Large-scale protests continued across Australia today as hundreds of thousands again turned out in the nation’s cities and towns to protest against mandatory vaccines.
The protests this week were organised by the Millions March Against Mandatory Vaccination group which were scheduled today across 30 Australian cities and towns.
Flags from nations and people across the globe continued to be featured as protesters represent their heritage, standing in support and solidarity with those affected by mandates and with the indigenous community who have expressed concern from within their own communities.

In Melbourne, huge crowds marched to the steps of Victorian parliament again, a scene where many diehard protesters have been camping out in protest of Premier Daniel Andrews’ controversial pandemic powers legislation, which has been the subject of intense angst in the community.
A diverse range of protesters chanted ‘Kill The Bill’ and called for Andrews’ resignation as they marched through the cities streets to the cheering and beeping of car horns.
It was again a carnival atmosphere in the city with music, stilt-walkers, bagpipes, drums and more. Some even brought pots and pans to tap along to the beat.
Despite inclement weather, huge crowds again swarmed Sydney, with the nation’s biggest city putting on a show of defiance against government over-reach.
There were some tense moments as police appeared to take a more heavy-handed approach than seen in recent weeks, and of the hundreds of thousands marching across the nation, the crowds were largely peaceful.
It was the first weekend where smaller protests have been staged across towns and regional centres, including Adelaide, Darwin, Alice Springs, Perth, Canberra, Newcastle, Ballina, Inverell, Tamworth, Wagga Wagga, Bermagui, Launceston, Bunbury, Albany, Esperance, Kalgoorlie, Geraldton, Carnarvon, Port Hedland, Broome, and Kununurra.

After eight hours of hearing a Halachic court in New York City ruled that “it is absolutely forbidden to administer or even to promote this (COVID-19) injection to children, adolescents, young men or women.”
The court also implored “all healthy adults who are of child-bearing age” to “stay away” from the abortion-tainted jab. The Jewish group sees the injection as intentionally practice of “sterilization or preventing fertility.” Due to concerns about what the jab might do to fertile women – including risks of severe blood-clotting – “it is forbidden for them to take this injection.”
The ruling referred to “breakthrough cases” as evidence that “there is no substantial difference between those who receive the injection and those who did not.” And “the number of COVID patients are about the same, comparatively, in both demographics.” Thus “further clarification is needed” for administering the jab to the elderly.
Halachic stands for the legal part of the Old Testament, the principles of right and wrong that have worked for mankind for over 5,000 years, and upon which some of our most fundamental legal concepts are based. Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA technology, was one of the recognized, renowned experts who testified before the court.
Mandatory COVID-19 “vaccines” transgress Halachic law, which means it could be anti-Semitic to enforce it on Jews who have no wish to take it. Given that the rabbinical courts in Israel are part of the formal legal system, further decrees forbidding mandatory Covid-19 vaccines might have the power to dissolve the infamous green pass system.

Support has surged across Australia and the globe in the fight for freedom against the Covid vaccine tyranny that has descended into the most appalling, insane bullying of the population by governments ever seen in the modern history of the nation.
Aussies across the board are waking up to the fact that sacking nurses, teachers, police and many other people on the basis of their choice not to take an experimental injection is pure evil driven by the total corruption of government at the highest levels.
But these same government and media entities are beating the drum over a gallows prop that was rolled up to the Melbourne protest during the week and then some unnamed man (a patsy?) who was charged with threatening to kill Dictator Dan. But these same government interests didn’t blink when they banned medicines that could have stopped the Covid flu in its tracks and prevented the deaths of hundreds of vulnerable elderly in care.
Neither have they raised a peep about dozens of fit young athetes and others worldwide who have been dying from cardiac arrests experienced after their Pfizer shots. The stories are heart rending. Is this what it takes to wake the public up?
Meanwhile the Labor-media strategy is to force the Coalition to condemn the alleged “ugly, violent, extremists”, thereby distracting from the major issue, which is the coercion and extortion of large sections of the workforce to be vaccinated or lose their jobs.
In Brisbane the rallies run throughout the year by The People’s Revolution have doubled in size. The city’s Botanical Gardens were overflowing for Saturday’s (Nov. 20) rally. Estimates of the turnout ranged from 30 to 60 thousand people.
And in Melbourne, a massive rally on November 13 and a week-long occupation of the steps of Parliament House helped raise pressure to block Andrews’ totalitarian pandemic powers bill. Now the powers that be are in panic mode.
In Brisbane, rally guest speaker Clive Palmer of the United Australia Party said his message was simply “freedom, freedom and freedom” and the need to unseat the major parties at the next election. He also pledged to back a new independent media outlet for Australia and to throw out legislation enabling states to use quarantine powers and place the responsibility back on the Commonwealth.
Asked about his purchase of 33 million hydroxychloroquine tablets in March 2020, that he donated to the national medical stockpile, Palmer said he had since learned about a third of them had been destroyed by authorities. The news brought boos from the crowd.
More positive news was that TPM’s legal counsel was now working with German lawyer Reiner Fuellmich’s team to launch lawsuits on some key issues around the pandemic response.
Also announced was the move to form a new, independent group for health practitioners, the Queensland Health Practitioners Alliance (qhpa.org), a group of medical, complementary and allied health professionals who have joined together in the fight to uphold their right to practice and support their community.
“We believe in the fundamental freedom of every individual to choose their own medical treatments, procedures and healthcare options. We are defending our right to practice our professions free of coercion, discrimination, censorship and forced vaccination by Queensland Government mandates,” the group states on its website.
TPM spokesman Tristian Triccy stressed the message of unity throughout the rally. “The Premier (Palaszczuk) seeks to divide us, to suggest that the values of the vaccinated are somehow different to those of the unvaccinated, but our values are the same, we all love our children and make the decision to vaccinate or to not vaccinate, based on what we believe is best for our families,” he said.
“That decision must remain with us as parents and we must unite and defend each other’s right to be able to make that choice, or when our children are grown, the rights and freedoms we have now will have been completely stripped.
“We stand for the right to choose, free of coercion and blackmail and for the right to make choices based on what we believe is best for our families.”

AP News calls them “far-right,” but tens of thousands of freedom-loving people marched against new tyrannical public health measures, such as partial and full lockdowns and health passports and mandatory vaccinations, across Europe.
Demonstrations against new virus restrictions were observed in Austria, Croatia, Italy, Northern Ireland, the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. Outside of Europe, protesters were seen in several cities across Canada, Australia, Japan, and even the US. Some marked Saturday as part of a “Worldwide Freedom” rally to protest COVID-19 restrictions and vaccine mandates.
Some of the most intense rallies, which turned into riots, were in the port city of Rotterdam. Clashes between protesters and police began Friday and continued through Saturday night.

Protesters across many European cities shared commonalities as they marched to preserve their lives and liberty. Governments are attempting to plunder that via increased COVID restrictions, mandatory health passports, and forced vaccinations.
The worst of restrictions, or rather the government’s plundering of liberties, was in Austria, where full lockdowns begin Monday. Nationwide lockdowns are expected for at least ten days but can be extended to more than two weeks. Then by Feb. 1, the government will make vaccinations mandatory (only 66% of Austria’s 8.9 million people are fully vaccinated). Good luck with that one.

