Highlights from the Freedom Rally March in Melbourne, Australia – 24.07.21

The Chief Commissioner of Police disgraced himself yesterday on 3AW radio when talking about the lengths that people in Victoria are going to, in order to organise protests to voice their dissent by using encrypted messaging apps to circumvent police detection.

In a free & democratic nation such as Australia, ordinary citizens that are displeased with their government should never have to use encrypted messaging apps to avoid detection by the police, just so they can exercise their civil & human right to protest. Without being subject to any meaningful oversight and having to provide no accountability to the public they serve, it would appear that the government and police have gone mad with power in Victoria. Yet despite all these hurdles, thousands still managed to gather in opposition of lockdowns and draconian mandates in the State.

I’ve minimised the amount of police interactions in this video, as there is no point in highlighting their unlawful interactions with the public. Instead this highlight belongs to the people of Victoria, and their courage in the face of adversity.

Protests Erupt In Italy After New “Health Passports” Revealed

Thousands of people flooded the streets of Turin, a city located in northern Italy, Thursday evening to protest harsh government restrictions for unvaccinated citizens, dubbed the “green pass.”

The Italian prime minister, Mario Draghi, told a press conference Thursday that the country will need to act and suppress another wave of COVID-19 infections at a time the Delta variant is spreading throughout Europe.

The green pass — a digit certificate containing proof of immunization will be necessary for anyone older than 12 to enter stadiums, museums, theatres, cinemas, exhibition centers, swimming pools, and gyms. The pass is an extension of the EU’s digital Covid certificate and will also be required for restaurants.

The updated version of the vaccine passport will begin on Aug. 5 and didn’t sit well with residents who see their freedoms whittled away by the government. This violation of freedom sparked a massive protest in Turin.

“As soon as the Italian government announced the introduction of the “health passport” people took to the streets to protest. The images below are from Torino just now. The feeling in the streets is one of anger at the government’s decision,” the Twitter user said.

Like the thousands of French citizens protesting in the streets in the past week, the Italian people were outraged by additional restrictions.

Demos in Parliament Square – Photos, Videos and Speeches in Support of a Real “Freedom Day”

Thousands gathered in scorching heat in Parliament Square on Monday 19th July to demand the ending of all lockdown restrictions in the UK on the day that the British government had promised to be Freedom Day.

The restrictions have not been lifted completely, and indeed in his speech on Freedom Day, Boris Johnson linked the opening of some leisure facilities to vaccine status. He even said:

“We reserve the right to mandate certification at any point, if it is necessary to reduce transmission”.

Those in the anti-lockdown resistance communities have lost all faith in the government led by Boris Johnson.

People were gathering in Parliament Square from 9am, taking over the green, the pavements and the adjacent roads, but the biggest numbers arrived at midday. As before, an ever-growing variety of placards, t-shirts, banners and leaflets reflects the passion and sincerity with which people communicate their frustration. And as in the previous protests people often strike up conversation by commenting and appreciating each other’s slogans and t-shirts. There were many people with megaphones making local ad-hoc speeches.

This kind of heat is unusual in London and protesters had to endure temperatures of over 30C and much higher in the full sun. The only respite was at the north end of the square which offered some shade from the canopy of the trees. There, by the statute of Mahatma Gandhi, Piers Corbyn gave a speech whilst other people were congregating nearer the Houses of Parliament.

The main address came from Mark Sexton, a retired Police Constable well known in the resistance communities for his recently circulating video recordings in which he is seen serving evidence of crimes committed by the UK government delivered to his local police station. Mark Sexton’s speech, lasting about 20 minutes, was delivered next to the Houses of Parliament protected by a row of policemen on duty.

Sexton revealed that the Covid pandemic, based on the inappropriate use of PCR tests, was fraudulent, and called upon the police present to enter Parliament and arrest Boris Johnson, Matt Hancock, Nadhim Zahawi, Priti Patel, Patrick Vallance, Chris Whitty and Michael Gove. He said:

“You are not fit to govern me, my family, my friends, my children or any member of the United Kingdom. You are not fit for purpose. You are not welcome. Leave!”

He then went on to detail the charges:

“The crimes that these people are responsible for committing unabated since March 2020 […] against you and me are: misfeasance in public office, misconduct in public office, murder, genocide, terrorism, crimes against humanity, fraud, conspiracy to commit murder, torture, false imprisonment, administering a noxious substance or poison with intent to cause harm of death , multiple breaches of the human rights act, child abuse, kidnapping, blackmail, theft, attempted murder, corporate manslaughter, and conspiracy to commit all of the above.”

Sexton then went on to say that the pandemic regulations and the introduction of the vaccines are not about public health but about ‘controlling us and we will not let that happen. The vaccine programme is a disaster and must be stopped’.

He also said that the double standards shown by the powerful who continue to travel without quarantine which ordinary people are denied shows that “Covid is of no concern to the rich and powerful.” Sexton also addressed the police, reminding them that they had all sworn an oath to protect the public from injury or loss and that they have failed us. He repeated his call to the police to act on the knowledge of the committed crimes – which was echoed by the crowds chanting to the police: ‘do you job, do your job!”

Finally, Mark Sexton turned to the protestors and informed them that it is within the law for them, the people, to arrest those who commit crime. His speech was finished by calling the people to realise their right and powers.

He said that as the people we are the higher authority and we would not accept the curtailment of our God-given rights. He said that all government buildings, all state property, all court buildings are owned by the people. “We own it!” he said.

Finally, he called on the people present to use their right and vote in 12 new laws there and then. These laws were all to be voted in by those present by shouting either YES, YES, YES, or NO, NO, NO. “Today we will vote in our own laws. They come from the people and are voted in by the people”:

1. To stop all those in public office responsible from committing any further harm.
2. To stop the vaccination programme immediately.
3. To stop the vaccination programme being administered to our children.
4. To remove all restrictions imposed as a result of the Coronavirus Act 2020
5. An immediate withdrawal of the Coronavirus Act 2020 and never to be allowed to be part of British law or our constitution ever again.
6. To remove any influence from WHO and WEF and the UN to put an immediate halt to Agenda 21.
7. To open all NHS establishments including GP surgeries and to start to reduce the significant backlog of treatments, surgeries and patient care.
8. To put in place an emergency government that is fit for purpose of the benefit of the wellbeing of the people of the UK.
9. To cancel all court cases in relation to any breach of the Coronavirus Act 2020 and any fines in relation to breaching our rights to protest.
10. To refund in full any person or business issued any fines in relation to CA 2020.
11. To remove all stickers on all screens in shops and public space transports that bear any reference to social distancing and wearing masks.
12. To make a national broadcast to the people of the UK on all television channels to make them aware of the above laws, to allow the their freedoms to go about their daily lives without being subject to fear and propaganda, confirming the removal of face masks and all restrictions forthwith.

After Max Sexton, Kate Shemirani, recently struck off from the register of the Nursing and Midwifery Council for ‘promoting conspiracy theories and claiming Covid 19 is a hoax’ and who calls herself a natural nurse in a toxic world, delivered a passionate speech about medical abuses committed against children in care, the elderly and those in care homes.

The atmosphere during the Freedom Day protest was much more serious and tense than in recent protests.

Although there was some music and the place was buzzing with authentic, engaged conversations, there seemed less joy and optimism. Many people left after the afternoon speeches, around 3pm, yet people continued to arrive. Some stayed sitting on the grass and near the statues for much of the day.

More speeches were delivered near the Churchill statue. A woman talked about her experiences of child trafficking and ritual abuse. These protest encounters are more and more about getting to the core of what is broken in the West: the corruption of the elites, the powerful and many important public institutions.

Today, the people met in the square, took over the public space, the modern-day Agora and spent a hot London day, much like Athenians did in ancient Greece, putting their polis to right. It was an exercise in democracy. The intent of the assembly was peaceful and assertive.

Yet, predictably the power pushed back.

Although in the afternoon a video emerged showing some policemen taking off their helmets in front of a group of protestors, later on scenes of a handful of violent encounters, with some police provoking the people, showed a few brutal arrests, followed by scuffles with some angry protestors.

This will no doubt be the only news of the day in mainstream media.

Attorney Renate Holzeisen: “Covid Vaccines Violate European Legislation”

Senta Depuydt: [00:00:02] Hi everyone, I’m Senta Depuydt from CHD Europe, and today I’m with Renate Holzeisen, who I consider the number one lawyer litigating Covid vaccines issues at the level of the European institutions. Renate is with me for two very important legal actions against the European Commission, and we will ask people from all over Europe to participate. So Renate is a highly trained barrister in the field of economic and fiscal matters. She’s also specialised in international and European law. And since the beginning of the pandemic, she has been on the front line to defend our fundamental rights. So she has filed an impressive number of cases related to Covid vaccines. She’s from Sud Tyrol, the German speaking part of Italy so her main language is German, and she often collaborates with Austrian and German colleagues such as Reiner Fuellmich, for example. Finally, Renate is a member of the CHD Europe’s advisory board. And we are very, very proud to have you with us.

Renate, thank you for joining us. I know your time is very precious. Before you explain what we want to do today. Can you first tell us a little bit about the different legal actions you already have taken at the European level? Thank you.

Renate Holzeisen: [00:01:32] Thank you. It’s a pleasure to be with you today. So we have already filed 4 actions for annulment, according to Article 263 of the Treaty on Functioning of the European Union against the deliberations of the European Commission for the conditional authorisation of the four currently authorised so-called Covid-19 vaccines, which in fact are experimental gene therapeutic products. We found that the deliberations taken by the European Commission are fundamentally against European law of the conditional authorisation of medicines and vaccines, if they were vaccines, which we know are gene therapeutics products. They (the decisions) have to be taken according to European regulation 507 of  2006. And one of the conditions fixed by the European legislator is that the product has to guarantee a positive balance between benefits and risks.

So first of all, we have to explain that these substances weren’t studied and authorized for the prevention of the infection with the sars-cov-2 virus. They were only studied and authorised for the prevention of the disease Covid-19. And already there, we see a lot, not only of misunderstanding, but in fact, of a real propaganda, disinforming propaganda by the institutions and by the European governments. And this is a very unacceptable circumstance. We see it now with the legislations which are announced in the different European countries like France and Italy regarding the so-called Green Pass…

Senta Depuydt: [00:04:48] Yes, I’m just going to come back on this because you say so many important things there. And I remember very clearly – we published an article on this fact  that when the EMA, and there is still that interview, I believe – when the EMA released this conditional authorisation, they had a full interview with the experts and they said: “Oh, we don’t know if the vaccine is going to prevent transmission. It’s actually not been studied.. It’s not provided in the data. We have no idea about this”. On the contrary, every evidence points to the fact that in all the countries where there was this huge vaccination campaigns, Israel, UK, etc. we see that there are new variants and it didn’t it work on the transmission. So you’re really pointing to the key element of the fraud. How does the European Union or how do the different countries continue (with this)? You know, do they provide false evidence, false data to suddenly say: “Oh, yeah, well, it does actually block the transmission”. My question to you..

Renate Holzeisen: [00:06:22] Yes, we have to be very clear. We have the authorisation by the European Commission on the positive report of the EMA and from the official documentation of the European Commission, in which everybody can have a look entering in the website of the Human Medicines Register, where you can find on the top immediately the Covid-19 vaccines and clicking on the reports, you’ll find then all the deliberations of the European Commission with the attached documents. And from these documents and the documents of the EMA, which you can find on the website of the EMA, you’ll see that the European Commission and the EMA, are declaring that these substances are authorised for the prevention of the disease. They never declared any authorization for the prevention of the infection because EMA itself is declaring that it is absolutely not proven that these substances are working for the prevention of the infection. Therefore, the European Commission, couldn’t authorize these 4 substances which are Cominarty (Pfizer/BioNtech), Moderna now called Spikevax, AstraZeneca now called Vaxzevria and Janssen or Johnson & Johnson. They aren’t authorized for the prevention of the infection with the virus, and that is legally binding.

This is the basis, the legal basis we have to start from and therefore all these ‘green passes’ (covid pass)  introduced, which are referring to the proof of the vaccination, with one of these four substances: they are illegal. They are not founded in facts. So this legislation already failed before they were introduced. And we, lawyers, are now working on that, because it is clear that we would have an absolutely unconstitutional discrimination between people not treated with these experimental substances with regard to people vaccinated. And even the people who were treated with these substances, they weren’t vaccinated in order to prevent the infection.

Senta Depuydt: [00:09:54] Yes and that’s how they justified all these measures.

Renate Holzeisen: [00:09:57] Yes, it is clear that we have from the start on an absolutely not legal discrimination. And I think if we are bringing this evidence with the documentation, legal documentation of the European Commission and the EMA to the courts, the Green (Covid) pass law has to fall immediately. And also the mandatory vaccination. We have this mandatory vaccination already in Italy for the health workers. And I’m now going to file starting tomorrow, hundreds of legal actions in order to ask the annulment of the suspension already disposed by the South Tyrolean Health Authority with which hundreds of health workers were suspended from their work without wages. They have no earnings at the moment and this is obviously an absolutely unacceptable situation.

Senta Depuydt: [00:11:37] And unfortunately, we see that these kind of situations like in Italy, which is the forerunner, are coming to France. I’m sure you heard of it. And I’m sure other countries will follow.

Renate Holzeisen: [00:11:49] Yes. And it is all based on the manipulation by the governments of the facts, even off the official documents of the European Commission and the EMA, because that is the reality. Our governments are declaring the false. They are declaring that these substances are to prevent infection with the virus where these substances aren’t authorized for that.

Senta Depuydt: [00:12:27] I have a question because you and I certainly realize that the role of the European Union is really key in this. They are the ones who pushed this Accelerator Act to change all the legislation and get a waiver for the approval of gene technology. They negotiated all those bad deals for the vaccines, no transparency, no guarantees. They did this approval with almost no data, created a huge debt for citizens, etc, the Covid safety pass. And then they play the good cop, bad cop. And they are also the ones, every five minutes, every day, to change the colour codes of every country with the  ECDC. “Oh, you can go Wow it’s green. Fantastic. Stop now, it’s red!”

You know, they’re just playing with the European citizens and European member states. But I’m not aware, except for you,  if there are more lawyers litigating directly against the European Commission or institutions or the EMA or the European CDC. Can you tell me more about that. Are there others, other actions? And why would you go directly? Well, most would say no, no, we need to litigate at the national level.

Renate Holzeisen: [00:14:00] We have to do both, obviously. We know that, because of the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice, it reduced a lot, absolutely too much in my opinion, in violation of the European charter of fundamental rights, the active legitimation of the citizens to file actions for annulment before the European courts… (going) against what the European legislator wanted. So we have, in my opinion, the need of a change in that jurisdiction.

And I remember the words of the advocate general Jacobs, who made a very, very important intervention regarding that. He said:  “If they are going in that direction, there will be no real rights of defense (left) for the European citizen. And we are in this situation. So our actions for annulment, to fight against this condition, the authorizations of these experimental substances will be crucial in showing if the European court will base its’ decisions on the law and on the Charter of the fundamental rights, or if we European citizens, at the end are left alone. I found it a very crucial point. And reading what General Advocate Jakobs said years ago, our situation now is exactly what he meant. He said “Attention! The developments you are taking as a court is to deprive the citizens from a real defense in courts”.

Senta Depuydt: [00:16:54] This is well, this is a…

Renate Holzeisen: [00:16:56] Very interesting situation.

Senta Depuydt: [00:16:59] Can I come back on the actions you are filing now? So if I may sum it up, you have filed annulment cases for the four different vaccines that got a conditional approval. So you started some actions we (CHD Europe) already helped promote and find intervenors for.

Can you explain (this one)? So  you need to file your litigation, one case per vaccine. You already did it for Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca. And for these, we have no opportunity anymore, let’s say, to intervene. But for the last one, the Johnson & Johnson, we can all participate as intervenors from other countries.

Renate Holzeisen: [00:17:52] Yes, you’re right.

Senta Depuydt: [00:17:54] Give us the details. What do we need to do to join you?

Renate Holzeisen: [00:17:58] So, citizens from all over the European Union and, first of all, belonging to the categories which now are facing a mandatory vaccination, the health workers, but also others. I think about teachers, pilots and workers in a public transport system, they can intervene as sustainers of the Italian actors (plaintiffs). I brought the action for annulment against the authorisation of Janssen or Johnson & Johnson’s for Italian health workers. So now, French health workers, Belgian, German, Austrian health workers and other European citizens can intervene with their lawyers in order to sustain the action of the Italian health workers. This is one (action).

Then, next week, I will also file a specific action for annulment regarding the deliberation of the European Commission for the condition of the Authorization of Cominarty Pfizer/BioNtech for children from twelve years on. It is, it was a criminal act in our eyes and we have to ask judges to annul this authorization. But because what is done already with children all over the European Union is incredible. We have this experimental substance as well. We know that the balance between benefits and risks, especially for children, could never be positive. It is really negative because children have no problem with this virus SARS-COV-2 as the facts are showing, but they are incurring incredible risks by this experimental gene therapeutics pulled out. So that is a real crime to now inoculate the children these substances. And we have to stop it.

