte of yesteryear.

But I have to indulge in my trademark High Octane SpeculationTM here: what if it isn’t? What if Mr. Erdogan means what he says when referring to a “victorious group of 30 countries who already have a presence there”? Viewed that way, I cannot but help recall the words attributed to Rear Admiral Byrd by the El Mercurio de Santiago when the Admiral terminated the High Jump expedition months ahead of schedule, and warned that the USA would have to prepare to defend itself against “enemy” aircraft capable of flying from pole to pole. Byrd returned to the USA, and we can only presume that he then briefed his superiors – Fleet Admiral Nimitz and Secretary Forrestal – about the expedition. He then wrote a very lengthy article about the expedition for National Geographic magazine, did a television appearance on the old Longines CBS talk show, and then more or less laid low. As readers of my book Hess and the Penguins will recall, his son was invited to Washington on an anniversary of that National Geographic article, but on the way, disappeared, only to be found dead in a Baltimore warehouse. The Baltimore police treated it as a homicide and assigned a detective to the case, but nothing  more, to my knowledge, was ever done about the case.  Within the alternative research community, the hypothesis has been advanced that Admiral Byrd and the High Jump expedition ran afoul of post-war surviving Nazis and their advanced high tech in Antarctica, was whipped into submission, and beat a hasty retreat, a view to which I do not subscribe. Other versions have it that he encountered aliens and UFOS, or found the entrance into the “hollow earth”(also stories to which, needless to say, I most emphatically do not subscribe), and so on. None of these stories has much, if any, evidence to back them up. But something happened down there that caught the attention of Herman Goering and Richard Byrd, and it probably wasn’t just whale oil, lubricants, resources, or rich fishing fields.

So along comes Mr. Erdogan in the Sublime Porte, and announces that Turkey intends to join the “victorious group of 30 countries who already have a presence down there.” Victory implies a conflict of some sort, and conflict of some sort implies someone with whom one is in conflict, an enemy, an opposition. So taking Mr. Erdogan’s strange remark in a more literal and less rhetorical sense, one has to wonder, how long was this conflict? Against whom was it waged? Was the presence of Secretary of State Kerry, King Juan Carlos, Prince Harry and so on related to this possible conflict? Does the presence of Apollo Moon astronaut Buzz Aldrin – and for that matter, Kiril III – in this list indicate some off-planet opposition? Or does the presence of Goering and Hess- or again, Kiril III – in this impossibly strange list indicate that – indeed – there may be some kernel of truth to all those Nazi “last battalion” legends that have so persistently continued against the end of the war?

I don’t know, but the bottom line is, Mr. Erdogan’s comment is capable of more than one interpretation, and in the context of all the other high strangeness associated with Antarctica, my money is actually on the second interpretation.

See you on the flip side…