One of the biggest protests might have been in Zagreb, Croatia’s northwestern capital, where Citizen Free Press reports as many as 100,000 flooded streets to protest the government’s health passports and new COVID measures.
In Rome, thousands of demonstrators gathered in the capital’s Circus Maximus to protest against “Green Pass” certificates required at workplaces, restaurants, cinemas, theaters, sports venues, and gyms, as well as for public transportation.

The Victorian Government has been forced to water down its controversial pandemic bill as a heated debate is set to unfold in Parliament this week as the legislation hits the Upper House and protests continue to swell on Melbourne streets.
Three crossbench MPs at the centre of the legislation insist they ‘proud’ of the work they’ve done calling out ‘outrageous threats and behaviour’ while Opposition leader Matthew Guy says the Andrews government’s pandemic legislation is “a huge hindrance to us moving on from Covid” and called for the Premier to withdraw the legislation insisting it doesn’t go far enough.
Last night, ‘brave’ Andy Meddick abused his parliamentary privilege to call me a “known Neo-nazi reporter” while debating the bill.
This is the same guy who’s been crying victim of “vitriolic abuse”.

The Bill hits the Upper House today where it is expected to pass this week with the help of three independents.
Lengthy consultations have taken place with crossbench MPs, — but still fails to address the concerns of legal experts and civil liberty groups with the laws looming as a key election issue.
“Tens of thousands are now marching from the State Library to Parliament, calling on anyone who will listen to ensure that this Bill – this controversial Bill – that gives absolute power to Daniel Andrews is killed this week,” said Rebel News reporter Avi Yemini, on the ground with protesters.
“If you do not hold onto democracy now – you lose democracy forever,” said one protester.
Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has come under fire from Victoria’s top legal minds, human rights bodies, Federal government politicians, and irate protesters – all of whom are demanding the Bill be struck down.
Included in the criticism are complaints that the legislation has been rushed through without proper consultation or examination of the legal consequences. Sixty QCs signed an open letter against the pandemic legislation.
Daniel Andrews’ emergency powers will expire on December 15 unless this Bill passes.
Eighteen amendments have been attached in recent days. These slight changes have very little impact on the powers of the legislation, which will still bestow dictatorial powers on the Victorian premier.
The three-month extension block has been lowered to one month.
The maximum fines for aggravated offences against health orders have been halved.
Parliament will have some input into validating and dissolving pandemic extensions.
The ‘discrimination based on personal attributes’ section has been modified to only include a health status – in other words, the premier will still be able to make laws that actively discriminate against the unvaccinated.
A right of appeal has been added so that citizens have some way of defending themselves against health orders.
Authorised officers can no longer enter residential premises without a warrant.
Leader of the opposition Matthew Guy has maintained that the first act of his government, should he be elected, would be to repeal the legislation in its entirety.
The media has run a smear campaign against protesters, with reports on social media dismissing them as far-right extremists, conspiracy theorists, Nazis, and Qanon.
In reality, the crowd contained a wide range of people from migrants, small business owners, and teenagers to medical professionals and politicians. Rebel News spoke to many in attendance who shared their concerns about the pandemic legislation.
“I am from East Timor. I came here when I was eleven,” said another protester. “But I never imagined in my life that I would come to Australia and I would experience this and my son [would] have to go through that. No way. I will stand here in the pouring rain – yes, I will […] people are the power. Government are here to serve and protect us, not to promote fear.”

Late Friday November 12th, 2021, Health Freedom Defense Fund (HFDF), Federal Employees for Freedom (FEFF), and several individuals filed suit in the Middle District of Florida against President Biden and the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force (Case 8:21-cv-02679), challenging the federal vaccination mandate for all federal employees, announced on September 9th, 2021 through Executive Order No. 14043.
HFDF is a nonprofit that advocates for and educates the public on the topics of medical choice, bodily autonomy, and self-determination. Health Freedom Defense Fund opposes laws and regulations that force Americans to submit to the administration of medical products, procedures, and devices against their will and has filed several other lawsuits challenging mask and vaccine mandates at the local, state and federal level.
This legal action challenges Biden’s sweeping mandate which violates not only various elements of the Federal Code of Regulations and U.S. Supreme Court rulings, but also doesn’t take into account the individual beliefs, morals, and medical situations of each person.
“If the President has the power to dictate medical treatment to individual Americans, the United States of America is no longer a constitutional republic but a kingdom led by a ruler,” said HFDF president Leslie Manookian.
HFDF is joined by FEFF, a group representing approximately 6000 employees of various agencies in the federal government, and advocating for constitutional rights and freedoms concerning bodily autonomy, self-determination, privacy, and religious freedom, in particular as these relate to governmental mandates requiring vaccination against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19 disease.
The lawsuit contends that “Private matters of personal, bodily choice are retained by the governed and to be decided by the individual, on a case-by-case basis. The people have never delegated those rights to the government. As such, the government has neither the just power, nor the consent of the governed, to forcibly decide for them.”
HFDF attorney John Howard, of JW Howard Attorneys said, “The issue to be decided here then is not whether the emerging science and statistics support, or refute, the use, efficacy, and safety of the vaccines, but whether that decision remains with, and is reserved by, the individual into whose body the vaccine will be injected, and whether the people gave that right to the government to decide for them through sweeping Executive Orders.”
Plaintiffs include two Department of Defense- Air Force Fire Captains, an Air Traffic Controller, a purple-hearted Afghanistan veteran employed as an Analyst for the Defense Intelligence Agency, a Deputy U.S. Marshal, and an Intelligence Research Specialist with the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration, and Customs Enforcement, Office of Professional Responsibility who regularly investigates the misuse of government databases, is familiar with their vulnerabilities, and cites grave privacy and security concerns relating to employees submitting private medical information to government databases.

This week, tens of thousands of protesters gathered in Melbourne, Victoria State, to oppose their government’s new pandemic laws and vaccination mandates. Mainstream media outlets appear to be upset that attendees are daring to compare the decrees of their government to that of the Nazis, specifically citing state policies of targeted discrimination and medical apartheid.
The latest round of protests comes after the government’s push to enact new draconian legislation meant to ‘fight the pandemic.’
Australian public health authorities are claiming that vaccinations are voluntary, and that 83% of its population aged 16 and above have been ‘fully inoculated’ against the coronavirus. However, states and territories have had to deploy coercive and intimidating policies in order to enforce vaccine mandates, including threats by the state to prevent any employee from the right to work if they refuse to accept the experimental gene-based pharmaceutical injection, as well as policies which prohibit ‘the unvaccinated’ from participating in basic activities such as eating out and attending concerts and other public facilities.