Senta Depuydt: [00:20:58] Well, I have two questions. The first one is, that we, as Children’s Health Defense,  our main organization is in the United States, we really follow everything that’s happening with the FDA, the CDC, because it’s really like the United States is pushing those policies. And as soon as something is approved by the FDA, it gets approved, more or less automatically, by the EMA. I can now see that the trend is moving very fast in the United States. Last I heard,  they want to vaccinate babies from six months old and they even speak about vaccinating (kids) without parental consent or even without parental information. So you would not even know that your child, if you know he comes from school and something happens, you wouldn’t even know that he’s vaccinated. So do you think that this policy is really, let’s say, pushed by the US? Because I know that the European CDC is also taking a lot of their information, their science, if we can say so. Is it pushed by the United States? What do you think about it, if you look at it?

Renate Holzeisen: [00:22:30] Yes, I see that this authorization authorities EMA and (others)… They are in the hands of the pharmaceutical lobby or more precisely the lobby are the members of these authorities. So we are in a very critical situation, and therefore, we adults we have to defend the children. We have to defend them… We adults have to block it. They depend absolutely on the help we have to provide. And I can only say that on the basis of Article 24 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, the needs and the rights of the children are at the top and stand before everything else. And that we, now, even in the European Union, are using children as guinea pigs, it’s an incredible scandal and I ask every parent, every grandmother, every grandfather, every oncle and aunt to think about what we are doing with the children. We don’t know the effects on the long term of these substances. They weren’t studied. We know the effects these substances have in a very short term. We have thousands, 11000 deaths only in Europe. And we have hundreds of thousands of very severe damages caused by these substances. And we know this is only a little part of the reality because we haven’t an active pharmacovigilance. And this is one of the breaches of the European law. It is absolutely unlawful to inoculate an experimental substance even without an active pharmacovigilance. It is crazy. But they know this and they don’t want any extra pharmacovigilance, because if there was a real pharmacovigilance, we would have figures at least ten times more, at least.

Senta Depuydt: [00:25:37] Yes, I’m absolutely aware of that. Renate, so how can we join? Let me try to explain what we can do with our friends at Children’s Health Defense and then you correct me if I’m wrong.  So what people can do in every country.

You’re filing in German. The people will need to file in German as well. So we will need to translate the action and then, the form, because you have forms for people to join as intervenors. And somebody in each country will need to find a lawyer, at least one lawyer per language.

Renate Holzeisen: [00:26:32] Yes. I would say that’s the easiest way. It is not very tricky because we are providing the translation of the action that have already filed. Actions are already translated in English, in Italian and I think even in French. And the form for the intervenors, I prepared in the original German language, because they have to be filed in German, because the proceeding is in the German language. But we have it all translated. So the lawyer who brings in the intervenors they have it all prepared by me.

Senta Depuydt: [00:27:45] Who needs to sign the form? So the lawyer will fill in the details of the people who need to say, “OK, I want to participate. This is my name, these are my details, my ID”.

Renate Holzeisen: [00:27:58] Every lawyer needs obviously the power given by his clients.

Senta Depuydt: [00:28:09] And they (lawyers) need to be registered at e-Curia (online EU bar). But that’s quite simple to do if I understand.

One question that people want to know: are any costs involved to join or any financial risks?

Renate Holzeisen: [00:28:28] So I first of all, the intervenors do only sustain the position of the (actors = plaintiffs) and don’t bring in their own arguments. So they don’t amplify the needs of defense of the counterpart, which is the European Commission, and could also be the pharmaceutical producer. So the costs are zero, as they don’t amplify the arguments brought to the court, there should be no financial risks. This is one argument.

I would also say another very important thing in order that people can understand the basis of this action for annulment. First of all, as I said, we have no positive balance of risk and benefits. And another very important argument is that there is no real gap of care (absence of treatment) of Covid-19.

And there we can see another time the very bad role played by the EMA. This is one of the conditions foreseen by the European legislator in order to give authorisation to pharmaceutical products not studied in all their aspects. We have to know that for these experimental substances there weren’t, even pre-clinical studies. Studies on animals weren’t made, which are part of fundamental studies.

Renate Holzeisen: [00:30:56] So this is only possible, according to European Union regulation 507 of 2006, if there is a real gap in (an absence of) the therapy of a disease. We know that especially in the European Union, but also in the United States, that they are blocking very good therapies based on products like Ivermectin for example. And we know that especially Ivermectin works very, very well. And we saw that the EMA two months ago, again, blocked the use of Ivermectin in the European Union. That’s the bad game they are playing. And this is one of a fundamental arguments we bring in with this action for annulment. We say “we can’t see the benefits of these substances. The risks are enormous, enormous. You can’t even calculate the balance, because you don’t know all the risks. We know that there are very high risks in the short term and all the rest we don’t even know. So we aren’t in the condition even to make a balance. So these authorisations have to be annulled immediately”.

Senta Depuydt: [00:32:58] Let me stop you there, because you mentioned many very important things. We have some legal case in Belgium exactly on this reason, you know, against the authorization of the vaccines, because there are treatments available.

And also we just did an interview a couple of days ago with Dr. Tess Lawrie for Ivermectin Day, because there’s so many doctors also who want to have the right to prescribe. So you’re really touching a very, very important element here.

I wanted to say, do you know who is actually responsible for those recommendations at EMA level? Do we know if they follow the advice of the United States, some studies,  flawed studies or of the WHO? Can we find individual liability at some point and say: “OK, this individual here is really responsible for manipulating the data or withholding the data?”

I heard on Ivermectin that the first report was very good and then that at the last minute, in France for example, some key people just came in and added little sentences like “Well, it’s still not conclusive. We cannot authorize. There is a lack of data” or something like that. Can we do anything more about it. Can we sue those people?

Renate Holzeisen: [00:34:42] Absolutely! I think we have to do the same thing as the Indian Chamber of Lawyers. After filing this fifth action for annulment regarding the specific situation of our poor children, we have also to think about a specific action for damages. We have to bring in this, according to Article 265, before the European general court against the European Commission and EMA, because (for) blocking the use of these very effective and useful medicines like Ivermectin. I think we have now enough facts in order to bring it in this way before the European General Courts. Because this is the only way they are able to go on with the application of these high risk experimental substances on all of the population. And we see the consequences. We are now in no longer democratic systems with governments introducing mandatory so-called vaccination with these ‘gene therapy experimental’ products. So we have also to take now the European organs (=organisations or agencies) before the court asking them for damages. And damages are enormous, not only the direct damages regarding life and health of the people, but in direct connection with the economic huge damages. So we have to work also on that now.

Senta Depuydt: [00:37:15] I’m very happy you say that. And I like to remind everyone – and perhaps you want to comment – on the fact that some people, for example, the Doctors For Covid Ethics or other doctors or experts have sent notices of liability to the people of the EMA, to different health agencies or to the members of the European Parliament. We know that perhaps it’s not going to have an immediate effect, but they can’t say “we didn’t know”. I remember very well in December 2019, I was at the WHO summit, the Vaccine Safety Summit, and then we had one of the Filipino health agency’s, Dr. Kenneth Hartigan-Go, who really explained the whole narrative during the dengue crisis. It’s a bit of a similar situation in a way. So they did an emergency approval because it was a pandemic (epidemic), and then it turned into a mandate of the vaccine and then they had a lot of casualties.

Senta Depuydt: [00:38:44] And so first the doctors kept silent because they were afraid to speak. And then they started to see the death cases. People got out on the streets and they stopped the campaign. It all ended up with thirty two people in criminal court, himself included, people from Sanofi, people from the agencies who had approved (the vaccine), you know, the Filipino FDA etc. So of course, they could say “we didn’t know about the risks involved”.

And especially, because you have specific risks of introducing a vaccine during a pandemic that were already raised before they started the vaccines. You remember a year ago everybody said “Oh a Covid vaccine can be dangerous because there can be aggravation of the disease, etc.” So after that, they quickly signed all these contracts exempting the pharmaceutical industry of any responsibility, because the risk was so big and then they’ve obviously forgotten that argument. So when we send notices of liability, would that be of any use in this (case) so that people can’t say “We didn’t know”.

Renate Holzeisen: [00:40:08] Absolutely. Absolutely. I personally sent a notice on December 20th, just one day before the European Commission authorized the first of these four substances Cominarty Pfizer/BioNtech always on behalf of a group of Italian health workers… to the European Commission, to the president, to the commissioner of Health and a lot of other representatives of European nations, but also of the World Health Organization. So they can’t say they didn’t know what they did.

And then obviously, the notices sent by the Doctors For Covid Ethics, which are very precise regarding the scientific basis, and they put very clear questions to the EMA. And EMA didn’t give any answer to that. So it’s absolutely clear that the workers, the persons responsible for EMA took personal responsibility for all (future damage) costs by these authorisations and the continuing in the authorization of these substances. The legal principle is very clear.

Senta Depuydt: [00:42:02] So let’s hope it works. And last thing, you mentioned the economics, and especially since it’s also part of your expertise. On our advisory board, we also work with Catherine Austin-Fitts. And she just did a report called “The “Going Direct Reset” where she really shows how the whole pandemic response from the financial point of view was really already in place to move ahead with an agenda, because we were in the economic crisis and collapse before the pandemic.

Now we can blame everything on the pandemic, of course. I really recommend that everybody reads that (report). She starts also to identify a few of the key players. So I really hope that you and Catherine (Austin-Fitts) and Reiner (Fuellmich) and Bobby Kennedy and everyone takes action, because those are really international actions. I know that one action has now been filed at the international tribunal in The Hague from French lawyers and organizations to really show also individual responsibilites, at the WHO with Tedros (Adhanom) for example, and President Macron. France has also a big role in this. So, you know, I really look forward to spread the message, to participate. And you’re really one of my heroes.

Renate Holzeisen: [00:43:52] I think the real heroes are the single citizens who are facing the situation on the front, opponing what happens. This for me are the real heroes. I say to every doctor, to every health worker who is coming to me, asking my help and thanking me, I always express my deep thanks to them because without them, we, lawyers won’t be able to bring this very, very important, and for our future fundamental questions, to the courts.

Federal Lawsuit Seeks Immediate Halt of COVID Vaccines, Cites Whistleblower Testimony Claiming CDC Is Under-Counting Vaccine Deaths

America’s Frontline Doctors filed a motion to stop the use of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) COVID vaccines for anyone under 18, anyone with natural immunity or anyone who hasn’t received informed consent.

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) filed a motion July 19, seeking immediate injunctive relief in Alabama Federal District Court to stop the use of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) COVID vaccines — Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson (J&J) — for three groups of Americans.

According to a press release, AFLDS is asking to immediately stop administration of experimental COVID vaccines in anyone 18 and younger, all those who have recovered from COVID and acquired natural immunity, and every other American who has not received informed consent as defined by federal law.

The 67-page motion requests the judge issue a preliminary injunction pursuant to § 360bbb–3(b)(1)(C) for the following reasons:

• There is no emergency, which is a prerequisite to issuing EUA and EUA renewals for COVID vaccines.
• There is “no serious or life-threatening disease or condition.”
• Vaccines do not diagnose, treat or prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID.
• Known and potential risks of the vaccine outweigh their known and potential benefits.
• There are adequate, approved and available alternatives to vaccines.
• Healthcare professionals and vaccine candidates are not adequately informed.

The authors of the motion attached a declaration by a whistleblower who came forward alleging deaths occurring within 72 hours of receiving a COVID vaccine are significantly under-reported in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) maintained by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

As of July 9, reported deaths in the VAERS totaled 10,991. Of those, 4,593 occurred within 72-hours of vaccination.

The whistleblower — a computer programmer who developed more than 100 distinct healthcare fraud algorithms, and who has expertise in healthcare data analytics that allows her to access Medicare and Medicaid data obtained by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Systems (CMS) — filed a sworn statement under penalty of perjury alleging the actual number of COVID vaccine-related deaths is closer to 45,000.

The whistleblower alleged that VAERS, while extremely useful, is under-reported by a conservative factor of at least five.

In her statement, she said:

“On July 9, 2021, there were 9,048 deaths reported in VAERS. I verified these numbers by collating all of the data from VAERS myself, not relying on a third party to report them. In tandem, I queried data from CMS medical claims with regard to vaccines and patient deaths, and have assessed that the deaths occurring within 3 days of vaccination are higher than those reported in VAERS by a factor of at least 5. This would indicate the true number of vaccine-related deaths was at least 45,000. Put in perspective, the swine flu vaccine was taken off the market which only resulted in 53 deaths.”

AFLDS said the findings were shocking, and informed consent is impossible when safety data is not accurate.

In a press release, AFLDS said:

“It is unlawful and unconstitutional to administer experimental agents to individuals who cannot make an informed decision as to the true benefits and risks to the vaccine on an independent basis. They must be of an age or a capacity to make informed decisions and have been provided with all of the risk/benefit information necessary to make an informed decision.”

One of the named plaintiffs, Deborah Sobczak, the mother of a 15- and 17-year-old, said in the press release:

“My child will not be the subject of an experiment. What kind of monsters are we allowing to control us? Perfectly healthy children have developed heart inflammation, brain bleeding and even died! I have had enough. I am not sacrificing my child so a pharmaceutical company can experiment on her. This madness has to stop.”

There is no emergency warranting EUA of COVID vaccines, plaintiffs allege

According to the complaint, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) secretary, named as one of the defendants in the lawsuit, declared on Feb. 4, 2020, pursuant to § 360bbb–3(b)(1)(C), that SARS-CoV-2 created a “public health emergency.”

This initial emergency declaration has been renewed repeatedly and remains in force today — a necessary legal prerequisite for the issuance of vaccine EUAs, the complaint states. EUA allowed the mass use of the vaccines by the American public before the completion of the standard regimen of clinical trials and FDA approval.

Plaintiffs allege the emergency declaration and its multiple renewals are illegal because there is no underlying emergency. Using HHS COVID death data, SARS CoV-2 has an overall survivability rate of 99.8% globally, which increases to 99.97% for persons under the age of 70. This is consistent with the seasonal flu, the complaint states.

Plaintiffs argue HHS deliberately inflated COVID case data

Plaintiffs allege HHS’ data is deliberately inflated. On March 24, 2020, HHS changed the rules applicable to coroners and others responsible for producing death certificates and making “cause of death” determinations exclusively for COVID.

The rule change states: “COVID-19 should be reported on the death certificate for all decedents where the disease caused or is assumed to have caused or contributed to death.”

According to the complaint, HHS statistics showed 95% of deaths classified as “COVID-19 deaths” involved an average of four additional comorbidities. Plaintiffs claim the CDC knew the rules for coding and selection of the underlying cause of death would result in COVID being the underlying cause more often than not.

Plaintiffs said the actual number of COVID cases is also far lower than the reported number due to emergency use of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests, which are used as a diagnostic tool for COVID. The PCR tests are themselves experimental products, authorized by the FDA under separate EUAs. The package inserts state PCR tests should not be used to diagnose COVID.

The complaint alleges the way in which the PCR tests are being administered knowingly guarantees an unacceptably high number of false positive results.

COVID vaccine risks undisclosed and under-reported, lawsuit says 

AFLDS medico-legal researchers analyzed the accumulated COVID vaccine risk data and found migration of the pathogenic SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in the body. Yet vaccines were authorized without any studies demonstrating where the spike proteins traveled in the body following vaccination, how long they remain active and what effect they have, the complaint states.

AFLDS researchers analyzed VAERS and discovered an increased risk of death from COVID vaccines. The database indicated vaccine deaths in the first quarter of 2021 represented a 12,000% to 25,000% increase in vaccine deaths, year-on-year.

From 2009 to 2019, there were 1529 reported deaths associated with all vaccines reported to VAERS, according to the motion. In the first quarter of 2021, there were more than 4,000 reported deaths with 99% of all reported vaccine deaths in 2021 attributed to the COVID vaccine. Only 1% were attributed to other vaccines in the system.

Plaintiffs also disclosed evidence of reproductive harm, vascular disease, autoimmune disease, neurological damage and they highlighted an increased risk of harm for children with COVID vaccines to support their position.

Why the secrecy around V-Safe data?

The complaint called attention to the secrecy of the CDC’s V-Safe system — a parallel system used to track reported adverse events via a smartphone app controlled exclusively by the CDC.

Plaintiffs raised concerns that information in V-Safe exceeds that in VAERS. They claim VAERS is inaccurate because it potentially includes fewer than 1% of all vaccine adverse events, and the federal government is failing to provide data from other monitoring sources such as V-Safe, CMS and the military.

Plaintiffs stated informed consent cannot be given without understanding the risks. They said they can’t help but wonder why HHS would fail to disclose to the public critical information related to risk from it’s reporting systems, “particularly in light of the fact that they have had the time and resources to study and extend the authorizations on the vaccines, build an enormous vaccine marketing machine and roll out vaccine clinics all over the nation.”

Forming the Cells of the Global Resistance

While it may appear to be ‘every individual for himself’ in this forever shifting hall of smoke and mirrors called Covid, actually there is a process of coalescence taking place just under the surface which is heralding the emergence of what I term ‘the new resistance’.

This new resistance is arising as a kick-back against unremitting pressure to conform to a state of engineered chaos and control which has caste the word ‘deception’ into a whole new dimension of toxicity which very few can grasp.

We are, after all, confronted by a carefully crafted global plan entirely constructed around and upon, abject lies – from beginning to end. The first and foremost of which is to proclaim its objective as ‘saving mankind from a virulent pandemic’ which never existed in the first place.

So gross is the degree of lie distortion that for the great majority it has proved impossible to consider that it could all be a planned heist whose barely cloaked ulterior motive is a mass depopulation event, long since planned for by the protagonists of A New World Order, now known as ‘The Great Reset’.

The population reduction plan was given a menacingly seductive twist by attaching it to a ‘green saviour mission’ ostensibly designed to rescue the species from ‘global warming’, a grand deception which started the increasingly perverse ‘lie ball’ rolling some fifty years ago at the Club of Rome.

After one and a half years of relentless Covid ‘plandemic’ propaganda designed to scare the pants off every mortal here on Earth, we have arrived at a confluence of reactions. Those whose imaginations lack the breadth to grasp the depths of the deception and those who have recognised the game for what it is are are now sharing their knowledge and push-back plans with others.

The New Resistance is being formed by the latter grouping, who include amongst their ranks the braver doctors, nurses, lawyers, scientists and a smallish number of artists, who recognise that the very future of life itself is on the line in this macabre war against humanity.

Standing in the way of a grand exposé and key legal actions to incarcerate the chief Covid protagonists, are the entire political ‘elite’, royalty, the press, leaders of notorious institutions and banking empires that administer the global policy agenda, a handful of multimillionaires and hundreds of millions of citizens of various countries who prefer to ‘live the lie’ than confront the truth.

It’s The New Resistance’s job to break through this wall of denial via finding its weak points and instigating actions to publicly expose the criminal activities of the chief protagonists. Those involved in premeditated genocide on an unprecedented scale.

Key to the success of this operation will be the emergence of many more whistleblowers. Those who have inside knowledge and have the guts to come forward and speak openly about it. Already many professional individuals have taken this courageous step and many more are no doubt contemplating doing the same. They should not contemplate long – but step onto the platform and make their voice heard.

With no mainstream media editors daring to break out of their straight-jacketted conformity with the lie, the job of conveying truth is a challenging one. However, a burgeoning alternative media is making ingress into mainstream territory, and with an emphasis on holding high the flag of rational observation and honest reporting, is bit by bit puncturing the ‘fake news’ wall of deception and indoctrination that has seduced and mind-controlled such a large segment of the global population.

What can each of us do to speed up the chance of a break-through?

Here is a reminder of direct actions that can be put into effect with minimum cost:

Firstly, and as a general rule, build greater self determination not to cooperate with a system which is intent upon destroying you!

Secondly, practice ‘civil disobedience’ wherever you are being manipulated and coerced into doing something that goes against your deepest instincts of self preservation and belief. Standing firm in what one believes in is the key to all successful resistance movements.

Thirdly, openly question the law when confronted by authorities who claim you must do this that or the other. The majority of Covid impositions are illegal under key international conventions like The Geneva Convention and the Nuremberg Convention. Use the many excellent websites giving advice on how to stand up for your rights!

Now I’m listing simple practical actions all of us can engage in immediately:

* Draw upon the mass of high-quality evidence now available to produce your own ‘short’ leaflet or newsletter for circulation in your neighbourhood. You can expose the Covid lie and ‘the Great Reset’s’ attempt to introduce a Nazi-style central control agenda on humanity as a whole (see https://hardwickalliance.org/)

*Hammer your parliamentarian/senator by letter or phone. Present him/her with facts about Covid, many of which are actually published on government websites, but ignored by political ‘leaders’ intent upon forcing conformity to the fake agenda.

*Regularly visit places where you can purchase ‘real food’, as much as possible locally and direct from the farmer and definitely avoiding supermarkets. This should be pro-ecological grown/raised foods that respect benign time-honoured laws of the land and do not rely on agrichemical poisons and Frankenstein GMO gene engineering. These farmers must get our support if they are to survive and if we are to have access to safe and nourishing food.

*Find a way to start growing your own foods. This is the best of all ways to establish a measure of genuine control of your destiny.

*Hold gatherings with others who you feel to be receptive to resisting the imposition of deeply antisocial and anti-human regulations in the name of ‘protecting’ your health and welfare – and focus attention on stopping 5G masts being erected in your neighbourhood.

France Rises Up Against the New Fascism

“The people have woken up – at last!” declared local Gilet Jaune rebel Michelle as she watched the vast crowds assembling on the main square of Montpellier in southern France.

She has been involved with the Yellow Vest movement since the very start of the popular revolt against the Macron regime in November 2018.

Two years ago, in April 2019, another Gilet Jaune told me on the same spot, the Place de la Comédie, that France was witnessing “a turning point in history”.

Despite the vast levels of militarised repression used against the Yellow Vests, not to speak of the relentless propaganda in the mass media, the movement never abandoned the struggle.

Only the “emergency” of the Covid crisis pushed it, more or less, off the streets.

The spirit of revolt has not been very much in evidence in France since March 2020, with the population divided and fearful, as elsewhere.

But now, with the announcement that vaccine passports will be required for cafés, restaurants, leisure centres, shopping malls and trains, something seems to have snapped.

The arguments about viruses and masks and lockdowns now seem less relevant in the face of this chilling assault on the most fundamental of human rights.

Even the jab itself is not really the issue any more, with those who have already had it joining in the protests against the totalitarian laws due to come into place on August 1.

I was impressed by the turn-out for the emergency protest in Montpellier on Wednesday July 14, but Saturday’s numbers were on a completely different scale.

Even the authorities at the Préfecture admitted that there were 5,000 on the streets on a hot Mediterranean afternoon.

The crowd represented a very wide cross-section of the local population. The Gilets Jaunes had already started this process of breaking down the old “left” and “right” political divisions in favour of a broad popular struggle against the power elite.

But the process has now clearly gone a step further, with a new mood of defiant unity that must be striking fear into the hearts of Macron and his cronies, not to speak of Klaus Schwab and the global string-pullers.

The sense of possibility has been increased by the news that the French Minister of Justice Eric Dupond-Moretti is under criminal investigation for allleged “conflicts of interest”.

“We don’t want the pass sanitaire!” chanted the thousands in Montpellier. “Macron resign!” “Résistance!” “Liberté!”

It was the same picture everywhere, with massive numbers not just in Paris, but all across France, as this compilation sets out.

The people took to the streets in Aix-en-Provence, Quimper, Annecy, Lyons, Perpignan, Nice, Metz, Lille, Dijon, Caen, Toulouse, Reims, Saint-Brieuc, Pau, Strasbourg, Rouen, La Rochelle, Brest, Mulhouse, Bayonne, Narbonne, Saint-Étienne, Albi, Nîmes and La Réunion.

They protested in Toulon, Marseilles, Bordeaux, Nantes and Rennes. Tear gas was used on protesters at Besançon and demonstrators blocked a main road at Chambéry.

The politics of division seem to be failing as the French people come together to defend the principles of liberté, égalité and fraternité on which their republic is supposed to be founded.

Mass Protests in Greece in Response to Unvaccinated Being Banned From Social Life

Greece has become the latest European country to be hit with mass protests after the government announced the unvaccinated would be banned from visiting bars, restaurants, cinemas and other public places.

Thousands of demonstrators descended on Athens and Thessaloniki, with crowds chanting “Hands off our kids!” and holding signs that said “We say no to vaccine poison.”

All nursing home staff and hospital workers will be mandated to get the vaccine from August 16, while hospital workers also face losing their jobs unless they get the compulsory jab from September.

Teens as young as 15 will also be encouraged to get the vaccine with parental permission, another change that has angered protesters.

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis effectively said that the new measures, which go into effect on Friday and will remain in place until the end of August, were a punishment for Greeks enjoying themselves too much and refusing to take the vaccine.

“After a year and a half, no one can claim ignorance about the coronavirus anymore,” said Mitsotakis. “The country will not shut down again due to attitudes adopted by certain people… It’s not Greece that’s a danger, but unvaccinated Greeks.”

As we highlighted yesterday, police in Paris were forced to used tear gas to disperse rioters who were irate at the government’s plan to impose similar measures, including banning the unvaccinated from public transport.

Cities across France were hit with unruly demonstrations, with the Yellow Vest movement, which ended as a result of the first lockdown in March 2020, seemingly being resurrected.

There are plans to implement some form of ‘vaccine passport’ in virtually every major western country, but judging by the response so far, it will face massive resistance from the public.

Liberté! Résistance! A Photo-Report From France

Emergency demonstrations were held in towns and cities across France on Wednesday July 14, 2021, as the state went full-fascist in imposing bio-security dictatorship.

In a televised address on Monday evening President Emmanuel Macron announced that “vaccination” was to be compulsory for all health workers and that, furthermore, “vaccine passports” were to be required for everyday access to public spaces ranging from cafés and restaurants to trains and buses.

While some French people were panicked into signing up for the jab so that they could continue with their usual lives and summer holidays, others reacted angrily and quickly organised protests on the public holiday marking the storming of the Bastille during the French Revolution of 1789.

In the Mediterranean city of Montpellier, large numbers gathered in the central Place de la Comédie and marched through the city streets.

There was a visible Gilets Jaunes contingent, but many described themselves as first-time protesters. Health workers, including a doctor, addressed the crowd. One carried a placard (above) declaring: “Sack me, lock me up, I will remain free in my choices”.

“Liberté!” declared the chants. “Résistance!” “Non au pass sanitaire!” “We aren’t scared!” the rebels shouted defiantly and they certainly now knew they were not alone.

Applauded from shop doorways and balconies, they urged onlookers to join them as they made their way to the Préfecture, the city’s government building, and encircled it, setting off fireworks.

By the time the march descended on the main railway station, it was bigger than ever.

Dozens of protesters rushed into the station concourse and there were scuffles with police inside before the demo moved off again into the narrow mediaeval streets.

More protests across the country are planned for Saturday. While the response to the Covid coup in France had up until now been relatively muted, the authorities could well have now pushed things too far.

On July 24, Cape Cod Against Medical Mandates will join a third worldwide protest against government tyranny pretending to protect humanity from a non-existent pandemic. The earlier worldwide protests were March 20 and May 15, with hundreds of locations around the world (including Cape Cod) and hundreds of thousands of people participating.

As of June 15, 2021, most of the illegal coronavirus orders were supposed to be lifted in Massachusetts. But restrictions on open meetings continued. Mask orders for public transport and healthcare facilities continued. It is quite possible that masking will also continue for schools when they open again next fall.The purpose of masking, “social distancing”, travel restrictions, and quarantines for the previous 16 months appears to have been psychological conditioning to get as many people as possible to accept the mRNA injections — falsely called a “vaccine” — just to return to normal. This campaign got a large number of people to accept the jab, if government accounts are to be believed. But what are we to make of a government that practices such techniques to coerce people into medical procedures? And what is the agenda behind the “vaccines”?

The state of Massachusetts says “the vaccine is safe, free, and effective. It’s the best way to protect yourself, your family, and our community.” This is patently not true.

According to the latest data from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), “between Dec. 14, 2020 and July 2, 2021, a total of 438,441 total adverse events were reported to VAERS, including 9,048 deaths. There were 41,015 serious injuryiesreported during the same time period”

According to Health Impact News “The European Medicines Agency report through July 3, 2021 there are 17,503 deaths and 1,687,527 injuries (50% serious) reported following injections of four experimental COVID-19 shots:”

On the face of it, the agenda appears to be to inject people with something so important to the authorities that they are willing to kill and injure thousands of people in order to get there. Adverse event reports do not prove that a vaccine caused a reaction, and they are part of a voluntary system known to under-report by at least a factor of 10, but they have been used in the past to discontinue pharmaceuticals when the death toll reached 50. Now, with the US and Europe combined, at least 26,000 deaths have been associated with the Moderna, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, and J & J shots, yet governments continue to push for everyone to be injected. And they continue to say the injections are safe. And worst of all, they are pushing for children and teens to get the injection. We are being massively lied to.

The purpose of standing out July 24th will be to do what we can to save more people from being harmed. We need to reach those who have not been injected, and give them the courage to resist. Some doctors have said that the injections will cause our immune system to over-react to future respiratory pathogens. If this is true, the next flu season will bring more deaths, and they will be attributed to coronavirus, thus feeding the narrative. By standing out, we can go some way toward pre-empting this scenario. Serious blood clotting disorders are happening to people now, as the spike proteins caused by the injections go to and threaten the proper functioning of every major organ in the body. Indeed, harm caused by the injections to reproductive organs in both men and women raises concern about whether a eugenics agenda is being carried out without our being told.

This call is for a peaceful, non-partisan protest following up on our previous successful demonstrations. Bring large-letter signs or banners with your message. Our emphasis is to stop the push toward surveillance totalitarianism and the evisceration of our human and Constitutional rights which the so-called “pandemic” seems to have been invented to bring about.

We stand for:

• The right to remain human — i.e., not to be genetically modified
• The right to live — these injections are killing people; we obviously have the right to reject them for ourselves and our children
• our right to refuse medical interventions,: no to the de facto vaccine mandate by which the state of Massachusetts allows employers, colleges, and businesses to require vaccination; and no to any future explicit vaccine mandate
• ending mask requirements on public transportation and healthcare facilities, and in schools if they are mandated next fall.
• the right to bodily autonomy: no one should be forced to take a vaccine or wear a mask, be swabbed, tested, or scanned
• the right to complete informed consent, the foundation of medical ethics: no substance should be injected into anyone’s body without their full understanding of all possible harmful effects (which are as yet unknown with these experimental injections)
• parental rights: the state has no right to bypass a parent’s authority on whether a child should wear a mask, be tested, or be given any pharmaceutical product
• the right to education: education at public schools and colleges should not be withheld as leverage to enforce government medical decrees
• the right to freedom of movement: this right is violated when any kind of travel requires masking, testing, or proof of vaccination
• “the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures” (4th Amendment). This is the right to privacy . Our vaccine status, and medical history in general, is no one else’s business. Government has no right to send agents to our doors to question us about this.
• the right to due process: Open meeting laws continue to be suspended in Massachusetts due to coronavirus . Government-sponsored medical procedures without informed consent (this is almost universal) is a violation of the due process clauses of the 5th and 14th Amendments.
• freedom of speech and press: end widespread media censorship and cancellation of people with dissenting views about the covid narrative
• the right to equal protection of our civil and Constitutional rights: refusal of service by any transport company, public venue, ticket vendor, grocery store, or other business on the basis of arbitrary “vaccine passports” is a form of discrimination which we should be protected from under the law. Loss of this right amounts to coercion through medical tyranny and will lay the groundwork for a “social credit score” system in which all citizens no longer have equal rights.

Health Freedom Defense Fund Sues Biden Administration Over Mask Mandate

Today the Health Freedom Defense Fund (HFDF) and two Florida residents filed a lawsuit asking the United States District Court in Tampa, Florida to strike down the CDC’s nationwide mask mandate for travel.

“The CDC is not a nationwide police force, and is not empowered to make laws,” said Leslie Manookian, Founder and President of Health Freedom Defense Fund. “Nevertheless, with no legal authority to do so, these unelected, unaccountable technocrats have forced every citizen in America to wear a mask when they travel. We believe that Americans have the right to think for themselves and make their own health care choices without the meddling of government. Americans must not be dictated to in this manner by anyone, let alone unelected, unaccountable technocrats at CDC.”

The nationwide mask mandate was issued by the CDC early in the Biden Administration. Since that time, a Florida Federal Court has struck down the CDC’s cruise line order as unsupported by law, and five justices of the Supreme Court recently appear to have agreed that the CDC over reached with its nationwide eviction moratorium.

“The fact is that the police power — that is the power to regulate the health, safety and welfare of Americans — was specifically reserved to the States by our Constitution,” said George Wentz of the Davillier Law Group, legal counsel for the Plaintiffs. “With the mask mandate, not only does the CDC usurp the role of the States by attempting to exercise general police powers, but at the same time it steps into the shoes of Congress and makes a nationwide law. We are confident that the CDC is way out of bounds here, and the Court will strike down the mask mandate.”

Masks have been approved for use by the general public under an emergency use authorization (EUA) and are considered investigational products under the law. Their efficacy has not been proven, and their short and long-term side effects have not been studied. Recent studies have shown that masks do more harm than good, and expose the wearer to levels of carbon dioxide well above levels permitted by OSHA in the workplace.

Members of Health Freedom Defense Fund feel strongly that they should not, and cannot, be forced to wear masks and that no one should have the power to force another person to cover their airway.

67 Groups Representing More Than 1 Million People File Amicus Brief in Support of CHD’s Lawsuit Against FCC

The organizations allege the FCC refused to acknowledge significant policy, legal and practical problems associated with a new rule amendment allowing fixed wireless companies to contract with private property owners to place point-to-point antennas on their property.

Sixty-seven U.S. organizations representing more than 1 million people signed onto an amicus brief in support of Children’s Health Defense’s (CHD) lawsuit challenging the Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) “Over-the-Air Reception Devices” (OTARD) Rule Amendment. The amicus was filed June 30, in the U.S. Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit. CHD filed its main brief on June 23.

An amicus brief is filed by non-parties to a litigation to provide information that has a bearing on the issues and assist the court in reaching the correct decision. It comes from the latin words amici curiae, which means “friend of the court.”

The OTARD amendment, which took effect March 29, allows fixed wireless companies to contract with private property owners, including homeowners, to place point-to-point antennas on their property.

The rule also allows wireless companies to add carrier-grade base station antenna installations on private property to extend wireless voice/video/data service, including 5G and Internet-of-Things antennas, to users over a wide area, while preempting all state and zoning laws, homeowners’ association and deed restrictions. It also preempts civil rights and disability laws that protect the disabled.

According to the amicus brief, “The Commission refused to acknowledge significant policy, legal and practical problems.”

The brief strengthens CHD’s argument that the FCC’s failure to address the hundreds of comments filed by individuals and groups violates the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). Under the APA, an agency is required to reasonably respond to comments that were filed, otherwise its actions can be considered capricious or arbitrary.