The Melbourne demonstration against the vaccination mandate that came into effect on Saturday – requiring construction workers in Victoria state to be fully inoculated – was peaceful, with no immediate reports of unruly behaviour or arrests.
But a reporter at The Age posted video on Twitter of a protester carrying a mock gallows with three nooses hanging from it, and the newspaper showed a protester carrying a poster depicting Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews with a Hitler moustache and the hashtag #DictatorDan.
“We’re being governed by insane medical bureaucrats,” Craig Kelly, former Liberal Party member of parliament and now the leader of United Australia Party, told the rally, media reported.
The Age said some protesters called for violence against politicians but did not offer specifics.
Australia has captured global attention as one of worst violators of human rights, and where governments have all but abandoned any pretence of civil liberties and rights, and regularly deploying police forces in violent attacks against protesters, and to break up any pro-freedom rallies.
Since the beginning of the alleged ‘global pandemic’, Victoria’s Premier Dan Andrews has enacted no less than six COVID-19 lockdowns, totalling nearly nine months – despite the fact that there was never any significant number of deaths from COVID-19 among the general population outside of the elderly with comorbidities.
Still, the main justification for continuing anti-democratic policies is the state’s ongoing coronavirus testing regime. Authorities in Victoria are claiming there have been 1,221 new coronavirus “cases” (PCR positive tests) and 4 deaths ‘from’ (or ‘with’, officials will not specify precisely which) COVID. In New South Wales state officials are claiming to have 250 daily ‘cases.’
Recently, Victoria State’s lower house had passed the latest version of its disturbing coronavirus state of emergency law, the Public Health and Wellbeing Amendment (Pandemic Management) Bill 2021, which gives the government near unlimited power to declare a ‘pandemic’ at any time and for any reason. The draconian legislation also gives the state new powers to levy crippling fines against any individuals or businesses who do not obey the state’s new restrictions, and also gives the state the power to send its residents to internment facilities – which the individual will be forced to pay for.
Presently, the controversial new pandemic laws are being debated in the Victorian parliament, as protesters gather outside calling for their elected officials to “Kill the Bill.”

As deadlines for vaccination mandates approach, the Pentagon has been wrestling with ways to deal with the individual resisters to President Joe Biden’s plan. As tens of thousands of active duty troops make the potentially career ending decision to refuse the jab, the top brass are figuring out ways to take away their benefits and force them to repay bonuses.
While much of the resistance to the Covid-19 vaccination mandate has come in the form of individuals, that may be changing thanks to a General in Oklahoma. Army Brig. Gen. Thomas Mancino was introduced on Wednesday as Oklahoma’s new adjutant general and commander of the Oklahoma National guard. And he’s quickly become a thorn in the side of team Forced Vax.
Over the weekend, Mancino announced that he will not be enforcing the Defense Department’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate on Oklahoma’s troops. According to the general, no negative administrative or legal action will be taken against Guardsmen who refuse the COVID-19 vaccine.
What’s more, the command will continue to process federal vaccine waivers in accordance with the Department of Defense policy so when troops have to deploy outside of the state, they will be in compliance with federal guidelines.
After news of the resistance began making waves in the media, Mancino clarified his stance and quickly pointed out that he is not anti-vaccination, he is pro-informed consent.
“This policy is not anti-vaccine. I and the Governor are both vaccinated,” Mancino said in a statement published on Saturday. “I encourage all our Oklahoma Guard Members to get vaccinated if they choose to do so. We want to educate and inform our Soldiers and Airmen so that they can make an informed decision regarding the DoD Vaccine Mandate.”
It appears that Mancino has found a loophole in the law which allows this move to be made — legally. According to FOX News, Under Title 32, Congress established a dual framework for the National Guard, Mancino explained. The states receive federal funding in return for being made available to the federal government when called to active duty by the President. Under Title 32, the Oklahoma National Guard is a state-controlled and federally-funded entity and takes orders from the Governor and his designated chain of command. When mobilized by the President, under Title 10, the Oklahoma National Guard takes all orders from the President and his designated chain of command, Mancino said.
“Failing to follow the Governor’s lawful orders while on Title 32 would be both illegal, unethical, and against our sworn oaths. Nothing in this order prevents anyone from taking the vaccine,” Mancino said. “Also, nothing in his order eliminates the Federal Requirement. The Governor is hoping for Federal Relief from Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and in the interim has granted state relief from this requirement.”
Apparently, the governor of Oklahoma, Kevin Stitt is in agreeance with the general and had actually requested earlier this month that the DoD not enforce the mandate on the entire state’s Army and Air National Guard members as well.
According to the Army Times, Stitt’s top spokesperson, Charlie Hannema, argued that the “only way Oklahoma would ‘forfeit’ any federal funding for failing to comply with Title 32 would be to ignore the lawful order of the dually elected civilian authority, i.e. The Governor of Oklahoma.”
That does not appear to be happening, although other top brass see this as a “legal gray area.”
After news of the resistance made its way to the Pentagon, officials said they will “respond appropriately,” to the incident, refusing to elaborate further.
“We are aware of the memo issued by the Oklahoma Adjutant General regarding COVID vaccination for Guardsmen and the governor’s letter requesting exemption. We will respond to the governor appropriately,” Pentagon spokesman John Kirby told Axios in a statement.
The idea of a single individual resisting a forced medical procedure is the epitome of courage. However, when an entire state’s National Guard force says “no” to forced jabs, this paves the way for a massive shift in policy.
If more generals and high ranking military officials follow suit, the unconstitutional employee mandates may stop dead in their tracks and logic and reason will prevail with people being able to make their own medical choices.
Indeed, as TFTP reported last week, over half of the states are suing the federal government over these tyrannical and unscientific mandates and it appears to be working. The pendulum, as they say, appears to be swinging back — at least for the time being.

A senior bioethicist who heads a research team at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is taking the lead at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the debate over the ethics of COVID vaccine mandates.
Dr. Matthew Memoli, director of the Laboratory of Infectious Diseases at NIH, will argue against vaccine mandates during a Dec. 1 livestreamed roundtable session, which will be open to the public.
“There’s a lot of debate within the NIH about whether [a vaccine mandate] is appropriate,” David Wendler, a senior NIH bioethicist in charge of planning the session, told the WSJ. “It’s an important, hot topic.”
Memoli opposes mandates for the COVID vaccines authorized for emergency use in the U.S., and has chosen not to be vaccinated.
Memoli sought a religious exemption from the mandatory vaccine requirements imposed by health authorities in the District of Columbia, where he is licensed to practice medicine.
Memoli said he is willing to risk his job and his license for the right not to receive a COVID vaccine. During the scheduled roundtable early next month, he will make the case against mandates.
“I think the way we are using the vaccines is wrong,” Memoli said in a July 30 email to Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the NIAID, and two of his lieutenants. Memoli called mandated vaccination “extraordinarily problematic.”
Memoli told the WSJ one of Fauci’s colleagues thanked him for his email. Memoli said he supports COVID vaccines for high-risk populations including the elderly and obese, but said, “blanket vaccination of people at low risk of severe illness could hamper the development of more-robust immunity gained across a population from infection.”
Memoli, a 16-year veteran at the NIH was selected this month for a 2021 NIH director’s award — a top recognition from the head of the agency, for his supervision of a national study into undiagnosed COVID cases early in the pandemic.
Memoli said his children have received their childhood vaccines, and he will support the results of the ethics discussion regardless of the outcome.
“I do vaccine trials. I, in fact, help create vaccines,” Memoli told the WSJ. “Part of my career is to share my expert opinions, right or wrong … I mean, if they all end up saying I’m wrong, that’s fine. I want to have the discussion.”
Christine Grady, head of NIH’s Clinical Center bioethics department and Fauci’s wife, approved the Dec. 1 seminar — a session called “Grand Rounds.”
Grady said in an email she believes there is interest in the topic across the agency.
“Our hope is that the December Grand Rounds will be relevant to the debates that are going on around the country regarding vaccine mandates,” an agency spokeswoman said on Grady’s behalf.
A federal appeals court on Saturday issued a stay temporarily halting the Biden administration’s private-employer COVID vaccine mandate, citing, “grave statutory and constitutional” issues with the requirement.
“Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the mandate, the mandate is hereby stayed pending further action by this court,” the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit said in the order.
The case was brought by multiple businesses and several states, including Texas, Utah, Louisiana, South Carolina and Mississippi. They argued the requirements exceed the authority of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), which will enforce the mandates, and amount to an unconstitutional delegation of power to the executive branch by Congress.
The Biden administration on Monday asked the federal court to lift the order blocking the mandate for large private employers. The administration said the petitioners were not claiming a “major prospect of harm” from the rule, so the court should allow the mandate to proceed while the case makes its way through the system.
“Accordingly, there is no need to address petitioners’ stay motions now, and the court should lift its administrative stay and allow this matter to proceed under the process that Congress set forth for judicial review of OSHA standards,” lawyers for the administration argued.
The White House on Monday said businesses should move forward with Biden’s vaccine mandate for private businesses, despite a federal court order temporarily halting the rules, CNBC reported.
“People should not wait,” White House Deputy Press Sec. Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters during a press briefing. “They should continue to move forward and make sure they’re getting their workplace vaccinated.”
The OSHA regulation applies to employers with at least 100 workers, creating an emergency temporary rule that will require employers to mandate workers be vaccinated against COVID or submit to regular testing. A deadline for companies to comply with the regulation was set for Jan. 4.
Petitioners said the mandate, publicized as an emergency temporary standard by OSHA, should be struck down because it exceeds OSHA’s authority under the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
More than two dozen states have filed lawsuits against the Biden administration over the vaccine mandate for large private employers in the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 11th and D.C. Circuits. Federal law dictates cases be consolidated and heard by one federal appeals court chosen by a lottery.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the lottery could take place on or around Nov. 16, and the case could make its way to the Supreme Court.