Petra Brokken, a criminal attorney and co-founder of Safe Technology Minnesota, spearheaded the effort to file the brief. Brokken worked in collaboration with Odette Wilkins, founder of Wired Broadband Inc. (WBI). In addition to educating about the impact of wireless technology radiation on human health, WBI focuses on promoting residential deployment of fiber optic networks, which provide safer, faster and more secure solutions for broadband internet deployment.

In a webinar held by CHD for the filing of its main brief and of the amicus brief, Brokken explained that the organizations that signed the brief were eager to sign, and believed the court should hear their voices and the voices of the millions people these organizations represent.

Brokken said:

“These organizations wanted the court to know there are millions of people around the country who are absolutely up in arms about this issue and do not want this OTARD rule to go forward.”

The amicus brief contains a few examples of the human suffering wireless radiation has caused to members of the amici organizations, including Lora Mitchell, an 83-year old resident of New York City.

Since several wireless transmitters were installed on the rooftop of Mitchell’s building, directly above her apartment, two years ago she has suffered from severe radiation sickness symptoms, including: severe tinnitus, bilateral hearing loss, sleep deprivation, severe headaches  and persistent nausea and vomiting, among other symptoms. Mitchell cannot find refuge anywhere in her studio apartment, where she has lived for 44 years. In her own words, “It’s brutal.”

The amicus brief also included the story of George Sinopidis, a New York/New Jersey Port Authority police lieutenant, who was otherwise healthy before exposure to radiation from wireless transmitters caused him to suffer heart arrhythmias and sleep deprivation. Sinopidis was compelled to leave his own home to live elsewhere in a safer environment, while still shouldering the financial burden of a substantial mortgage on his original house.

The 67 organizations that signed the amicus brief include U.S.-based safe-tech, health and environmental organizations at state and national levels. Among them are Americans for Responsible Technology, a leading national coalition of grassroots organizations whose mission is to stop the unconstrained proliferation of 5G and wireless antennas, Moms Across America and Alliance for Natural Health, which has more than 1 million members.

Numerous state-based safe-tech organizations joined, including the California Brain Tumor Association and groups from Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Maine, Arizona, Colorado, Rhode Island, Oregon and Virginia.

The Building Biologist Institute which trains professionals (architects, builders, engineers and physicians) to become experts on wireless radiation mitigation in homes also signed on. The professionals with this organization see the sickness caused by wireless radiation in their work and witness how the removal of wireless devices from homes and shielding from outside sources transforms lives.

A few environmental groups also, including Californians For Renewable Energy (Care) and the Green Party Of Alameda County, California, also signed the brief. There is overwhelming evidence that wireless technology has a negative impact on the environment, including animals, plants, energy consumption and the ecosystem. The Natural Resources Defense Council was also a petitioner in this case.

The premier Canadian organization on safe-tech, Canadians for Safe Technology (C4ST), chaired by Frank Clegg, former president of Microsoft Canada, also joined the brief.

The groups are represented by attorney Stephen Díaz Gavin, a partner in Rimon P.C. law firm.  For nearly 40 years, Diaz Gavin has represented companies and individuals in matters before the FCC. He successfully litigated the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians v. F.C.C., challenging the FCC’s preemption of 5G “small cell” antennas from environmental and historic review, in violation of the National Historic Preservation Act and the National Environmental Policy Act.

Before an amicus is filed with the court, the amici are required to ask for permission to file from the parties to the case. Both CHD and the FCC gave their permission. The amici must also ask for the court permission which it seeks when it files the brief. The court is not under any obligation to accept the brief and can decline it.

Protesters will distribute vital information children and parents should have before they make potentially life-altering healthcare decisions. They also will urge children to forgo the COVID vaccine and any other vaccines until they and their parents have been fully informed of the risks and benefits associated with each vaccine.

CHD urges concerned parents to become involved to ensure their voices are heard.

In America, underaged children need parental consent to go to a suntan salon, attend a school field trip or be prescribed any medication. They can’t have a drink if they are under the age of 21.

Yet these long-held safety guidelines are being cast aside for the experimental COVID-19 vaccines which are still undergoing clinical trials, and carry the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s “Emergency Use Authorization” status only.

Circumventing parental consent is clearly an overreach on the part of federal, state and local health officials, said CHD Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., who called on “all lawmakers and public health officials to stop the reckless vaccination of children who are not of age to consent.”

“Americans aren’t being fully informed when it comes to warp speed, liability-free COVID vaccines,” Kennedy said. “The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is receiving unprecedented numbers of reports of injuries and deaths following COVID vaccinations.”

As of June 11, the government-run VAERS database contained 352,386 reports of adverse events, including 5,993 deaths after COVID vaccines since mid-December, 2020.

Among the thousands of injuries and hundreds of deaths of young people after receiving a COVID vaccine are:

• A College athlete who recovered from COVID but is now facing a “very different future” after he developed myocarditis after his second dose of the Pfizer vaccine

• A 21-year-old student who developed myocarditis after his second Moderna shot.
• a 19-year-old college freshman who died from heart surgery required after she developed myocarditis following her second Moderna vaccine.
• A father and son who developed blood clots after their COVID vaccines.
• Seven teenage boys in the U.S. who reportedly developed chest pain and heart inflammation within days of receiving the Pfizer shot.
• 18 Connecticut teens who were hospitalized for heart problems after COVID vaccines.

In addition to the dire cardiac implications, an estimated 8% of the U.S. population, including children, is at risk of having a potentially fatal anaphylactic shock to COVID-19 vaccines containing polyethylene glycol (PEG).

At the same time the CDC is scheduled to meet to discuss the known cardiac risks and heart inflammation affecting children and young adults following COVID-19 vaccination, the agency is participating in a concerted effort to coerce this same group to get the vaccine anyway.

The push to vaccinate children is inconsistent with the CDC’s data showing children are less likely to develop severe illness or die from COVID, and are more likely to be asymptomatic or show mild systems.

According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, children comprise only 0.00%-0.23% of all COVID-19 deaths — and eight states reported zero child deaths. When children  do get the disease, they’ll likely have lifelong immunity.

As The Defender reported today, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends children under 18 “for the moment” not get the vaccine.

Agreed! In updated guidance, the World Health Organization said children have milder disease compared to adults and there is not enough evidence to recommend vaccinating children against COVID.

The COVID vaccine clinical trials for young adults and children will take a year or more to be finalized. Yet the CDC has already suggested the COVID vaccines can be given concurrently with other vaccines, even though the short- and long-term synergistic effects of administering multiple vaccines simultaneously are completely unknown.

If left unchallenged, health authorities will be using America’s children as guinea pigs for the vaccine, some of whom will suffer life-long injuries and even death.

In light of the high rate of reports of injuries following COVID vaccines, and the recent guidance by the WHO advising children under 18 not get the vaccine, CHD demands that CDC provide the reasoning behind its continued recommendation that children in the U.S. get the vaccine.

“We are at a defining crossroads in human history,” said CHD Executive Director Laura Bono. “The United States and the world are moving towards universal mandates of all vaccines for all children. Adding COVID mandates to the mix will prove deadly for some. The combination of high-powered vaccines such as meningitis and HPV along with COVID-19 carries the capacity to injure and even kill. We must act now.”

Over a Dozen Mexican Towns Vote to Reject Political Parties in Latest Election

More than a dozen villages in Mexico recently voted to remove political parties from their communities in favor of managing their own resources.

On Sunday June 6th, midterm elections were held across Mexico, resulting in new governors and mayors. The “historic” election has been notable for the incidence of violence by organized crime, including the deaths of multiple candidates.

While most of the corporate media focused on the violence or the changing influence of some political parties, the election was historic for another reason: more than a dozen local bodies voted to abandon the political party system and begin handling their own legal affairs.

Infórmate Michoacán reported that “Sunday the Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) was forced to suspend 89 electoral boxes in more than 20 villages in #Michoacán that… voted to expel political parties and manage resources on their own.”

INE is considered an autonomous, independent organization responsible for organizing the federal elections. Allegations of corruption and impartiality have plagued the INE since its inception in 1990.

Informate reported that the villages have voted to abandon the political party system and choose another form of governance. The move effectively cancelled elections in the following towns:

-San Francisco Pichátaro, municipio de Tingambato
-Santa Fe de la Laguna, municipio de Quiroga
-Santa María Sevina, municipio de Nahuatzen
-Comachuen, municipio de Nahuatzen
-San Benito de Palermo, Tenencia de Pamatácuaro.
-San Felipe de los Herreros, municipio de Charapan
-Cherán, cabecera municipal
-Santa Cruz Tanaco, municipio de Cherán
-Nurio, municipio de Paracho
-Urapicho, municipio de Paracho
-San Ángel Zurumucapio, municipio de Ziracuaretiro
-Ocumicho, municipio de Charapan.
-La Cantera, municipio de Tangamandapio.
-Donaciano Ojeda, Francisco Serrato y Crescencio Morales, en Zitácuaro
-Zirahuén, municipio de Salvador Escalante
-Janitzio, municipio de Pátzcuaro.

The communities are largely rural with indigenous populations, including 23 Purépecha, 10 Mazahua, and Otomí communities.

A couple days prior to the elections, members of the Otomi indigenous community burned political propaganda from all parties in protest of the elections and what they see as repression of students. The Otomi protest took place in Mexico City with the activists displaying their opposition to the electoral system.

In the days and weeks leading up to the mid-term elections, Infórmate Michoacán posted pictures and videos of various indigenous communities protesting against the elections. On May 22, IM noted that “the Purépecha community of # SanángelZurumucapio reaffirmed its total rejection of political parties.” The post notes that 100 percent of the votes were in favor of not allowing the political parties and elected officials to interfere with their affairs.

The Arantepacua community in the municipality of Nahuatzen, Michoacán was also reported to have burned a van from a delivery company that attempted to install voting boxes. “There will be no election in #Nahuatzen. Local commons have started lighting of campfires and installing barricades to prevent the INE from imposing community election rallies next Sunday,” Infórmate Michoacán wrote.

However, further reports indicate an apparent conflict within the community of Arantepacua itself regarding the use of political parties or indigenous customs. As a majority indigenous community, Arantepacua has the opportunity to vote in favor of using indigenous customs and traditions to guide them, or operate under the national political system. While some community members prefer the indigenous governance model others support the political parties.

A report from La Voz de Michoacán states that Arantepacua ended up rejoining the electoral process with a “good influx of voters”. The report notes that the votes took place “despite the threat of a minority group of opponents, the self-styled Indigenous Citizen Council, which once again tried to ‘hijack’ the elections.”

La Voz also stated that in 2018 residents of Arantepacua voted in favor of rejecting self-government and chose the party system.

A History of Indigenous Resistance to Politics

The communities who voted to opt out of the political system in Mexico are not the first. As far back as the Zapatistas in early 1990’s, Mexico has had a history of indigenous communities rebelling and reclaiming their sovereignty. More specifically, the state of Michoacán has a history of resistance to political parties.

On April 15, 2011 residents of Cherán, Michoacán organized an armed resistance to fight off illegal logging and kidnapping in their community. The community kicked out politicians, police, and loggers accused of ties to the cartels overseeing the logging. The people of Cheran are part of an indigenous group known as the Purhépecha. Upon removing the influence of the politicians and cartel, the town voted to return to their system of governance based on Purhépecha traditions.

On April 15 of this year the people of Cherán celebrated ten years since their revolt against what they call “the narco government”. I recently traveled to Cherán and spoke with community members who were involved with the uprising.

While these communities fight for freedom – whether through self-governance or electoral politics – they are setting an example of what it looks like to challenge the status quo regarding how communities make decisions. Some communities will choose to stick with the familiar and continue playing the political game. Others will opt to reject parties and choose principles.

In the case of these Mexican towns their principles are cultural, largely based on their indigenous traditions. While this may seem like a foreign concept to those in the developed world, taking steps to contemplate whether or not the status quo is sufficient is something that would benefit people the world over. Now, more than ever, we need to rethink the way we relate to each other, governments, cartels, and other institutions of power.

Houston Nurses Protest After Losing Their Jobs for Refusing COVID-19 Shots

More than a hundred hospital employees and supporters gathered in protest of the firing of employees who reject COVID-19 shots.

Houston – On Monday afternoon, employees of the Houston Methodist hospital system were joined by supporters from around the Houston area as they were suspended without pay for saying no to COVID-19 injections. The employees are now suing Houston Methodist in an effort to fight against COVID19 mandates.

The Houston Methodist hospital operates eight hospitals with more than 26,000 employees. On March 31, Methodist CEO Dr. Marc Boom announced that the shots – which have not received approval by the US Food and Drug Administration – would be mandatory for all employees. Houston Methodist hospital employees were told to take the shots by June 7th or lose their jobs. Methodist also required hospital managers to have at least one COVID shot by April 15th. Those who chose not to receive the treatments by Monday now have 2 final weeks before they will officially be fired.

“Mandating the vaccine was not a decision we made lightly. … Because science has proven that the Covid-19 vaccines are not only safe, but extremely effective, it became an easier decision to make,” Boom wrote in a letter to staff in April.

Despite reassurances from Boom, 117 employees filed suit against Houston Methodist for “forcing its employees to be human ‘guinea pigs’ as a condition for continued employment” by requiring an experimental treatment which has only been authorized for emergency use.

Jennifer Bridges is one of the nurses leading the charge. In recent months she has become the public face of the hospital employees’ fight against mandates they see as unconstitutional. On Monday evening, Bridges walked out of the Baytown Methodist hospital to a crowd of cheering supporters. “I am sad, I am happy, I am proud,” Jennifer said as she exited the parking lot for the final time.

Bridges stated that the hospital attempted to “bribe” employees with cash and required those receiving the injection to sign a waiver stating they would not hold Methodist hospital liable if they were to experience an adverse reaction. She says that nurses who treated COVID-19 patients in 2020 are now treating patients who have had reactions to the shots.

“We’ve already had nurses who took the vaccine – whether they wanted to or were forced – and so many have come down with adverse reactions. I’ve already heard from nurses who have had miscarriages,” Bridges stated during an interview with Free Thinker Radio.

Bridges was joined by nurses and doctors from the Houston area, including fellow employees from the various Houston Methodist campuses. One such Methodist nurse was Lacey Guedry. “I don’t think a mandated vaccine is ethical. At the very least I think it violates our basic liberties and freedoms, especially with institutions claiming to be practicing evidence based medicine,” said Guedry. “The WHO recently went on record saying that natural infection provides superior or equal protection that the vaccine does. So if we are going to follow “science” why are we neglecting this information?”

Although the lawsuit was filed in Texas state court it was recently transferred to a Houston federal court, a move that has been called unusual by the plaintiffs attorneys. On Friday, U.S. District Judge Lynn Hughes denied a temporary restraining order which would have prevented the Houston hospital system from firing the employees until the case is worked out.“The plaintiffs are not just jeopardizing their own health; they are jeopardizing the health of doctors, nurses, support staff, patients and their families,” Hughes wrote.

Courthouse News reports that Judge Hughes “appears ready to dispose of the lawsuit” after he authorized Houston Methodist to file a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. A hearing is scheduled for Friday June 11.

In the lawsuit Bridges and the other plaintiffs argue that, “There were 4,434 death reports and over 12,619 serious injuries reported to the CDC’s VAERS [Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System] database from Covid-19 vaccines through May 10, 2021”, which has since risen to  5,165 deaths and 25,359 serious injuries through May 28, 2021. The plaintiffs argue that they are protected by a 1985 Texas Supreme Court decision in the case Sabine Pilot Service Inc. v. Hauck. In that case the court found that employees could sue if the only reason they were fired was for refusing to do an illegal act. They also argue that the hospitals mandate violates federal laws on authorizing medical products in emergencies.

Bridges and the other plaintiffs accuse Houston Methodist of arbitrarily denying vaccine exemption requests, despite having a policy for medical and religious exemptions. “Methodist claims that they offer religious and medical exemptions, but it (the exemption request) goes against a panel of judges and they have denied 80-85% of them,” she stated.

I spoke with a nurse at Houston Methodist whose medical exemption was approved who supported the employees right to say no to the shots. “I’m here to show support for my fellow Methodist employees who were not allowed a choice in their medical care. They were bullied and bribed into taking a vaccine,” she said on Monday afternoon. “Luckily they approved my exemption, but there have been many, many which have not been approved.”

One of the nurses who had her exemption request denied was Melissa Smith of the Clear Lake Methodist Hospital.

“Friday was my last day. Tomorrow I will sign my suspension and then they will give me 2 weeks to take the J & J vaccine. I am not going to get the vaccine and they will fire me,” Smith told TLAV. She applied for a religious exemption from the treatment and was denied. “This was under our Director of the Operating Room and the manager of my department. They gave us specific instructions on how to fill out the exemption form. So many of us did and all were denied. We all received the blanket email. I actually believe no one even read it.”

Smith estimated that the number of nurses at her hospital requesting religious exemption was in the 40’s.

“I am really here for the people who have cried, the people I have prayed with who got vaccinated because they felt they didn’t have a choice,” Smith stated while the crowd of supporters gathered outside the Baytown Methodist Hospital. “They didn’t have a voice, they felt they had nowhere to go. I am hoping that this kind of action gives them that voice and gives us choices.”

Kentucky Judge Invalidates All of Governor Bashear’s State of Emergency Actions

Today my colleague from Kentucky, Chris Wiest, received an awesome ruling from the Circuit Court of Boone County declaring that all of Governor Andy Bashear’s emergency orders and actions are unconstitutional and void. The ruling was in the state-court challenge to the governor’s emergency powers executive orders, filed by Wiest on behalf of Beans Cafe’ & Bakery.

Dr. Stephen Petty, an actual expert in masks, testified at the trial about their uselessness under the circumstances in which they’re being idolized. Here’s an excerpt from the order pertaining to Dr. Petty. For those bureaucrats and social media tyrants who would censor this, this is from an actual court order issued today. Not that you care:

Stephen E. Petty, P.E., CIH, testified as an expert and was accepted as such without objection. Mr. Petty has served as an expert witness in approximately 400 cases relating to toxic or infectious exposure, personal protective equipment (“PPE”), and as a warning expert. He also served as an epidemiology expert for the plaintiffs in the Monsanto “Roundup” cases, and for those in the Dupont C8 litigation. In connection with his service as an expert, he was deposed nearly 100 times and has provided court testimony in approximately 20 trials. Mr. Petty holds nine U.S. patents, has written a book comprising nearly 1,000 pages on forensics engineering, is a certified industrial hygienist, and a recognized expert with the Occupational Safety and Health Agency. Mr. Petty helped write the rules on risk assessment for the State of Ohio and has trained Ohio’s risk assessors.

Mr. Petty explained that the field of his expertise is “to anticipate and recognize and control things that could hurt people, everything from making them sick to killing them.” He testified that, in this context, he has analyzed the use of masks and social distancing in connection with Covid-19. He testified that both the six-foot-distancing rule, and mask mandates, are wholly ineffective at reducing the spread of this virus. Masks are worthless, he explained, because they are not capable of filtering anything as small as Covid-19 aerosols. In addition, masks are not respirators and lack the limited protections that respirators can provide.

The N-95 respirator, which he states is in the bottom class of what may be classified as a respirator, is rated to filter 95% of all particles that are larger than .3 microns. However, a Covid-19 particle, which is only between .09 to .12 micron, is much smaller. Mr. Petty further explained that an N-95 will not even filter above .3 microns if it is not used in accordance with industry standards. Among the requirements, respirators must be properly fitted to seal along the face, and they also must be timely replaced. Mr. Petty stated that N-95 masks, which he said are often utilized as surgical masks, are “not intended to keep infectious disease from either the surgeon or from the patient infecting each other” but only to catch the “big droplets” from the surgeon’s mouth.”

According to Mr. Petty, masks have no standards, are not respirators, and do not even qualify as protective equipment. In contrast, respirators have standards, including rules that state respirators may not be worn by persons with facial hair, must be fitted to ensure a seal, and must be timely replaced—or, as in higher end respirators, the cartridges must be replaced to prevent saturation. In addition, standards for respirators also require users to obtain a medical clearance because the breathing restriction can impair lung function or cause other problems for persons having such limitations. Putting those persons in a respirator can harm their well-being.

Concerning the effectiveness of respirators, Mr. Petty explained that it comes down to “big stuff” versus “small stuff.” Big stuff can be taken out by the body’s defenses, such as its mucus tissue, where droplets can be caught and eliminated. The small stuff, however—like aerosols—are more dangerous. Masks cannot filter the small stuff. According to Petty, because Covid-19 particles are comprised of aerosols, it is really, really, small stuff. And, as he pointed out, an N-95 is designed to filter larger particles. Even for particles as large as .3 micron, Mr. Petty testified that an N-95’s effectiveness is in direct proportion to its seal. In fact, he stated it becomes completely ineffective if 3% or more of the contact area with the face is not sealed.

Mr. Petty testified that masks leak, do not filter out the small stuff, cannot be sealed, are commonly worn by persons with facial hair, and may be contaminated due to repetitive use and the manner of use. He emphatically stated that mask wearing provides no benefit whatsoever, either to the wearer or others.

He explained that the big droplets fall to the ground right away, the smaller droplets will float longer, and aerosols will remain suspended for days or longer if the air is stirred. Mr. Petty testified that the duration of time that particles remain suspended can be determined using “Stoke’s Law.” Based on it, for particles the size of Covid-19 (.12 to .09 micron) to fall five feet would take between 5 and 58 days in still air. Thus, particles are suspended in the air even from previous days. And so, he asks, “If it takes days for the particles to fall, how in the world does a six-foot rule have any meaning?”

Mr. Petty acknowledged that both OSHA and CDC have recommended that people wear masks. However, he called this “at best dishonest.”61 As an example on this, he pointed to CDC guidance documents where, on page 1, it recommends wearing a mask; but then on page 6, admits that “masks, do not provide . . . a reliable level of protection from . . . smaller airborne particles.”62 According to Mr. Petty, those agencies have smart individuals who know better. Mr. Petty points out that, even before March 2020, it was known that Covid-19 particles are tiny aerosols. And on this, he states that he insisted that fact early on. He also points to a more recent letter by numerous medical researchers, physicians and experts with Ph.D.s, asking the CDC to address the implications of Covid-19 aerosols. During Dr. Stack’s subsequent testimony, he also acknowledged that Covid-19 is spread “by . . . airborne transmission that could be aerosols . . . .”

Finally, Mr. Petty pointed to another recent study by Ben Sheldon of Stanford University out of Palo Alto. According to that study, “both the medical and non-medical face masks are ineffective to block human-to-human transmission of viral and infectious diseases, such as SARS, CoV-2 and COVID-19.”64 The Court finds the opinions expressed by Mr. Petty firmly established in logic. The inescapable conclusion from his testimony is that ordering masks to stop Covid-19 is like putting up chain-link fencing to keep out mosquitos. The six-foot- distancing requirements fare no better.

The judge summarizes the situation nicely:

It is obvious from even a cursory review that the orders issued over the past fifteen months “attempt to control” and seek “to form and determine future rights and duties” of Kentucky citizens. These included ordering the closure of all businesses, except those the Governor deemed essential. He ordered churches closed, prohibited social gatherings, including at weddings and funerals, prohibited travel, and through CHFS, even prohibited citizens from receiving scheduled surgeries and access to medical care. And then there is the order that everyone wear a mask. These are, undeniably, attempts to control, set policy, and determine rights and duties of the citizenry. Except in those instances where the federal courts have stepped in, Defendants assert authority to modify or re-impose these orders at their sole discretion. Consider, for example, the recent modification of the mask mandate. It orders persons who did not get vaccinated for Covid-19 to wear masks but lifts that requirement for others. That is setting policy and determining future rights and duties.

At the hearing, Defendants took exception to the Attorney General’s characterization of the Governor’s actions as a “lockdown,” and argued that prohibiting persons from entering those restaurants is not the same as ordering that they be closed. But that doesn’t minimize the impact on those who lost their businesses as a result, or those in nursing homes condemned to spend their final hours alone, deprived of the comfort from loved ones (or even any real contact with humanity), or those citizens who the Governor prohibited from celebrating their wedding day with more than ten persons, or those he forced to bury their dead alone, without the consoling presence of family and friends (and who likewise were deprived of paying their final respects), or those persons who were barred from entering church to worship Almighty God during Holy Week, and even Easter Sunday, or those persons who were denied access to health care, including cancer-screenings, or those denied entry into government buildings (which they pay for with their taxes) in order to obtain a necessary license, and who were forced to wait outside for hours in the sweltering heat, or rain, purportedly to keep them from getting sick.

What the people have endured over the past fifteen months—to borrow a phrase from United States District Judge Justin R. Walker—“is something this Court never expected to see outside the pages of a dystopian novel.” Yet, Defendants contend that the Governor’s rule by mere emergency decree must continue indefinitely, and independent of legislative limits. In effect, Defendants seek declaratory judgment that the Constitution provides this broad power so long as he utters the word, “emergency.” It does not. For this Court to accept Defendant’s position would not be honoring its oath to support the Constitution; it would be tantamount to a coup d’état against it.

Yes, life is now a dystopian novel. Let’s hope this patriot judge’s order stands up on appeal in the state appellate courts in Kentucky. And thanks to Chris Wiest and the AG of Kentucky for fighting the good fight. The order notes that the permanent injunction against the governor goes into effect on June 10, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.

When I was living in Northern California from 2008-2010, the state was rolling out wireless smart utility meters.  I was one of the individuals who became disabled as the result of exposure to the pulsed microwave radiofrequencies.  California held a number of hearings where individuals who were concerned about billing fiascos, privacy, security, cost, green-washing, surveillance, and health damages gave testimony.

I remember the testimony of one father whose young son had been in a serious accident and was being sent home to convalesce and heal . . . and it reminded me that any of us, in this point in time, might believe that smart meters are safe. But our circumstances can change in a moment. Many of us were already losing ground due to lack of sleep and constantly being induced by the frequencies – what would the experience be for a child with a metal plate in the head?

For those of us already recognizing that the meters and infrastructure installations were capable of causing tremendous disruption to normal, healthy brain function, it was a terrible experience to be in the presence of unresponsive, detached, autocratic decision-makers who ignored the early warnings for whatever reason, whether they did not believe what was happening, or didn’t care.

Many mothers, fathers, and children have been recognizing risks, and taking action, throughout the country and around the world, and the numbers continue to increase.  Many communities, neighborhoods, and families are seeking to prioritize wired, rather than wireless options.

Mother’s Day Countdown

In our series at Natural Blaze counting down to Mother’s Day, we learned about:

Godelieve Richards, the new mother who co- founded the Piti Theatre Group with her husband Jonathan, in Massachusetts and Switzerland, on her experience of the acute onset of EHS, her journey to receive an accurate diagnosis, and the efforts she has to make to protect her home environment.

Kirstin Beatty, a young mother and teacher forced to leave her profession, whose daughter is her advocate, who despite isolation due to EHS, works actively on legislative efforts on a number of environmental fronts.

Courtney Gilardi, whose community is opposing a macrotower, with many neighbors and her family experiencing adverse health effects when the tower was “turned on” after being installed without the knowledge and consent of the community, questioning outdated and inaccurate exposure standards and lack of legislative response.

Virginia Hines, a psychotherapist, noting the opportunity for cognitive coherence as society adopts health-protective choices; for examples, speaker phone, wired ear buds, and a chiropractic office that hardwired to protect the safety of their patients (after measuring the RF emitted from an iPad being used, unquestioningly, to check in patients.)

Mothers vs. Peter Valberg

In a 3-part series, we looked at historical efforts dating back to the late 1990s featuring Diana Warren and Peggy Patton; Thea Fournier, Julie Riccardi, and Nina Anderson, while noting the pervasive influence of Philip Morris tobacco scientist Peter Valberg on public policy regarding microwave radio frequencies and meters.  Part 3 highlighted more recent efforts by Sandi Maurer of the EMF Safety Network, publisher Carol Bedrosian, Noise Pollution Activist Sandra Chianfoni, Dover-Sherborn mothers opposing a tower on school property, Janet Davis opposing yet another cell antenna in a church steeple, and MA for Safe Technology’s Cece Doucette.

In interviewing the women for Mother’s Day, a theme emerged: nearly everyone had some kind of experience or had been affected by the work of Peter Valberg. Because the product defense firm Gradient is located in Massachusetts, and the articles were based mostly around New England contacts, this pattern may not have seemed surprising. But in fact, Peter Valberg provided “expertise” to utilities promoting smart meters in many states, and provided testimony for regulators in many others – from Texas, Florida, Maryland, Arizona, Florida, Oregon, Pennsylvania, to Iowa.  The exorbitant fees for his brand of science come from ratepayers. He served as the primary health expert for the defunct, pro-industry. Smart Grid Consumer Collaborative, which had no consumers, and was comprised of both industry and regulators.

In fact, in 2012, the National Conference of State Legislators shared a report with decision makers nationally from the Utilities Telecom Council that relied on Valberg’s opinion (along with mercenary scientists from another notorious product defense firm.)

In a testimony submitted in Minnesota regarding magnetic fields and power lines, Valberg was asked, “Describe how you maintain your expertise in the area of health effects related to radiofrequency fields and EMF.”

He responded, “On a continuing basis, the librarians at Gradient provide me with recently published articles related to EMF health effects. I review those publications that are relevant to health risks potentially attributed to RF and power-line exposure.”

Given that these firms that work for the wireless industry also work for the tobacco industry, including Valberg’s continuing work for Philip Morris Light cigarettes, I can only imagine a scene from the TV show Mad Men, with the cast sucking on cigarettes and the secretaries like Joan Holloway, “Now try not to be overwhelmed by all this technology. It looks complicated, but the men who designed it made it simple enough for a woman to use.”

This denotes that we are operating at a time in history reflected by treacherous collaborations between powerful entities.  It is one level of evil to see tobacco science applied in a courtroom regarding adult consumers who unwittingly smoked and destroyed their health.   It is another level of evil to see tobacco science underpinning federal infrastructure agendas that will extend to every neighborhood, under the banner of “Endless Frontiers,”  “addressing the digital divide,” and “telehealth access.” The wireless agenda is being forcefully imposed on every man, woman, child, and nature environment, from land to sea to space, not only in the U.S., but worldwide.  The implementation has been weaponized by enabling legislation that abuses human rights, including property rights.

Father’s Day, Many Honorable men

This week, we begin our countdown to Father’s Day, featuring fathers, sons, brothers, uncles, husbands, and friends who are engaged in the 5G/EMF/RF issue, whether due to smart meters, like Paul; or cellphone towers next to school, like Jeff; or WiFi in school, like David. We also highlight some of the researchers, scientists, and physicians working earnestly on the issue of the EMF/RF environmental stressor and pollutant.

None of them rely on “secretaries to provide recently published articles.”

Some treat actual patients, some conduct peer-reviewed scientific research.  They don’t talk about “blue ribbon panels,” or “prepare an in-depth analysis,” using their intellectual gifts to protect harmful industries and to sustain harm and injury by irresponsible industries.

Elected and unelected officials who are not ready, willing, and able to practice discernment regarding the integrity of the experts they reference cannot be trusted to safeguard communities, human health, and the environment.  This is malfeasance. The product defense firm industry must be removed from the driver’s seat of technological innovation, because the products the industry promotes are not safe. It’s not rocket science.

It’s time to require that the tech industry’s “get of jail free” card for health and environmental damages be revoked.  It’s time to hold ourselves accountable, as a species, for rejecting consumer products that pose health risks, and to require the industry to develop safe products and infrastructure.

It’s way past time to move the needle on the RF/EMF science.

Mounting Public Pushback Forces Public Health Authoritarians’ Retreat

Chalk up a victory vs. public health tyranny! In the face of massive public resistance, so-called ‘officials’ have retreated from their unscientific and misanthropic propaganda tactics.

Another round of record protests across in London (barely acknowledged in corporate media) has served as a bellwether for the surging distaste against several forms of public health Covid edicts.

After more than a year ignoring the data and science to lockdown the world, public health officials have begun reluctantly abandoning many of their heavy-handed tactics. Taking a “carrot and stick” approach, global populations have been continually beaten with a medical stick to force compliance. Yet few doing the ‘beating’ cared to look at history or do a simple cost-benefit analysis to examine the erroneous plan for their populations.

Continued analysis of the data behind lockdowns shows epic failures that have set society back in unimaginable ways. Forcing public health edicts illogically has forever weakened confidence in governmental and global health bodies.

Canadian economist Douglas W. Allen recently published an examination of over 80 Covid-19 studies, taking a critical look at the literature to assess the lockdown Cost vs. Benefits:

“There are about 45 stringency points from the least stringent country (Russia: 40.28) to the most stringent (Ireland: 84.26). Over this range, moving from the least to most stringent lockdown increases the cumulative deaths per million by 630 deaths. Contrary to the popular understanding, lockdown is not associated with fewer deaths per million, but more. “

Despite the false assertion by public health officials that the limited, available science pointed to lockdowns being the only solution, Allen refutes this, stating:

“By August there was enough information available to show that any reasonable cost/benefit analysis would show that lockdown was creating more harm than good. It is unreasonable to suggest that a proper decision could not have been made in the fall when the second wave of infections hit.”

The public is emboldened like never before to both return to normal and disobey public health officials pushing irrational, unscientific orders whose only roots stem from virtue signaling, political jockeying and/or petty power plays. It’s over. And would-be government employees refusing to see the writing on the wall will be voted out of office.

Established in April 2020 and composed by a group of multi-disciplinary professionals, the Pandemics Data & Analytics (or PANDA) organization understands this. PANDA stands for open science, rational debate about replacing flawed science, and for retrieving liberty and prosperity from the clutches of a dystopian “new normal”.

The organization recently released its 17-page analysis and Declaration for the Protection of Children and Young People. It states:

“Evidence already shows serious damage to the physical, mental and social wellbeing of children and young people, as well as their educational attainment and future prospects (Lewis et al., 2021). There was never a reason to disrupt the lives of children and young people and there is every reason to restore normality to this population. Policymakers should take immediate action to protect children and young people from further harm and injustice, now and in the future.”

Meanwhile, the U.S. Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is facing down a scandal from several directions. First, internal emails revealed the agency relied upon politically motivated actors, rather than science, to craft its school reopening policy. Secondly, the agency’s mask guidance was peppered with confusion and questionable science.

Research examining mitigation practices and Covid-19 rates in Florida, New York and Massachusetts’ schools continued to drive home the CDC’s scientific misadventures. After looking at all the data encompassing public schools and districts for the 2020-2021 school year, the authors concluded “…we do not see a correlation between mask mandates and COVID-19 rates among students…”

Even at this advanced stage of public revelation and transparency to the failed policies of some tone-deaf public health officials, some are still desperately trying to move the goalposts. For example: After the goal of lowering case counts in an effort to return to normal was reached, officials in Australia and New Zealand demanded a zero-Covid approach! Good luck with that.