When you turn on the television or scroll your social media feed, the controllers of information seek make you feel isolated, alone, and defeated for not getting behind the massive push to forcibly vaccinate every American against their will. Mass protests are ignored across the planet.
The anti-establishment voice is muted by big tech but to those who know how to listen, we can hear through the noise and on the other side, the battle for medical freedom wages on — and we are winning.
Before going on any further, it is important to point out that this is not an “antivax” stance. It is pro-choice. If you want to take the vaccine, it is your right to do so. However, when you move from making your own personal medical decisions, to forcing them on others, the argument is no longer about health, it is about attacking an individual’s right to bodily autonomy. Those who seek to remove our rights to bodily autonomy are enemies to freedom and would do well to study history and the horrifying implications from similar movements in the past.
Despite the utter insanity of forcing millions of people to undergo a medical procedure against their will, the Biden administration’s plan was rolling ahead, full steam. Though the establishment attempts to silence the opposition, their attempts are futile and massive resistance is growing.
Last week, Seema Nanda, solicitor for the U.S. Department of Labor, said that the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act gives OSHA the authority to act quickly during an emergency if it finds workers are subject to a grave danger. The agency contends its temporary rule also preempts any state or local bans on employers’ ability to require vaccines.
“We are fully prepared to defend this standard in court,” Nanda said.
Nanda is about to have to stand by those words as 27 states have since filed lawsuits against the federal government over the mandate. The Biden administration’s unconstitutional deadline for taking the jab is January 4, 2021. Those who do not comply will face a slew of fines, other mandates, and insane testing requirements.
“This mandate is unconstitutional, unlawful, and unwise,” Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt said in a court filing in the St. Louis-based 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of 11 states last week.
So far, the opposition is winning.
On Saturday, the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeal halted the OSHA mandate, delaying it until there has been further judicial review.
In their decision, the judges said the petitions gave them “cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the mandate.”
Indeed, there have already been grave consequences with Biden’s plan as it has triggered mass resignations, and an upsurge of employee layoffs at companies as vaccine-hesitant Americans question the infringement of their civil liberties and human rights.
“There should be no reason for hesitation in passing a ban on vaccine mandates or passport requirements or, at a minimum, requiring religious or medical exemptions in such requirements. OSHA’s vaccination mandate represents a real threat to individual liberty,” West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey said in a statement, cited by the Hill.
“As we have seen throughout the country, it is also a public policy disaster that displaces vulnerable workers and exacerbates a nationwide shortage of front-line workers, with severe consequences for all Americans,” he went on to add.
“Its unlawful mandate will cause injuries and hardship to the working families, inflict economic disruption and staffing shortages on the States and private employers, and impose even greater strains on struggling labor markets and supply chains,” the attorney general said in the lawsuit, according to The Hill.
This is why people are in the streets across the country and all over the world. Civil disobedience is their only option left as they are forced out of their jobs, denied entry into public places, and forbidden from travelling.
Freedom comes not from cheerleading forced medication and government tyranny but from those who resist it. It is quite heartening to see this resistance growing though you should not expect the revolution to be televised.
As the mainstream media refuses to question the idea behind mandating vaccinations, they have made their role clear in this tyranny as enablers. This should come as no surprise either given the money that pours into their coffers from the ones who stand to gain the most from vaccine mandates — big pharma.

Poland Crushed Communism by Not Complying (Exclusive Video)

A Polish refugee warns that policies and rhetoric that ultimately resulted in Martial Law in Poland is taking place in Canada.
During a “Rally For Freedom” held on November 6th, 2021 in Parliament Hill in Ottawa, a Polish survivor of communism named Bojena delivered a short, but fiery address.
The rally was organized in part by CourageousCitizen.com, and RAIR Foundation USA was in attendance. A speaker with Action4Canada explained that Poland beat communism peacefully.
“They didn’t use guns, they didn’t hijack anybody, there was no bombs going off… They did it through non-compliance,” he said. “And that spread to the rest of Europe,” he continued.
Bojena agreed, explaining that her grandmother was a survivor of the all-women Ravensbrück concentration camp. They were “slaves, working 14-16 hours per day,” Bojena said. “But she survived. Do you know why,” Bojena asked. “Because she had forgiveness in her heart but she was this kind of woman, okay?”
To illustrate her grandmother’s attitude during her time at the Ravensbrück concentration camp, Bojena made a gesture:
Bojena’s message is simple. To stop communism: Do Not Comply.
When Bojena was 17 years old, she was inspired by Poland’s anti-Communist Solidarity movement under Lech Walesa. “When I was 17, I was beaten, arrested actually twice… I came to Canada recognized as a political refugee,” she explained.

But now the Polish refugee sees policies and rhetoric that ultimately resulted in Martial Law in Poland taking place in Canada. ‘We’ve been there, we Polish people – we’ve been there – the entire communist block – we’ve seen what the communists are capable of doing,’ she continued. ‘Please stand up before it’s too late,’ Bojena said.
Stressing the importance of non-compliance, Bojena said “[N]on-Compliance is my second name, okay?” Non-compliance based on the Constitution and Bill of Rights is needed to stop this tyranny, she stressed to the crowd.
We must stop waiting for others to save us, Bojena said. We can only save ourselves, she stressed. “If I can do it, it’s about freaking time you do it,” she said. “Non-compliance. Simply say ‘No!’,” she continued.