Meanwhile, Ontario has announced a three-step plan to reopen the province, starting with outdoor recreational amenities, as it gradually prepares to ease pandemic restrictions. But wait! Hold on! Forget about lower case counts or mortality rates, Ontario must wait at least two weeks after 60 per cent of adults have received one dose of the vaccine!

In the U.S., the reopening has happened too rapidly for power-hungry public officials still not ready to give up their ill-gotten fiefdoms. The vaccine passport idea continues to be a non-starter in the USA as many governors checkmated the idea with a slew of early executive orders and bills.

Defaulting to individual businesses, a few governors have resorted to making weary frontline business owners manually violate their patron’s health privacy by asking them to check the vaccine status of everyone who enters their establishment. This is the textbook definition of fascism, by the way: The marriage of government and industry.

Other businesses have simply removed their “face masks mandatory” signs and replaced them with masking suggestions for the unvaccinated. How many people are complying no one knows for sure.

A month ago, headlines told of an impending U.K. domestic vaccine passport despite widespread public distaste. It manifested in the form of an NHS app which had some concerning additional features as exposed during an interview on U.K.’s Talk Radio:

In a surprising plot twist, following this weekend’s capacity protests, plans for the U.K. vaccine passport have reportedly been scrapped. In a Telegraph exclusive, ‘officials’ working on Covid-19 status certification believe there is no chance the law will be changed to mandate vaccine passports’ use within the U.K. Called a “well-placed source” by The Telegraph stated, “No one is talking about it still as a potential thing … It has been killed off really.”

As travel and employment appear to be the new chokepoints to ram through vaccine certificates, are governments defaulting to private business to finish the op? Or will something happen that gives officials a rejuvenated push in the near future?

Hospital Sued By 117 Employees Over Vaccine Mandate

A group of 117 Houston-area hospital employees on Friday filed a civil lawsuit against an employer hospital’s coronavirus vaccine mandate.  The lawsuit alleges that the mandate violates both the Nuremberg Code and U.S. statutes that allow Americans to refuse “unapproved” medical treatments.  It also alleges violations of Texas labor and employment laws.

That “people” are “trying to force you to put something into your body that you’re not comfortable with to keep your job is just insane,” lead plaintiff Jennifer Bridges told Houston CBS affiliate KHOU.

The defendants are The Methodist Hospital, the Methodist Hospital System, and Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital.  The people in charge of those entities responded to the litigation by saying the plaintiffs are but a small minority of voices among 26,000 employees and that it is “legal for health care institutions to mandate vaccines.”

The Lawsuit.

The sharply worded 56-page complaint argues that the COVID-19 vaccines currently on the market were authorized merely as “emergency” measures and, thus, are not fully “approved” vaccines.

At the top of the document are words attributed to David Bernard, the CEO of Houston Methodist San Jacinto Hospital: “100% vaccination is more important than your individual freedom. Everyone [sic] of you is replaceable. If you don’t like what your [sic] doing you can leave and we will replace your spot.”

Those alleged words did not sit well with the plaintiffs.

“For the first time in the history of the United States, an employer is forcing an employee to participate in an experimental vaccine trial as a condition for continued employment,” the lawsuit argues.

The document continues by alleging that the defendant hospital “became the first major health care system in the country to force it [sic] employees to be injected with an experimental COVID-19 mRNA gene modification injection (‘experimental vaccine’) or be fired.”

“Methodist Hospital is forcing its employees to be human ‘guinea pigs’ as a condition for continued employment,” the lawsuit’s opening paragraph also says.

The Washington Post on May 14 reported that the coronavirus vaccines available in the U.S. are no longer considered “experimental” because they have “completed clinical trials and have been authorized for emergency use.”  The same report quotes a bevy of experts who asserted that the current vaccines are safe while noting that millions of Americans have been vaccinated without serious harm.

Still, the plaintiff employees remain skeptical.

“[T]here is much the FDA does not know about these products even as it authorizes them for emergency use, including their effectiveness against infection, death, and transmission of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that is allegedly the cause of the COVID disease,” the lawsuit claims.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Friday updated its COVID-19 vaccination guidance documents for employers.

“Federal EEO laws do not prevent an employer from requiring all employees physically entering the workplace to be vaccinated for COVID-19, so long as employers comply with the reasonable accommodation provisions of the ADA and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other EEO considerations,” the new EEOC technical assistance document reads.

“Unite for Freedom” London, May 29th: Something Wonderful, Something Real . . .

Yesterday saw the another warning shot across the bows of the globalist front group that has hijacked the nation’s governance: knock off  what you are doing – or else!

The London demo on 29th was YET AGAIN huge. Reports are that it was four miles long and comprised a million citizens.

It is impossible to know exact numbers but as someone who was there, I’d say these reports are pretty accurate. It was an honour to be part of it and to find oneself among so many fine people from every generation and social background.

The sheer scale of the protest was breathtaking. The latest in a long series of demos and the biggest yet, it showed that far from running out of steam, the movement is growing fast, accumulating more citizens as the list of government lies, deceits, cons, falsehoods and efforts to terrorise grows.

If it goes on this way, if the government does not get honest and straight, the architects of this attack on the nation will find they have no friends left.

The corporate media, of course, either tries to pretend it didn’t happen or to minimise it with false reports of “hundreds” and the usual misrepresentation of of what the demonstrations are about.

This is a far cry from simply “reporting the news”. It is in essence an effort to  covertly control the citizenry using false or heavily redacted reports disguised as “reporting the news”.

Thanks to the wonders of modern technology, it is now easy to prove what REALLY took place and show the CMM (Corporate Media Matrix) up as resoundingly false. At yesterday’s demonstration there were  hundreds of thousands of people taking pictures and making video clips so that by today there are in circulation hundreds of thousands of pieces of evidence that nullify the CMM effort to convey a false reality.

And so inexorably, lie by disproven lie, the corporate media’s status as “conveyor of news”  suffers a death of a thousand cuts. Its decline can be traced to its failure to do its job and to honour the trust once placed in it.

Couple that unmasked dishonesty with the erosion of it pretence at impartiality. It is relatively easy to determine that editors and so forth answer to owners ands those owners have their own agenda. By way of a brief example, take Rupert Murdoch who owns the biggest vaccine company in Australia. His family has been deeply immersed in that industry for generations, and he has partnerships with Glaxo and with all the big vaccine makers. The Corporate Media likes to think it sets public opinion. It doesn’t. If the CMM set public opinion we would not be seeing protests like yesterday’s in London. And of course for every person who was there, there are ten who weren’t for one reason or another, so one can surmise that what is occurring as our already considerable numbers grow, is a seismic shift of public opinion in a direction OPPOSITE to the direction in which the CMM, leaving no truth unturned, is trying to steer it .

The CMM is a dead irrelevance as a resource for truthful information. It has been supplanted by the People’s Media which operates free of corporate/oligarchical control.

The People’s Media, multifaceted and representing the much broader and more contentious spectrum of freely exchanged ideas, is not of course always right in everything it says. We leave that pretence to a Corporate Media that stifles all challenges to its orthodoxy.

The People’s Media, manned by earnest human beings with no claims to omniscient infallibility, makes mistakes but in that climate of freely exchanged and debated ideas, those mistakes can be freely challenged and debated rather than welded irrevocably into the national psyche by authoritarian diktat.

The People’s Media has but to remain sincere, to get its facts straight as best it can and take responsibility for honest errors. Its primary mission is to maintain the public’s access to ideas, data and viewpoints outside the orthodox spectrum. It is to persuade people to use their native capabilities to inspect, question and challenge what they are told rather than blindly accept everything that comes out of the mouths of devious politicians and the front men for corporate vested interests.

As such, the People’s Media is seeking to do the exact opposite to what the corporate media is doing.

Observably, the corporate media, long dead as a source of real news, is seeking to implant a matrix of ideas for which there is no challenge.

Part of that effort is, for instance, trying to keep from the nation’s citizens the horrible truth that there has now arisen a thus-far peaceful revolt against the lies and deceit of a criminal government.

And so it is incumbent upon the People’s Media, which in effect actually embraces every single member of the Freedom Movement with a voice to speak or a social media or email account through which to relay, to disseminate as broadly as possible the evidence of what really happened.

So here is our contribution, which is also a celebration, courtesy of some very fine people who made these videos and Bitchute that published them, of the fact that in the face of oppression, humanity is rising.

Marylanders Rally Against Baseless COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate for State College Students

ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, May 27, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – Citizens from all over Maryland descended on the state capital to protest an unconstitutional order mandating all students and employees in the University of Maryland system receive coronavirus vaccines before returning to school this fall.

“I’m opposed to mandating anyone to get this vaccination,” Maryland House Delegate Lauren Arikan told LifeSite’s Jim Hale, who was on the scene. “It’s still in its infancy in terms of research, and mandating things that are under emergency use authorization is inappropriate.”

Arikan said that families who have always gotten their children the full schedule of vaccines are saying, “‘Look, I gave my child every recommended vaccination. This one is not on the schedule for a reason: It hasn’t been studied yet, and so I’m not giving it to my child.’”

Arikan noted that these parents are pulling their money out of the state. “They’re not going to send their kids to a Maryland school now. That’s a big deal and we need the governor to listen to that.”

“The separation of people is a very bad idea. If you’re already vaxxed, you’re fine. You don’t have to worry about unvaccinated people,” said one young man who was holding an American flag.

“I just feel like this is just a straight up abuse of rights, abuse of power, and they need to be reeled back. Hard,” he advised. “Be strong. Stand up for yourself. And stop listening to the rules. Believe in yourself, not just the government.”

“Forced consent isn’t consent,” said one young woman.

“It’s not good to force a vaccine on people that hasn’t been sufficiently tested,” said another. “And with the moral concerns with aborted cell lines just doesn’t sound like a good idea.”

“It hasn’t even been FDA approved,” noted her friend, who indicated that people who have had serious negative reactions to the vaccine are being pushed out of sight.

“There’s a big temptation to just go ahead and take the vaccination rather than look into it,” she continued. “I feel it’s important to not just rush into it and be smart about it.”

A woman who has three kids – each of whom has had and recovered from COVID-19 – enrolled at three different Maryland university campuses said she worries about the side effects of the vaccine.

“I worry about the results of the vaccine. I know what the result of having COVID was for them because they’ve lived through it,” she said. Taking a vaccine that is not fully tested “is too big of a risk.”

“The safety trials won’t be completed until 2023,” she noted.

A man at the rally whose wife is an employee at the University of Maryland said that administrators told her in an email that they want her to be vaccinated by August 1.

“She is being threatened ‘get the vaccination or lose (your) job,’” he said.

“I’m here to protest the mandate that all University of Maryland system students have to take this experimental shot in order to go to classes on campus,” said Linda Kouroupis of Ellicott City, Maryland. “I think it’s wrong.”

“I’m very upset,” she continued. “I had a daughter go to College Park, my husband is an alumnus, I’m an alumnus of the grad school. I think it’s totally wrong. I’m doing as much as I can to stop it.”

“This is not going to stop after tonight,” she promised.

Another woman who introduced herself “as a mom and a grandmom” told LifeSite that mandating the vaccine for young people seems counterintuitive, especially since the risk from side effects is worse than the risk from contracting the virus.

“Is Big Pharma pushing this?” she wondered. “Why would you give somebody your money when all they want to do is give your kids an experimental shot?”

“The state law is very clear that you don’t have to take an experimental vaccine. That’s federal law as well,” said Maryland House Delegate Dan Cox, who explained that what is being attempted in the Old Line State is illegal.

“So when they’re talking about mandating and limiting students who exercise their rights for a medical, religious, or flat-out exemption that state law allows for college students … it’s not going to fly. That’s an illegality,” he said.

“Speak up. Don’t let anyone silence you or intimidate you into this,” said Cox. “You have a right to your own personal integrity. All you have to do is exercise it. Don’t waive those rights.”

“And when someone asks you if you’ve been vaxxed with this experiment, just smile back and remind them that’s your privacy,” he advised. “They don’t have a right to ask.”

Facebook Insider Who Leaked ‘Vaccine Hesitancy’ Docs Morgan Kahmann GOES ON RECORD After Suspension

• One of two Facebook Insiders featured in Project Veritas’ recent #ExposeFacebook series that revealed the company’s censorship of vaccine concerns on a global scale has officially come out of the shadows.
• Data Center Technician Morgan Kahmann felt compelled to speak out publicly and shine a light on Facebook’s decision to hide their censorship plans from users.
• Kahmann informed Project Veritas of a Facebook decision to suspend and remove him from his office pending an “Investigatory Meeting” with Human Resources. Meeting was called off at the last minute.
• Kahmann: “What happened was I was at work, and I got a message from my supervisor, out of the blue, basically saying ‘go ahead and wrap up your area and clean up your stuff, gather your personal belongings and meet me in a meeting room in the lobby of the building.’ They’re basically going to have me meet with the investigative team and grill me on this whole situation.”
• Kahmann was able to secure additional internal Facebook documents before his suspension that confirm the “vaccine hesitancy” algorithm is live and being implemented globally across Facebook and Instagram platforms.
• Kahmann hopes more are inspired to Be Brave, and Do Something about the wrongdoing they witness inside Big Tech, media, and government.
• Kahmann has set up a fundraiser on the Christian crowdfunding platform GiveSendGo to support his wife and children as he attempts to move forward in his now uncertain future.

Kahmann is one of two Facebook insiders that came to Project Veritas with this information, and he explained in an interview how he found out about his suspension.

“What happened was I was at work, and I got a message from my supervisor, out of the blue, basically saying ‘go ahead and wrap up your area and clean up your stuff, gather your personal belongings and meet me in a meeting room in the lobby of the building,’” Kahmann said. “They’re basically going to have me meet with the investigative team and grill me on this whole situation.”

Kahmann also explained to Project Veritas what motivated him to blow the whistle on Facebook’s wrongdoing in the first place.

“What would happen if this [Facebook Vaccine Hesitancy Comment Demotion policy] was scaled larger and scaled to Twitter and the internet as a whole is way worse than anything that could happen from me getting fired from my job,” he said. “To me, that, it far outweighs that. Because it’s about more than me. It’s about really everyone in the world.”

Before being suspended, Kahmann secured additional internal Facebook documents showing that the Big Tech giant’s “vaccine hesitancy” policy has now been fully implemented.

He says that by doing what he did, more brave patriots working inside powerful institutions will come forward when they witness corruption.

Kahmann has officially launched a fundraising campaign on the Christian website, GiveSendGo, to support his family in these difficult times. He says it is the best form to support him now.

“I think that the main reason why people don’t want to come out [as whistleblowers] — because what if I, you know, I have two kids, I have my wife, and if I lose my job, it’s like ‘what do I do?’ But that’s less of a concern to me.”

American Governors Sign Laws to Ban Vaccine Passports & Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination

Governors from many American states are now framing a legal structure and are signing laws to ban Vaccine Passports and mandatory COVID-19 vaccination. Governors from Wyoming, South Carolina, Montana, South Dakota, Arizona, Idaho, and Texas have issued executive orders to prohibit Covid-19 Vaccine Passports, while North Dakota, South Carolina, Arkansas and Utah have passed bills into law to prohibit Vaccine Passport.

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey and Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds signed the bills into law. They are joining other states that do not support Covid-19 Vaccine Passports at the state level.

On May 24, Ivey signed Senate Bill 267 (read below) into law. On May 20, Reynolds signed House File 889 into law.

“Since the development of the COVID-19 vaccine, both Dr. Harris [the state health officer] and I have said that we would not mandate vaccines in the state of Alabama. I am supportive of a voluntary vaccine, and by signing this bill into law, I am only further solidifying that conviction,” Ivey said in a statement.

Reynolds said she “strongly oppose[s] vaccine passports” last month and that she would like to take legislative or executive action.

These two laws are same and prohibit state agencies from issuing identifications to show personal vaccine records. It states that no government entities or businesses should need Vaccine Passport to offer service.

The Iowa version targets Covid-19 Vaccine Passports, while the Alabama version appears to be more than this.

Iowa requires that contracts or grants funded by state revenue should not be renewed or awarded with respect to a governmental entity or business that violates the law. The Alabama version does not offer any such punishment mechanism.

Two paths have been taken by states to counter vaccine passports including either via legislation or executive orders.

Governors from Wyoming, South Carolina, Montana, South Dakota, Arizona, Idaho, and Texas have issued executive orders to prohibit Covid-19 Vaccine Passports, while North Dakota, South Carolina, Arkansas and Utah have passed bills into law to prohibit Vaccine Passport.

Most of us have heard about ‘Vaccine Passports’ only after the pandemic, when different governments started emphasizing the requirement of ‘Vaccine Passports’ for travelling to other countries or even for going to public places.

However, the planning for executing the concept of ‘Vaccine Passports’ began 20 months prior to the outbreak of the pandemic.

What these roadmap talk about is not just some document that would restrict your entry or movement to certain places. What they envision is an entire COVID eco-system, a future where each and every aspect of your life is monitored and regulated as per the whims and fancy of these Pharma Overlords.

Stand with all Massachusetts students. The ‘Let The Kids Breathe’ main demonstration will take place at the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Malden because this is where the statewide “orders” for schools are handed down. Organizers are calling for a boycott of schools until all restrictions are lifted. They are suggesting people bring noisemakers (buckets and sticks).

Making kids wear masks is a form of child abuse. Masks inhibit the intake of oxygen which children need for their developing brains. They force people to re-breathe the carbon dioxide that they exhale. There is little evidence that masks help to prevent the spread of viruses, and plenty of evidence that wearing them is physically and mentally harmful.

Further, children have now come to think it is normal for everyone to wear a mask, and they are being deprived of the ability to understand other people by reading the expressions on their faces. Parents have been so intimidated by “pandemic” fear that they have essentially allowed the state to abuse their children.

Children are not able to understand what is being done to them, and parents, who are in a position to understand, have failed to protest health mandates being blatantly used for political, not health, reasons.

On May 13, 2021 medical tyrant Anthony Fauci said that “children too young to be vaccinated will still have to wear masks when they are indoors and around others, even if older kids and adults are free to take off face protection once they are fully vaccinated. “

Adults have been held hostage with mask and social distancing rules in order to force them to to get the covid injection. Now our children are being held hostage for the same reason. Children are at very low risk of harm from whatever the illness is that has been called covid 19. Adverse effects so far reported among those age 16 and up who have gotten the jab make it a certainty that if the injections are forced on children, they will cause more and much worse harm than the illness.

According to neurologist Dr. Margarite Griesz-Brisson, “For children and adolescents, masks are an absolute no-no. Children and adolescents have an extremely active and adaptive immune system and they need a constant interaction with the microbiome of the Earth. Their brain is also incredibly active, as it is has so much to learn. The child’s brain, or the youth’s brain is thirsting for oxygen. The more metabolically active the organ is, the more oxygen it requires. In children and adolescents every organ is metabolically active. To deprive a child’s or an adolescent’s brain from oxygen, or to restrict it in any way, is not only dangerous to their health, it is absolutely criminal. Oxygen deficiency inhibits the development of the brain, and the damage that has taken place as a result CANNOT be reversed. The child needs the brain to learn, and the brain needs oxygen to function. We don’t need a clinical study for that. This is simple, indisputable physiology. Conscious and purposely induced oxygen deficiency is an absolutely deliberate health hazard, and an absolute medical contraindication. “

According to psychologist Jack Dresser, “Children are closely attentive to both the facial expressions and voice intonations of their caretakers and surrounding adults. Deprivation or attenuation of these psychologically essential cues constitutes child neglect, which can affect brain development and be more psychologically damaging than overt abuse.”

“As John Ioannidis has said, ‘medicine has now become the enemy of health.’ In order to remedy this, public health officials must resume their rightful position as public servants who provide information and guidance, rather than dictates and punishments. Restoring this balance will restore trust in public health, and improve health outcomes. In the current modality, where un-elected public health officials have been given god-like power and prestige, there is no incentive for them to provide accurate information. They do not guide, they rule. Rulers don’t give information, they give commands. To the extent they give information, it is to justify their commands. This is exactly how the CDC has behaved since March. In the absence of the ability to compel, you must inform. Thus, in order to get the CDC and other public health organizations to begin accurately informing us, we must strip them of their power to command us. The moment this is done, we will all have better information, and a public health apparatus that serves us–not the other way around.”

Attached is a [downloadable word file] plea for sanity on masks in schools written by a mother of three school-age children in Tempe, Arizona, addressed to the school administrators enforcing the abusive masking policy common to most public schools across America. The arguments in this letter apply equally to all students forced to wear masks in schools on Cape Cod. The argument is simple: parents need to stand up to protect their children.

America’s Frontline Doctors Files Motion for Temporary Restraining Order Against Use of Covid Vaccine in Children

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) today filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama requesting a temporary restraining order against the emergency use authorization (EUA) permitting using the COVID-19 vaccines in children under the age of 16, and that no further expansion of the EUAs to children under the age of 16 be granted prior to the resolution of these issues at trial.

The case will challenge the EUAs for the injections on several counts, based on the law and scientific evidence that the EUAs should never have been granted, the EUAs should be revoked immediately, the injections are dangerous biological agents that have the potential to cause substantially greater harm than the COVID-19 disease itself, and that numerous laws have been broken in the process of granting these EUAs and foisting these injections on the American people.

AFLDS Founder Dr. Simone Gold spoke about the reasons for filing the motion: “We doctors are pro-vaccine, but this is not a vaccine,” she said. “This is an experimental biological agent whose harms are well-documented (although suppressed and censored) and growing rapidly, and we will not support using America’s children as guinea pigs.”

She continued: “We insist that the EUA not be relinquished prematurely; certainly not before trials are complete – October 31, 2022 for Moderna and April 27, 2023 for Pfizer. We are shocked at the mere discussion of this, and will not be silent while Americans are used as guinea pigs for a virus with survivability of 99.8% globally and 99.97% under age 70.

“Under age 20 it is 99.997% – ‘statistical zero’.

“There are 104 children age 0-17 who died from COVID-19 and 287 from COVID + Influenza – out of ~72 million. This equals zero risk. And we doctors won’t stand for children being offered something they do not need and of whom some unknown percentage will suffer.”

AFLDS Pediatric Director Dr. Angie Farella explained: “My greatest concerns with the vaccination of children under the age of 18 is the fact that there is no prior study of these individuals before December of 2020.”

She went on to say: “Children were not included in the trials, and the adult trials do not have any long-term safety data currently available.”

AFLDS Legal Director Ali Shultz commented on AFLDS’ filing: “Not many people could have taken this on. Dr. Simone Gold is a doctor, and a lawyer, and a fierce warrior who will stop at nothing to protect humanity.

“She has a certain finesse in developing the right team to see this medical/legal mission through.”

Amid growing safety concerns, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Dr. Meryl Nass, on behalf of Children’s Health Defense (CHD), filed a Citizen Petition with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) asking the agency to immediately revoke the Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) for COVID vaccines and to refrain from licensing them.

Millions Against Medical Mandates (MAMM), a coalition of health freedom organizations and individuals, joins CHD and other vaccine safety and health freedom groups in inviting the public, including healthcare workers, parents and military members, to submit comments on the petition.

CHD compiled and submitted 72 references supporting the request for revocation and restraint. You can download the petition from the FDA website, or read the full petition here.

According to the most recent Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System data, there have been 192,954 reported adverse events following COVID vaccination, including 4,057 deaths between Dec. 14, 2020 and May 7, 2021.

These numbers stand in stark contrast to those reported following the aborted 1976 swine flu vaccine campaign that ended abruptly following approximately 30 reported deaths and 400 cases of Guillain–Barré syndrome.

Citing the extremely low risk to children from COVID, the petition calls on the FDA to immediately refrain from allowing minors to participate in COVID vaccine trials and to immediately revoke all EUAs permitting vaccination of children under 18.

“It’s time for the FDA to make a dramatic course correction before more deaths and injuries occur,” said Maureen McDonnell, MAMM founder.

The petition also urges the FDA to revoke its tacit approval for pregnant women to receive COVID vaccines.

The law stipulates that to grant EUA status, no other effective intervention may exist. The petition calls upon the FDA to immediately amend its existing guidance for the use of chloroquine drugs, ivermectin and any other safe and effective drugs against COVID.

“It’s time for the FDA to make effective COVID treatments available and to revoke the vaccine EUAs,” said CHD President and General Counsel Mary Holland. “It’s shocking that the FDA has ignored the unprecedented reports of injuries and deaths for five months.”

CHD and MAMM are asking the FDA to take these seven actions:

1. FDA should revoke all EUAs and refrain from approving any future EUA, NDA [new drug application] or BLA [biologics license application] for any COVID vaccine for all demographic groups because the current risks of serious adverse events or deaths outweigh the benefits, and because existing, approved drugs provide highly effective prophylaxis and treatment against COVID, mooting the EUAs.
2. Given the extremely low risk of severe COVID illness in children, FDA should immediately refrain from allowing minors to participate in COVID vaccine trials, refrain from amending EUAs to include children, and immediately revoke all EUAs that permit vaccination of children under 16 for the Pfizer vaccine and under 18 for other COVID vaccines.
3. FDA should immediately revoke tacit approval that pregnant women may receive any EUA or licensed COVID vaccines and immediately issue public guidance to that effect.
4. FDA should immediately amend its existing guidance for the use of the chloroquine drugs, ivermectin and any other drugs demonstrated to be safe and effective against COVID, to comport with current scientific evidence of safety and efficacy at currently used doses and immediately issue notifications to all stakeholders of this change.
5. The FDA should issue guidance to the secretary of the defense and the president not to grant an unprecedented presidential waiver of prior consent regarding COVID vaccines for service members under 10 U.S.C. § 1107(f) or 10 U.S.C. § 1107a.
6. The FDA should issue guidance to all stakeholders in digital and written formats to affirm that all citizens have the option to accept or refuse administration of investigational COVID vaccines without adverse work, educational or other non-health related consequences, under 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(a)(ii)(III) 1 and the informed consent requirements of the Nuremberg Code.
7. Pending revocation of COVID vaccine EUAs, FDA should issue guidance that all marketing and promotion of COVID vaccines must refrai
8. n from labeling them “safe and effective,” as such statements violate 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3.

The petition is available for review and comment. CHD urges parents, healthcare practitioners, military members and others to comment and to share the comment link with friends and colleagues.

FRIDAY: Medical Freedom Advocates to Hold Rally at Rutgers, as Students Push Back Against Vaccine Mandates

Legislators, students, community representatives and others will speak on the topic of informed consent at a health freedom rally at Rutgers University this Friday, May 21 at 11 a.m. ET, in protest of the university’s COVID vaccine mandate.

Rutgers was the first university to announce it will require the COVID vaccine for all students returning in the fall.

Since then, hundreds of universities — including the University of Notre Dame, Brown, Cornell, Northeastern University, New York’s State University (SUNY) and City University (CUNY) systems, and many other colleges and universities throughout the country — have said they will require COVID vaccines for the upcoming fall semester.

The Rutgers announcement prompted Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Children’s Health Defense’s (CHD) chairman and chief legal counsel, to send a letter to Rutgers President Jonathan Holloway to remind him that mandating Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) products violates federal law.

Kennedy informed Holloway that COVID vaccines, which are EUA products and therefore by definition experimental, cannot cannot be mandated. Under federal law, individuals have the right to accept or refuse EUA products. “Under the Nuremberg Code, no one may be coerced to participate in a medical experiment. Consent of the individual is absolutely essential,” Kennedy wrote

The college and university mandates have sparked a new wave of voices in the health freedom movement, as many college students are speaking out against mandating an experimental vaccine for a virus that has a 99.74% survival rate.

As reports to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) of injuries and deaths following COVID vaccines continue to increase, many students say they are concerned about the long-term safety and efficacy of the vaccine, and want more time to see the long-term impacts of the vaccine before rushing to get it.

The latest VAERS data show that between Dec. 14, 2020 and May 7, 2021, a total of 192,954 adverse events were reported to VAERS including 4,057 deaths and 17,190 serious injuries following vaccination with Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson  vaccines.

Students also have questions about conflicting information on whether this vaccine even prevents transmission or infection.

Yet the social pressure to get the vaccine, and the potential consequences for not getting it, are creating stress for many students.

Sara Razi, Rutgers student and New Jersey chair of the Rutgers chapter of Young Americans for Liberty, told me she was “extremely disappointed that the Rutgers bureaucracy mandated this vaccine despite previously announcing that they wouldn’t.” She is still undecided about getting the COVID vaccine and feels pressured to make a decision.

Razi, who described herself as “not anti-vax but definitely anti-mandate,” said she doesn’t want to be forced to waste another year of her life doing school via a laptop.

Frustrated and uncertain how a “public university can get away with this,” Razi said, “The Rutgers bureaucracy has taken away students’ ability to make the personal decision on whether or not they want to take this vaccine.”

Brandi Clark, student at Fairleigh Dickinson University, said she was “shocked” when she received the notification that her school will require the vaccine. After extensive research, Clark decided she won’t get the vaccine, so she submitted a religious exemption which is currently under review.

Through her research, Clark discovered there are two ingredients in the vaccines that were in a medication that previously caused her to experience an allergic reaction, which she has documented in her medical file. Knowing that anaphylaxis is a side effect of the COVID vaccine, Clark shared her concerns with her physician, who refused to provide a medical exemption because Clark’s previous reaction was not considered “life threatening enough.”

Clark, who is passionate about health freedom and stood with the freedom fighters in Connecticut as the bill to remove religious exemption passed, said she knows New Jersey is battling to retain its medical and religious freedom.

Clark is waiting to see if Fairleigh Dickinson University accepts her religious exemption.

“I didn’t come this far and accrue all this debt only to be told I either can’t continue or I can continue but I have to get this experimental drug,” Clark said. She said she is willing to sacrifice her education and “find a school that doesn’t require this.”

Both Razi and Clark, who represent the next generation of the growing health freedom movement, have been actively engaged in working with local New Jersey advocacy groups to organize at Rutgers University. They co-hosted a call with First Freedoms’ Kevin Barry and me to connect parents and students who are against COVID vaccine mandates.

Mary Holland, president and general counsel of CHD, said her advice to parents and students is to “organize, organize, organize.”

Holland said:

“If the majority of students will not return with a vaccine mandate or passport in place, the school will go under. The students and the parents have the power to turn this around.”

Holland said CHD’s view is that EUA vaccine mandates are clearly unlawful. She cited the legal precedent set by the courts when the U.S. Department of Defense tried to compel soldiers to take the EUA anthrax vaccine. A federal court decided federal law did not permit EUA vaccine mandates, and said soldiers could not be used as guinea pigs.

While the vaccines are EUA there is no legal question, Holland said, but once they have been approved, licensed and recommended by the CDC, the situation could change. “But we still believe COVID vaccines will not meet the threshold under U.S. Constitutional law for a vaccine mandate,” Holland said.

If you are a parent or a student against vaccine mandates here are some action steps:

1. Connect with local legislators. Ask them to sponsor and support bills that support freedom and prohibit vaccine mandates and discrimination. New Jersey residents can reach out to your local elected officials to request their support of  A5610/S3674 and A9999/S5607. A5610/S3674 prohibits the state from requiring private businesses to confirm individuals received COVID-19 vaccine for entry.   A9999/S5607 prohibits discrimination against individuals who have not received COVID vaccines.
2. Be the change. Show up to stand against mandates. Rally on Friday, May 21 at 11 a.m. ET at Rutgers New Brunswick Campus, Brower Plaza, 145 College Avenue. Details here.
3. Print out CHD’s legal notices. Inform your school that mandating EUA products violates federal law.
4. Vote with your wallet. Boycott the universities and businesses mandating the COVID vaccine. Support only those that support individual choice.

What they are afraid of is people gathering in pubs, in their voluntary groups, in soccor clubs, and meeting to assemble to discuss.

But what we are discussing is how to hold them to account.

So I would say to everyone, if you are watching this, take the masks off, go out, enjoy, plant some food, be prepared financially because they have a pattern of crisises coming. There are going to be interference with data, with the internet, with infrastructure, with banking, with the rule of law, and another health scare. None of it is necessary.

Governments Around the World Offer Extravagant Bribes in Desperate Effort to Increase COVID Vaccine Uptake

While indigenous communities in Mexico are rejecting the COVID-19 shot, the international effort to convince the public to take the jab is in full effect.

In early March, CNN reported that “Whole towns are refusing Covid-19 vaccines in Mexico”, profiling two of more than a dozen municipalities which have rejected COVID-19 shots for one reason or another. CNN reported on statements made by residents of Aldama and San Juan Cancuc, small indigenous towns located in the central highlands of the Mexican state of Chiapas.

“Why would I get vaccinated? I’m not sick. It wouldn’t be good if they tried to force us to get vaccinated. I don’t know,” María Magdalena López Santís, an Aldama resident, told CNN.

The indigenous communities of Mexico (and many Mexicans in general) have a history of mistrusting the federal government. After generations of being ignored or colonized, the communities are largely autonomous and operate under their own rule of law. It is this history which has caused several communities in Chiapas and other parts of Mexico to reject the COVID-19 shots altogether.

Of course, CNN reports that “a lack of information and conspiracy theories that have spread in the region like wildfire are to blame for vaccine hesitancy.” Aldama’s town secretary Tomás López Pérez told CNN that because his people “don’t really know what vaccines are made of, we believe that they contain the [Covid-19] virus and that’s the main reason why people don’t want to get vaccinated.”

On February 1st, José López López, mayor of San Juan Cancuc, released a letter to State health authorities detailing why his town would not accept the COVID shot. López López said the people of San Juan Cancuc will, in fact, reject all vaccines from the Mexican state.

The Chiapas State Health Department has stated that it will respect the autonomy of the indigenous populations.

I recently traveled to San Juan Cancuc to find out for myself why these indigenous communities are rejecting the shots. The indigenous of San Juan Cancuc speak a specific dialect of the indigenous Tseltal language known as San Juan Cancuc Tseltal. With the help of a local man interpreting from English to Spanish and Spanish to Tseltal I was able to communicate with members of the San Juan Cancuc council. Although they would not speak on camera without José López López being present, they shared a wealth of information regarding how their community has been responding to COVID-19.

For starters, the council of San Juan Cancuc said they had seen zero COVID-19 cases in their community. They also said the town never enforced masks or social distancing. The council stated that they have their own methods for healing the sick that do not align with the Mexican government’s policies.

The council stated that before the release of the February letter, the community rejected trucks bringing vaccines and other support from the government. The community rejected the trucks two times before finally releasing the letter making it publicly known they were rejecting the COVID shots. The council said doctors attempting to come into town to deliver vaccines were told by the state authorities they could not guarantee their safety if they entered San Juan Cancuc.