BRADY, Texas (Nov. 5, 2021) – The federal government imposes all kinds of mandates and regulations on states and localities through requirements attached to federal funding. More than 60 Texas cities have avoided some of these strings by rejecting federal coronavirus aid.
According to the Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM), Brady recently joined dozens of other Texas municipalities with populations under 50,000 in rejecting federal money doled out in response to the pandemic. The Brady City Council turned down $1.3 million offered through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The council unanimously voted to send back nearly $675,000 it has already received and to decline a second payout scheduled for next year.
The U.S. Treasury manages the distribution of ARPA funds to Texas counties and cities with populations above 50,000. The TDEM distributes funding to smaller jurisdictions. The Texas legislature appropriated $16.3 billion in ARPA funds.
The U.S. Department of the Treasury contractually obligates governments taking ARPA money to comply with a long list of stipulations.
“Recipient agrees to comply with the requirements of section 603 of the Act, regulations adopted by Treasury pursuant to section 603(f) of the Act, and guidance issued by Treasury regarding the foregoing. Recipient also agrees to comply with all other applicable federal statutes, regulations, and executive orders, and Recipient shall provide for such compliance by other parties in any agreements it enters into with other parties relating to this award.” [Emphasis added]
The contract includes a list of applicable federal acts but does not detail what executive orders would apply. According to The Texan, activist Sheila Hemphill told the council “all other applicable” directives could include vaccine mandates, contract tracing programs, and any future coronavirus directives the federal government issues.
In an interview, Hemphill told The Texan that all city employees would be treated as “federal contractors” and bound by federal employment directives if Brady accepted the funding.
According to the unofficial meeting minutes, Councilwoman Jane Huffman opposed taking the funds, saying, “We live here in Brady because we want to be left alone. We want to control what happens in our community.”
Back in 2016, at least four local communities rejected HUD funding in order to avoid the onerous regulations. The HUD Affirmatively Further Fair Housing (AFFH) regulations total 377 pages. They give unelected HUD bureaucrats broad powers over grant recipient communities, including the power to reverse electoral decisions by local voters and force them to join “regions” against their wishes. Under AFFH, the federal government can control zoning, planning, land use, location of public transportation, and even the socioeconomic diversity of elementary and secondary classrooms.
While federal money with its promise of funding wonderful projects is an enticing carrot, a large stick inevitably follows close behind. By taking federal money, cities, towns, counties and states forfeit control over their own communities. Instead, bureaucrats in D.C. get to dictate and direct local concerns.
The best way to maintain local control is to reject federal funding and all the strings that inevitably come attached.
Federal money isn’t about helping poor people. It’s about command and control. State and local governments can’t complain when they willingly let the feds bribe them into relinquishing control.
But they can refuse the money.
This is the simplest and most effective nullification strategy there is: if you don’t want federal control, don’t take federal money. It’s as simple as that.

Hundreds marched to Flemington Racecourse in protest of Premier Daniel Andrews’ proposed pandemic bill.
In an unusual scene, police facilitated the peaceful anti-Dan protest—even blocking roads for the protesters.
Chanting ‘kill the bill’, the group arrived at the Melbourne Cup entrance, where 10,000 punters were slowly allowed in after showing their vaccine passports.
Following speeches and chants, the protest marched back to Footscray Park to enjoy a family-friendly picnic.
For almost two years, the government and mainstream media have told us these protesters are “violent thugs looking for a fight with police”.
This event proves that narrative as fake news. When police are willing to uphold the right to protest, there is no violence.
The protest was diverse, but the message was uniform: Kill the bill.
Fifty-six thousand people have signed a petition to the Governor who holds the power to stop the legislation from being enacted.

Only 20% of Bulgaria, which has a population of 7 million, has been jabbed with the experimental mRNA injection.
RAIR Foundation USA correspondent Tania Groth was on the scene in Varna, Bulgaria, on Thursday, at a demonstration held by restaurant associations and various freedom fighters to protest the government’s authoritarian green pass program. Thousands marched in different cities across the country under their motto, “All together! For health, work, future, security!”.
The protest came after the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association came out with alarming data showing the effects of the green pass on their businesses and workers. A green pass is a paper document or app that proves the holder has been thoroughly “vaccinated” or recovered from the coroanvirus. It grants them access to indoor restaurants, bars, cafes, and other indoor venues. There was more than an 80% drop in turnovers and visits to restaurants in the first two days after the “green certificate” became mandatory to visit places for food and entertainment.
The decline of patrons is proportional to the low number of people vaccinated in Bulgaria. Only 20% of Bulgaria, which has a population of 7 million, has been jabbed with the experimental mRNA injection. This puts the county last in the European Union, with an average of 69% fully vaccinated.
“Although most of the industry has made serious efforts and provided staff to meet the requirements, there are no customers. Some of the most profitable restaurants in Bulgaria even experienced a day with 0 reservations.
Restaurants across Bulgaria are closing with each passing day,” explains organizers. With the rapidly rising prices of electricity, fuel, and food. Their incomes are not able to cover household expenses. Businesses like restaurants and their workers are doomed, explained protesters.
According to the protesters, the green passes implemented by Stoycho Katsarov, the Minister of Health, are highly discriminatory and have led to the total depopulation of their establishments. “There are no economic measures to support the affected businesses and keep the work of employees – zero,” explained the organizers.
The protest was organized by the Alliance of Tourist Industry in Bulgaria, Bulgarian Association of Restaurants, Association of Restaurants in Bulgaria, Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association, Bulgarian Health and Fitness Association, Bulgarian Association of Retail Centers, representatives of children’s centers, and others.

If people who torture animals are psychopaths, then what are government officials who use taxpayer dollars to fund animal torture? Many are asking this question in the wake of revelations that the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci – high priest of the COVID cult – funded medical “research” involving the torture of puppies. This led “Fire Fauci” to trend on Twitter, and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) to call for his resignation.
The puppy torture story was followed by disclosures that the federal government funded the testing of experimental AIDS vaccines on orphans. Many of the orphans used as human guinea pigs subsequently died, and nurses who assisted in these experiments reported that many children got sick immediately after receiving the vaccines.
Testing dangerous drugs on orphans and torturing puppies in the name of “science” is certainly shocking, but is it really surprising that government would fund these types of activities? What is the difference between using orphans and puppies for cruel experiments in the name of protecting public health and killing innocent children in drone attacks in the name of stopping terrorism?
Ironically, these revelations come when Congress is on the verge of allowing the federal bureaucracy to destroy what remains of our medical privacy. Both the Senate and House versions of the Labor, Education, and Health and Human Services Appropriations bill remove the prohibition on the development of a “unique patient identifier.”
The prohibition on funding for the unique patient identifier, which I sponsored, has been in place since 1998. The push to allow the government to force every American to obtain a unique patient identifier is being justified as a means to efficiently monitor Americans’ “contact and immunization” status.
When I began fighting the unique patient ID in the 1990s, my opponents denied that medical identifiers would make it impossible to ensure confidentiality of medical records. Now, they are saying we should support medical identifiers because they allow government officials, employers, schools, airlines, and even stores and restaurants to discover what, if any, vaccinations or other medical treatments we have or have not received. The result of the identifier will be a medical caste system, where those who refuse to follow the mandates or advice of the “experts” are denied opportunities to work, receive an education, or even go to church or enjoy a night out on the town.
A unique patient identifier will weaken health care by making individuals reluctant to share personal information—such as drug and alcohol use and past sexual history—with health care providers. It will also discourage sick individuals from seeking medical care for fear their physicians will discover they are unvaccinated, smoke, are overweight, or engage in other unapproved behaviors.
A unique medical ID could also be tied to government records of gun purchases. Someone with “too many” guns could be labeled a potential mental health risk and harassed by law enforcement. This is especially likely if the gun grabbers are successful in their push to enact “red flag” laws in every state.
Fortunately, there is a growing resistance to vaccines and other mandates. This resistance is unlikely to passively accept a federally-issued unique patient identifier. If those of us who know the truth take advantage of the opportunity presented by the resistance to COVID tyranny, we can not only stop the scheme to force every American to obtain a “unique patient identifier” but end all government control of our health care.

Though the number of NYC fire houses that may shutter beginning today is still unknown, the number could reach into the ‘dozens’ according to multiple media reports. Ansbro added:
“Every time any single company is out of service, the response time in that area is affected,” he explained. “If this company was out of service and one of you were to drop of a heart attack right now, if they were in service, they’d be here in a minute. If they were out of service, another firehouse in the area has to get here. Your response time to your heart attack is affected by this company being out of service. Our system is a web where we’re constantly picking up slack for other companies, based on their responses.”
As Mayor Bill De Blasio’s heavy-handed COVID-19 vaccine mandate officially goes into effect today for NYC’s 378,000 city employees, as many as 10,000 workers have either outright resisted or plan to stage a ‘sick-out’ this week.
It was de Blasio who early on in the city’s vaccine rollout could be seen at press conferences pushing the corporate jabs, and even while feasting on a greasy burger and fries.
Now, his insistence that his city’s workforce, made up of thousands of firefighters and other first responders, should submit to the vaccine or be docked pay, could cripple The Big Apple’s ability to respond to all kinds of emergencies as the winter and holiday season approaches.

On October 26, 2021, Victorians were appalled to learn about the new legislation being pushed by the maniacal, power-drunk psychopath (Dan Andrews, Premier of Victoria, Australia) in which gives himself and his cronies unlimited, dictatorial power over all Victorians. This has ignited the fire within many Australians who are now strongly speaking out against this horrific medical tyranny.

If this new legislation goes through, it will carry catastrophic consequences for us all. If the obedient masses turn a blind eye and allow this law to be passed, they will condemn their own children to a life of servitude and slavery, that is if their children survive.
Those found “intentionally and recklessly” breaching health orders would face two years in jail or a $90,000 fine, while the Premier would get draconian powers to declare pandemics.

The Victorian Opposition has described the laws as an ‘attack on democracy’ and vowed to oppose them at every turn.
‘Under these laws Victorians face a $21,909 fine for failing to wear a face mask and business a $109,044 fine if a customer fails to check-in properly,’ Opposition leader Matthew Guy said.
The bill has been drafted after consultation with three crossbench MPs to guarantee it will pass this week or next month despite the opposition from the Liberals and Nationals.
The new laws will replace the state of emergency powers which expire on December 15 when they will have been in place for 21 months.
The Opposition fears they could be used to re-impose lockdowns in the near future.
‘These new laws aren’t about streamlining State of Emergency powers but about making it easier for the State Government to control people’s lives,’ Mr Guy said.
‘Daniel Andrews wouldn’t be passing these laws unless he planned on using them.
‘The thought of handing even more power to the person who got us into this mess is simply unacceptable.
‘This extreme legislation is a threat to every Victorian family, small business and local community. It must be stopped.’

Victorian opposition leader Matthew Guy accused the Andrews government of drafting “the most extreme” pandemic legislation of any state or territory in Australia.

Acting speaker, I have been in this place for 15 years and, without fear of exaggeration, I can honestly say that I’ve never seen a worse piece of legislation that gives — not the government of the day, but the premier of the day –unprecedented and draconian and dictatorial power.
Now putting aside for the moment, that when an ordinary, pedestrian, run-of-the-mill bill comes in this place, the minimum that the opposition, and indeed, the people of Victoria have — the minimum time that they have to review the legislation is two weeks. That’s the standard in this place. Two weeks.
This legislation came to us this morning — a scant seven or eight hours ago — 120 pages of legislation that will have the most far-reaching impacts on every one of the six and a half million people that live in the state. [It] will have huge impacts on all those people in a way — in a greater way — then the government has had impact on them in the past two years.
Now I shouldn’t have to stand up in this place, I think, Speaker, and explain to those opposite the difference between intent and what is actually in a bill. I shouldn’t have to explain that.
Because this bill allows the government to do an extraordinary number of things that ordinary Victorians would be horrified with.
And to hear the government in their press conferences get up and say ‘Ah yeah, but we wouldn’t use it that way’ is just a ridiculous comment from a government that just is trying to pull the wool over ordinary Victorian’s lives.
This bill will allow detention without cause.
This bill will allow arbitrary arrest.
This bill will allow discrimination of people based on race, sexuality, sex, gender, disability, religion, political beliefs.
That’s what this bill allows.
And if the health minister and the premier don’t want to use the bill for those things, then put clauses in that narrow it. Because, at the moment, that’s what the bill allows.
And it is just an unbelievable situation that the government, the Labor Party — you come in day after day and talk about the commitment to getting rid of discrimination, insuring that we don’t discriminate against any class of person ever — come in with a bill that actively allows one man, the premier of the state, to discriminate against all sorts of classes.
And if we think for a moment, if Victorians actually think for a moment, that this premiere, who has let them down so badly in the last 18 months, who has stripped two years out of our children’s lives, who damaged their education. their well-being , their mental health — has been the cause of thousands of businesses to go bankrupt and closed the doors. You only have to walk down the street, out the front doors of this parliament, to see For Lease signs on empty shops — over and over and over again.
Do you think people who were trapped on the other side of the New South Wales border — for weeks and weeks and weeks — believe that this premiere will not use these draconian powers to continue to hurt them?
Do you think that Victorians who were sent scrambling for the border at New Year’s Eve last year, sitting in a queue until three or four in the morning with babies and children — do you think they believe this premiere won’t use these dictatorial powers?
Do those parents who have home-schooled their kids, week after week after week — do you think they believe this premiere when he says he won’t use these dictatorial powers?
Do you think they believe a premier who says ‘Hey Victorians, we don’t want to be like New South Wales. We’re just going to have a short, short lockdown. Seven days…
It is a joke but I have to say it anyway. You know, it’s too serious to joke but, you know, they say the worst part of a seven-day lockdown is the first three weeks.
It is ridiculous that this government expects that people will believe that they won’t use the powers that are in this legislation.
If you’re not going to arbitrarily arrest people, then take it out of the bills.
If you’re not going to discriminate based on religion or political persuasion they take it out of the bill.
If you’re not going to arbitrarily detain people — Premier, take it out of the bill.
If you’re not going to declare a pandemic and give yourselves the opportunity to impose these orders and directions on Victorians when there isn’t a pandemic in the state, let alone the country, then take it out of the bill.
It’s in the bill because you’re going to use it.
No Victorian believes you are not going to use the powers because they have heard, day after day, the premier get up in front of a press conference… lecture them, tell them off, never take any blame…