The council also noted that laws had been passed to ensure that the “not one more vaccine” policy could not be changed once a new Mayor is elected. When asked what message they would like to share with the rest of the world, the council stated that, “Everybody should do what they know to be right.” They also said they believed their community has thrived because they are organized and unified.

I also spoke with two residents of indigenous village Betania, about 30 minutes south of San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas. The residents stated that their entire town had rejected the COVID-19 shots as well. They also noted that the state government is offering 950 pesos (about $50 USD) to residents who get the shots, with additional payments per child in some cases. The indigenous woman we spoke with said that the local health authorities call residents and attempt to persuade them to take the vaccine. In some cases residents are told they cannot continue to get healthcare without the shot. Still, the people of Betania have rejected the shots.

Burgers, Fries, Donuts, and Bribes

The idea that governments might literally bribe citizens with money may seem shocking or immoral, especially when it comes to indigenous populations in small villages of Mexico. However, this practice is becoming more common in the United States and Europe.

A few months back Krispy Kreme made headlines after they offered free daily donuts for customers with proof of vaccine. Now, state governments are stepping in with offers of burgers, fries, tickets to events, and cash.

In Illinois, 50,000 vaccinated residents are being offered free tickets to Six Flags theme parks. The tickets are valued at a cost of $4 million. In Maine, those vaccinated are offered anything from free gift cards to hunting and fishing licenses. Vaccinated residents of Ohio are now eligible to enter a lottery with a $1 million prize for five vaccinated Ohioans.

Some of the United States’ metropolitan cities are also offering prizes for those willing to submit their body and mind to the experimental medical treatment. In Detroit, residents are being bribed with $50 prepaid debit cards if they drive another person to a vaccination site. There are currently no limits on how much money someone can make with this scheme. In the Houston area, Harris County recently announced $250,000 to be used for gift cards, events and other incentives.

Residents of New York City are being offered free 7-day metro cards, tickets to sporting events, the Bronx Zoo, Brooklyn Botanical Garden and Lincoln Center. On Thursday, Mayor de Blasio announced that those who take the shot can receive vouchers for free burgers and fries from Shake Shack. “I want you to look at these French fries and think about how great it is to get vaccinated,” Mayor de Blasio stated in a disgusting display of incentivizing the people of New York to get an experimental, unapproved treatment in exchange for a, generally, unhealthy meal.

While the bribes of money and food are being offered to incentivize people to get the COVID shot, the most disturbing aspect is the attempt to convince the public that the only way to go “back to normal” is if they submit to a shot and/or a vaccine passport. In fact, earlier this week President Joe Biden announced new rules relating to mask wearing, stating, “The rule is now simple: get vaccinated or wear a mask until you do.” The message being broadcast to the public is clear: if you do not get a shot, you will continue to be subjected to COVID-19 restrictions. If you do not comply, you cannot go back to “normal.”

Additionally, those who are choosing to wait to get the shot (or not getting it all) are being pressured, demonized, and censored online for expressing their concerns and reasons for hesitating. While the residents of Betania and San Juan Cancuc are unified in their opposition to the treatments, the residents of the United States are less unified and less organized. The indigenous communities of Chiapas can continue to live their lives as they are accustomed to, but the residents of Houston, New York City, Detroit and elsewhere are facing an increasingly totalitarian environment.

The only way forward is for the people of the U.S. and beyond to get organized and directly oppose and reject the forced vaccine mandates and calls for vaccine passports. Anything less than a unified opposition will fail to stop the march of COVID1984.

Cape Cod Against Medical Mandates: Report on May 15, 2021 Demonstration

Cape Cod Against Medical Mandates held another successful demonstration on Main St. in Hyannis yesterday. We announced our protest location a week in advance, to be held by the statue of early native American legend, Iyanough.

By “coincidence” the Town of Barnstable Fire Department parked a huge ambulance exactly on top of our usual protest location and erected a pop-up “vaccination” center earlier in the morning, asking people walking by on the street to get the covid jab, there and then. Obviously there were no doctors on hand who would know the medical history of any of the people walking by. There was no pretense of medical care and informed consent.

Given the known dangers of the covid vaccines, only hinted at the devastating VAERS reports, this was no different than a heroin pusher openly soliciting passersby on the street, except in this case it was done legally, with the full sanction and funding of the state. One man passing by with his teenage son was propositioned by one of the ambulance officers, and he had to explain to the officer that his son could not get the jab because he was autistic (no doubt from another “vaccine”).

The ambulance and its tables took our usual space, but we nevertheless assembled next to it and across the street, growing to about 75 people. We cheered as people in cars passing by honked and waved, bringing life to a street whose businesses had been either closed or restricted by 14 months of relentless “pandemic” orders. As no one at this point was volunteering for the jab, the ambulance and its masked crew finally packed up and left.

We may have saved some people from being seriously harmed by the Modena and Pfizer injections yesterday. For that alone our protest was worth it.

On Saturday the 15th May 2021, The World-Wide Demonstration will return, bigger and better than ever before. In more than 40 countries around the world, people will march for Freedom, Peace, and Human Rights.

With strengthened resolve from our first World-Wide Rally for Freedom on the 20th of March 2021, we will once again reclaim our fundamental rights, and take a stand against excessive Coronavirus restriction measures.

The Objectives of Our Protest

Lockdowns and border closures have taken lives to increased suicide rates, and destroyed Livelihoods, causing financial ruin.

No population should ever again be subjected to Ubiquitous Public Incarceration.

Excessive Coronavirus Restrictions measures must come to an end, and all state of emergency declarations enabling these measures must be repealed.

Tyrannical suppression of dissenting voices must be stopped, and peaceful citizen assembly must be respected by police forces, instead of being violently crushed.

We have had our bodily autonomy violated by mask mandates, restricting our ability to breath and speak freely. All mask mandates must end.

Plans to mandate coronavirus vaccinations, enforced by Totalitarian Vaccine Passports, are being rolled out internationally.

We will not accept Movement Licenses becoming a part of our travel requirements.

Any mandates that violate informed consent must be stopped totally, through legal and activist pushback.

As one massive, united, and peaceful community, we will stand up and demand an end to the current restrictions and authoritarian control measures.

Authoritarian coronavirus restrictions have damaged our lives more than any virus has, and even if the effects of the virus were more damaging, the restrictions to our freedoms would still have been unjust and unlawful.

Our fundamental freedoms have top priority, and we cannot allow them to become constrained, for the sake of the generations that follow us.

We cannot allow our Human Rights to be re-packaged as Human Privileges, to be conditioned upon compliance with Authoritarianism.

We are taking a stand for 5 important Freedoms:

• Freedom of Movement.
• Freedom of Choice.
• Freedom of Assembly.
• Freedom of Health.

We reject all acts of violence, identity politics, and discrimination of any kind within our movement.

Government Restraining Order Against Peaceful Protest Is a Naked Attack on Albertans’ Freedoms

“Rather than relying on regular law enforcement, it’s far more effective, and far more efficient, to terrorize Albertans with an injunction like that issued by Justice Rooke on May 6, which leaves citizens unable to assert their Charter freedoms upon being arrested and imprisoned.”

On May 6, 2021, Associate Chief Justice John Rooke of the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench issued what might be the broadest restraining order in common law history.

Justice Rooke’s injunction allows police to arrest and detain immediately any Albertan who exercises her or his Charter freedoms in the face of Alberta Premier Jason Kenney’s unscientific and unconstitutional lockdown orders and restrictions. Sixteen people attending a church service, or eleven people attending a funeral, or six people meeting outside, now face a far greater risk than that of receiving a $2,000 fine, which can be disputed in court after a “not guilty” plea.

As of May 6, Albertans aware of this injunction can now be arrested and then imprisoned until brought before a judge, for violating what may be the broadest injunction in Canadian history. Once before the judge, the individual will have the “choice” of making a solemn promise to comply with Charter-violating laws, or staying in jail. It’s the same “choice” imposed on Pastor James Coates this past February; he spent 35 days in jail rather than deny his conscience. The only saving grace is that this injunction applies only to those who are aware of it, so ignorance offers some protection.

Normally, courts issue injunctions only against specific individuals (or organizations, businesses, governments) to deal with specific and extreme situations. For example, a court may issue a restraining order against a violent domestic partner.

Departing from this norm, Justice Rooke’s injunction is not limited to Christopher Scott, Glen Carritt and Whistle Stop Café in Mirror, Alberta. It expressly applies to “John Doe(s) and Jane Doe(s)” which means every Albertan, even those who have no contact with Whistle Stop or its owners, who is acting independently “to like effect.”

Justice Rooke’s injunction applies to any Albertan who “promotes” an “Illegal Public Gathering” via social media or otherwise, and any Albertan who “incites” others to attend.

When I speak at peaceful public gatherings and declare that the Charter – not Jason Kenney’s latest lockdown order – is the highest law in the land, am I “promoting” or “inciting” illegal activities? When I now urge Albertans, in this column, to continue to exercise their freedoms of speech, association, religion, conscience and peaceful assembly as protected by the Charter, am I in violation of Justice Rooke’s injunction?

Alberta Health Services sought and obtained Justice Rooke’s injunction without providing any notice to Whistle Stop Café and its owners; they had no opportunity to present evidence or legal arguments to Justice Rooke before he issued his order. The hearing was held in secret, without media or members of the public being notified of it, and without Whistle Stop Café’s defence counsel present. There was no opportunity to cross-examine Dr. Deena Hinshaw on the affidavit she swore, which enabled Alberta Health Services to obtain this injunction. This injunction now applies to all Albertans who have heard about it. The court won’t hear a challenge to it until next week, well after the weekends protests are scheduled to take place.

Why does this matter?

It matters because prior to this May 6 injunction, police and health authorities already had the power to issue steep fines (now $2,000 instead of $1,000) to those violating lockdown orders and other restrictions. Those receiving tickets for committing apparently grave evils (like playing hockey outdoors, spending time with friends and family in person, or peacefully protesting outdoors against violations of their Charter freedoms) can plead “not guilty,” and then challenge the public health order in court, at trial. The accused person can subpoena Chief Medical Officer Deena Hinshaw as a witness, and force her to answer questions in court, and to provide scientific evidence at trial, if she has any.

This is what Pastor James Coates and GraceLife Church are now doing: forcing the Alberta government to place medical and scientific evidence before the court, to attempt to justify Jason Kenney’s Charter-violating cabinet orders.

Conversely, those accused of violating Justice Rooke’s injunction cannot defend themselves by arguing in court that governments have failed to produce the medical and scientific evidence that might justify public health orders. Upon being arrested and detained (with or without also being issued a ticket) the accused person’s only way to regain her liberty is to consent to having her Charter freedoms of association, conscience, religion and peaceful assembly violated by the government’s health orders.

An injunction is supposed to be an extra-ordinary remedy for an extra-ordinary problem, used sparingly, directed only at specific individuals or organizations, and only when regular law enforcement is insufficient.

Jason Kenney and Dr. Deena Hinshaw have made it abundantly clear that their orders are not supported by science. If these restrictions on Albertans’ Charter freedoms were based on medical and scientific evidence, the Alberta government would have already presented such evidence at the trial of Pastor James Coates. This trial commenced on May 3, 2021, more than 13 months after the Alberta Government began to violate our Charter freedoms in March of 2020. But instead, the Alberta Government refuses to make a commitment as to when they will produce this evidence, and instead seeks an indefinite delay.

Jason Kenney obviously doesn’t like regular law enforcement, because it allows the accused person to challenge the constitutionality of his irrational and arbitrary health orders.

Rather than relying on regular law enforcement, it’s far more effective, and far more efficient, to terrorize Albertans with an injunction like that issued by Justice Rooke on May 6, which leaves citizens unable to assert their Charter freedoms upon being arrested and imprisoned.

By way of this injunction, Alberta Health Services now has the court acting as a police force, rather than as the protector of citizens’ Charter rights and freedoms.

Whistle Stop Cafe Sets Up “Freedom Park,” Plans for “Biggest Protest Alberta’s Ever Seen”

On Wednesday, at 6:30 in the morning, close to a dozen RCMP officers and Alberta Health Services officials moved in to seize the Whistle Stop Cafe.

The renegade small town diner in Mirror, Alberta is owned by Chris Scott, and he’s been defying the lockdown restrictions on restaurants since January. He’s one of Rebel News‘ highest profile Fight the Fines clients, because his intense staring contest with the government very nearly culminated with Chris going to jail for contempt of court.

However, the government blinked and allowed Alberta restaurants to reopen for dine-in service in February.

But now the restrictions on dining service are back. Even patios are closed in this fourth lockdown and Chris is having none of it. The government has already pulled his health permits and his liquor license and confiscated his booze.

But Chris continued to flip burgers and serve happy customers inside his little restaurant.

That all changed Wednesday morning, when the chains went up on the doors at Chris’s restaurant at the request of the Alberta government. But it’s not just the restaurant that’s closed to the public. The government has also closed the Whistle Stop convenience store, gas station and the campsite, cutting off this small town of 500 from gas and general supplies, with the nearest convenience store approximately 20 kilometres away.

I went out to the Whistle Stop to find out what Chris plans to do next. He was still flipping burgers and serving customers, but he was doing it outside in the yard, a place he calls the Whistle Stop Freedom Park. He’s got big plans for a huge protest on the weekend and his Fight The Fines lawyer Chad Williamson is working hard on a strategy to hit back at the government.

The Alberta government might have chained up Chris’s doors, but they are not going to be able to chain up his fighting spirit.

Estimated 100,000 Montreal Protesters Rail Against Quebec Lockdown, Clamour for Premier to Resign

Last Saturday saw perhaps the largest anti-lockdown protest in Canada since the Wuhan virus pandemic restrictions first kicked in more than a year ago. Some estimated the crowd to be as big as 100,000, and certainly the video evidence would suggest that estimate is not unreasonable.

Demonstrators railed against mandatory mask-wearing, the 8:00 p.m. curfew (unless one owns a dog; a canine allows Montrealers to leave the house 24/7), the debilitating lockdown of businesses (big box stores excluded, of course), and the spectre of so-called “vaccination passports” on the horizon.

Naturally, members of the mainstream media had conniptions over the fact that — shockers! — there was a lack of socialist distancing during the demonstration and that almost everybody was NOT wearing a mask (those who were wearing masks were mostly doing so to conceal their identities so as to avoid employment repercussions come Monday morning, such is the state of our odious cancel culture in 2021).

The demonstrators congregated near Olympic Stadium at noon. And this made for more fodder for mainstream media falsehoods, as it was reported that a city-run vaccination clinic at the stadium had gone on hiatus to avoid any “confrontations” with demonstrators — even though organizers stated there were absolutely no plans to disrupt the Big O’s vaccination site.

Indeed, it should be noted that not only was the parade peaceful, but it was downright festive in nature, with frequent cries of “Liberté!” punctuating the air. Naturally, that didn’t stop some mainstream media outlets from leading their stories with the pronouncement that some violent interactions had occurred with with police and certain individuals AFTER the anti-lockdown demonstration had concluded.

How odd given that the lion’s share of violence on this May Day took place near Jarry Park. That’s where a small group of anarchists and Marxists gathered, later making their argument against capitalism by going on a vandalism spree, smashing the shop windows of small businesses. Disgraceful, albeit de rigueur.

Meanwhile, at the truly peaceful anti-lockdown parade, there were some notable people taking part on the demonstration, including People’s Party of Canada leader Maxime Bernier and anti-lockdown crusader Chris Sky.

In the weeks ahead, it will be interesting to see if these protests continue to grow in frequency as well as in number of attendees.

It was clearly evident that a huge percentage of Montrealers are sick and tired of having their freedoms and their livelihoods negatively impacted by politicians, bureaucrats, health agency types and police officers. More than a year into this pandemic, it has become so clear that the so-called cure is worse than the curse — and a growing number of people are fed up with being treated like prisoners for simply wanting to embrace their constitutional rights and freedoms.

The Black Warrior Riverkeeper organization is the muscle that help keep Alabama’s watershed clean by standing up to major polluters, holding them accountable when state and federal agencies fail to act.

Riverkeeper Nelson Brooke, spokesman and patrolman for the Black Warrior River watershed in Alabama, told Children’s Health Defense Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on the “RFK Jr The Defender Podcast” that in the south, elected officials and politicians have handed the keys to polluters and allowed them to get rich by polluting the state and sickening its citizens.

Brooke said:

“A lot of us don’t even realize that we’re unfortunately being exposed to all of this stuff. So we’re having to fight really hard to educate the public about all these problems and fight these really entrenched, powerful interests who are used to getting their way. And unfortunately, that comes with fighting the elected officials and the regulatory agencies that are also essentially bought and paid for. They’re captured as a part of this fossil fuel pollution-generating wealth machine.”

The Black Warrior Riverkeeper uses the Clean Water Act and other environmental statutes to hold corporate polluters accountable in federal court. They often build their cases by collecting water samples from pipes that discharge pollution, and have the samples analyzed in a lab.

One of the biggest polluters in Alabama is the coal industry. The coal ash generated by power plants is incredibly toxic, said Brooke. And it’s not just a local issue — it’s a global problem, as the coal ash is shipped all over the world.

The organization works with folks from all backgrounds, connecting around the common belief that we all have a right to clean water, and we shouldn’t have to fight for it. They are looking to the future and fighting for a better one. Their goal is to leave the state better than they found it for future generations, Brooke said.