On Saturday I realised something inconceivable. For the past 18 months, Victoria has been living a real-life version of the Princess Bride.
COVID-19 and the unending, world-record-holding lockdowns swept away all sense of hope, and we reluctantly agreed to a loveless marriage with Prince Humperdanck, in order to get some sense of freedom back. We unwittingly complied our way into tyranny in the hopes of escaping it.
We are at once Buttercup and Westley – dead inside at the loss of our true state of being, while also cannily undercover in search of a better future.
Through the Fire Swamp of the pandemic and its associated strangling rules we toiled. (Buttercup: ‘We’ll never survive.’ Westley: ‘Nonsense, you are only saying that because no one ever has.’) Yet even after emerging wounded and triumphant, we ultimately decided that the only way to save ourselves was to sell out the brave half and submit to the plans of Prince HumperDanck. We didn’t realise then the extent of his nefarious plans… permanent pandemic powers.
Victoria’s Westleys have been stretched out on a torture rack of ‘lockouts’ and false imprisonments for breaches of health orders and are now ‘mostly dead’, while the Buttercup part of us still hopes naively that she will be saved. She trusts Prince HumperDanck’s vague promises and cannot yet see through his thinly veiled sneers.
We are in need of a true miracle. A banding together of the health systems’ Miracle Max’s who have been sidelined and silenced by AHPRA, a cobbling together of the motley ones among us – the friendly rhyming giants and inebriated swordsmen (I’m looking at you, construction workers) who have all but given up on the chance to avenge the evils done to them in the past.
Our marriage day approaches. Prince HumperDanck’s plans to sacrifice his bride in order to gain more power are afoot. He has cleared the thieves forest and banished our allies out of Parliament. He has entrusted the keys of the city to Brett Sutton (‘I have no gate key’…. ‘Fezzik, tear his arms off’, ‘Oh you mean THIS gate key?’) and is scrambling to get through the ceremony in record time before the spectre of Westley returns to save us.
We are hopeless and contemplate plans to end it all. But we need to hear this: there is a shortage of most liveable cities in the world, and it would be a shame to lose ours. Even though it feels as if all is lost, we need reminding of the fact that we never, in fact, said ‘I do’.
Prince HumperDanck flounces in to finish us off. We bluff through the last of our strength and finally stagger to our feet.

Obviously, in no way are we advocating violence against our Premier or the government, but it is time for us to gather together the motley crew and mobilise against this tyranny. Using every legal method available, let’s remember that we fight for a once wonderful state and ultimately, for the future of our children. Let’s rediscover our unity and hope and not let this targeted attempt to destroy us, succeed. We are more than this, Victoria!

Leaders sound alarm against Andrews’ grab for legislated absolute power

FREEDOM fighters across the nation have sounded the alarm over the psychopath Andrews’ full dictatorship takeover plans for Victoria, which will inevitably spread to other states with the endorsement of his pathetic, serial lying mate Scott Morrison.
All major party MPs – Liberal, Labor, Nationals and Greens – are complicit in Andrews’ horrendous Public Health and Wellbeing Amendment (Pandemic Management) Bill 2021 that would give the Premier authority to declare a pandemic. It also gives the health minister, rather than chief health officer, the role of making health orders.
In a Zoom call on Friday night protest leaders all sounded a unified message – stop this legislation or lose Australia. The protest leaders (see names below) who live in Victoria are all targets of Andrews’ legislation under his “more complete” fascist/communist dictatorship. The others will be also.
Already facing bogus “incitement” charges laid by Andrews’ Gestapo are Victorians Fanos Panayides, Monica Smit and Topher Field, while Nick Patterson was intercepted and viciously assaulted on the street by cops without provocation while walking with his activist friends. He was jailed and released as was his fellow Christian pastor friend Paul Furlong.
Topher Field, the most recent target of Andrews and his thugs, said voters in coming elections needed to understand that the preferential voting system would only work for the smaller parties if they were all numbered in preference above the main parties who need to be numbered last on ballots or left off altogether.
Retired Qantas pilot Graham Hood said every MP across Australia needed to be told they are in danger of losing their seat because of the legislation. “There are white crosses on battlefields all around the world because of the freedoms attacked in this bill,” he said. “People need to realise that this draconian legislation will be used in every other aspect of our lives … the spirit of Australia will die if this goes through.”
Cairns News endorses the efforts of these patriots and has been calling out Andrews as a dictator since early 2020 when he first plunged Victoria into its series of lockdowns, designed to implement the dystopian, totalitarian “Great Reset” society advocated by the World Economic Forum in which the masses “own nothing but will be happy”.
But the major political parties and the mainstream media are too “intellectually sophisticated” and invested in the Davos crowd and their “benefits” to entertain such “conspiracy theories” as are the 13 Victorian QCs who have issued a limp-wristed “public letter of concern” over the powers given the premier in the bill. Andrews must be terrified … excuse the sarcasm.
Victoria’s Liberal-National Party coalition certainly have spoken out against the bill, but all Andrews needs to do to invoke their obedience is to get his dirty little CHO Sutton to arrange a rash of “Delta variant” outbreaks and “cases” and those weaklings will fold – especially when the mainstream media pushes the panic button. Note how Andrews and Sutton are keeping the “case” and “death” numbers up, while at the same time spouting “freedom”.
Andrews can also rely on the moronic, brainwashed responses of corporate industry representatives like Tim Piper of the Australian Industry Group who told 3AW: “It is what it is, it’s an IH&S law and nothing will change that … It’s (the vaccine) is going to look after their colleagues, their businesses, themselves.”
Now with 20 months of rule by decree and the uncritical support of lame-brained corporate and media types behind him the dictator’s psychotic lust for power is clearly not satiated yet. He wants those powers made his own exclusively. All he needs to do is buy the votes of a few Victorian Upper House Members who hold the balance of power, namely Fiona Patten of The Reason Party, Samantha Ratnam of The Greens and Andy Meddick of the Animal Justice Party.
Patten, Meddick and Ratnam are all pushers of trendy leftist issues and Andrews can easily accommodate their demands. The corrupt former Labor minister Adem Somyurek who was sacked by Andrews could be a wild card in the process and, according to Monica Smit, there are at least three Labor MPs who do not like Daniel Andrews – but they would need to be in the Upper House (Legislative Council).
The bill for permanent pandemic laws means total abolition of freedom for all Victorians with indefinite lock downs (even with no pandemic), the ultimate power to make decisions in the hands of the premier who must only “consider” health advice from experts, targeting people based on “characteristics, attributes, circumstances”, fines of up to $90k for individuals and $450k for businesses, up to two years in prison for not following the rules.
“The only way stop this is to make some noise by any means necessary. Share this zoom, share our poster, talk about what this bill means to your friends, family, anyone who will listen. We need to make plenty of noise! The people of Victoria and Australia need to know about this,” the Zoom host Fanos posted.

In the name of “public health,” the New York City government this week has been telling city employees to take the experimental coronavirus “vaccine” shots by Friday at 5 p.m. or be fired, or as the city government terms it, “placed on leave without pay.” Plenty of city workers of all types upset by this attack on their freedom have been taking to the streets in large numbers to protest, often admirably joined by leaders of their unions.
Apparently, New York City garbagemen upset with their mistreatment have chosen to skip days of work as well. The result, detailed in a Thursday article by Jean Lee at NBC News is trash piling up in parts of the city as regularly scheduled trash collection fails to occur.
What to expect after the Friday deadline? Continued piling up of trash on New York City sidewalks, right next to where millions of people in the densely populated city live, work, shop, and play each day is a good bet. Lee quotes the president of the Sanitation Officers Association:
Joseph Mannion, president of the Sanitation Officers Association, fears the trash pileups might foreshadow a possible worker shortage on Monday if vaccination rates among sanitation workers don’t increase by Friday. He said that the sanitation department has been moving to snow season shifts — 12 hours instead of eight — in anticipation of a possible worker shortage.
‘Prepare for the worst and hope for the best,’ Mannion said.
But Mannion is skeptical and said that he knows many sanitation workers are “hardened in their beliefs” and will refuse vaccination, even if it means being put on unpaid leave.
‘I know more people are getting vaccinated, but is it going to change around 60 percent to 80 percent?’ asked Mannion. ‘I don’t know. I don’t think so.’
More and more people in New York City must be asking themselves which is a healthier, and more pleasant, option: (A) letting trash continue to pile up on sidewalks while 100 percent of garbagemen are confirmed to have taken the experimental coronavirus vaccine shots, or (B) having trash regularly cleared from sidewalks while letting garbagemen choose whether they take the shots? My guess is that most people will choose option B, especially if the trash keeps piling up for weeks or even months on end.

The deadline is looming for US Air Force personnel to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and many thousands are still refusing, according to the latest reports. For many at this point, it’s also too late to receive both jabs by the next Tuesday, Nov. 2 deadline. Other branches like the Navy have deadlines coming later in November, but the Air Force will be the first test case as it set the earliest deadline.
The Washington Post is now at the end of the week reporting that up to 12,000 Air Force personnel are still declining the vaccine, causing alarm within the top chain of command who are worried it will impact force readiness, particularly as some forces in key positions face discharge over their vax refusal. “The fact that it’s a choice leading to potential loss to readiness is striking,” a military policy analyst with the Center for a New American Security Katherine L. Kuzminski, told the Post.
Short of full discharge, those refusing the mandate could be charged under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), based on prior Defense Department statements. Currently some class action lawsuits are said to be underway among troops – including reservists – who argue the mandate violations their individual medical freedom and Constitutional rights.
When it comes to the Air Force especially, there’s a risk of losing pilots and technicians – people in elite and highly skilled positions – who have undergone years of prior training at a government and taxpayer cost of millions of dollars. The Hill summarizes the dilemma facing military top brass as follows:
However, with such a significant amount of service members rejecting the vaccine mandate, officials are faced with a dilemma — take action against those who rejected the mandate and possibly face serious setbacks within units that should be ready for a crisis, or go back on a wide-scale requirement established in August by the top military leaders.
If military leaders back down, it could set a precedent allowing personnel to more readily push back against future mandates – for example if a booster shot is ordered – something the Biden administration has signaled it may be prepared to do.
“The Air Force is the third-largest military service at 324,000 members, the Post noted. So even a small percentage of the ranks can be substantial,” The Hill summarizes further of the situation.
The US Navy is of similar size in terms of active duty members. The Navy and other branches are also at risk of seeing a mass exodus. Earlier this month a report in AFP underscored that “If all the services take the same hard line that the navy is taking, it risks losing as many as 46,000 troops, though presumably more will accept vaccinations before the deadline.” The Navy’s deadline is Nov.28 for all to be in full compliance.

Reacting to the increased violations of basic human rights all across EU, members of the European Parliament took a common stand in defence of the fundamental rights of all EU citizens, which are under threat now due to mandatory vaccination and abusive use of the Digital COVID Certificate.
Speaking at a press conference in Strasbourg, on 20 October 2021, they also gave voice to the severe concerns of hundreds of staff members working for the European Parliament, who live under threat of losing their jobs if they do not have the Digital COVID Certificate, aka Green Certificate.
The press conference called “Defending fundamental rights by opposing the misuse of Digital Green Certificate” was addressed by four MEPs: Christine Anderson (Germany, ID), Francesca Donato (Italy, NI), Ivan Vilibor Sinčić (NI, HR) and Cristian Terheş (ECR, RO). These MEPs decided to give voice to millions of European citizens who are fighting all across EU for their fundamental rights.
MEP Christine Anderson, after emphasising the importance of human rights, said:
“let me say this, I am not afraid of this virus. What I am afraid of is governments abusing this or any other «crisis» for that matter, to infringe on civil rights, to revoke them or to question freedom altogether.
What we have seen in this crisis is that civil rights and liberties have been transformed from fundamental rights to privileges that governments grant or revoke as they see fit. I call on all Europeans to stand up to any government trying to take away our freedom, civil rights and liberties!”
Lawyer and MEP Francesca Donato said that
“we have a really terrible situation in Europe today because human rights are not respected […] and all over Europe peaceful protests are violently repressed”.
Introduced as a tool to facilitate freedom of circulation, the COVID Certificate is now being used in many countries by national governments as a “compulsory” passport for every social activity, including employment – she stated – giving the example of Italy.
“And so we are forcing citizens to receive invasive and risky health treatments, because the informed consent that citizens are obliged to sign to receive the vaccines is not free: it’s an extorted consent. So, even when people have medical contraindications for receiving vaccines, they are obliged to take it. They are forced to do it because they would lose the job, would lose their fundamental rights if they don’t do it. And when these people have adverse effects, even very severe adverse effects, they don’t receive any free assistance. Even the reports of adverse effects are very rare. The data of adverse effects that we can read on papers are just underestimated.
So we have a medical issue which has turned into a democratic issue. We must all today stand for the defence of human rights in Europe, we must do it all together and we must do it now”, she concluded.
MEP Ivan Sinčić said that
“it is really sad to see freedoms, rights and rule of law endangered in Europe today. Unfortunately, in some countries you cannot keep your job without Digital Green Certificate, you cannot enter public buildings without DGC, you cannot enter a shop without DGC”.
He described the Digital Green Cert “as a license to spread and infect” that gives “a false sense of security”, since it is not protecting the person from getting or spreading the virus. The Digital Green Certificate “is completely illogical, it is not scientific and must be abandoned”, he added. Sinčić stated that he, also,
“fully support[s] the staff of European Parliament in their positions. The positions of nondiscrimination, non-segregation, the freedom to come to the workplace. This is their workplace along with us, the MEP’s”.
“My message to the staff is simple: You are not alone and fight for your rights! We are fighting along with you!”, he concluded.
MEP Cristian Terhes quoted from Art 46 of the original Digital Green Certificate regulation, which outlined the European Parliament’s desire to uphold fundamental human rights.
“Well, if we look now, a few months after this Green Certificate was imposed in the European Union, we see exactly the opposite, that all these rights that, allegedly were supposed to be protected by this regulation, are actually violated right now. People cannot work anymore and they live under the threat of losing their jobs and their livelihoods, if they don’t have this certificate. Is this the type of European Union that we want to build, that we want to accept?”, Terhes said.
Hundreds of people working for the Parliament are faced with the threat “that sooner than later, if they don’t have this Green Certificate, they will be losing their job. But they haven’t done anything wrong. This is the absurd situation. This is not fair to them, it is not fair to the citizens of this Union and it’s not fair to all of us”. For these reasons, “we are here for you and we will fight for you”, Terhes concluded.
The positions expressed publicly by these MEPs, in defence of fundamental rights, including of the staff working for the European Parliament, are shared by many others, who will join together to provide an active opposition to the constant attacks on fundamental rights caused by the misuse of the Digital COVID Certificate.

It’s hard to keep up with all that’s happening throughout Australia. Governments continue their push for total control of every aspect of our lives. At the same time, large numbers of Australians are waking up, standing up and speaking out against this assault on their freedom.
Most know by now that the Victorian government has made vaccination mandatory for “authorized workers“. Read Victoria’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for authorised workers explained.
A similar situation is unfolding in Western Australia: Mark McGowan says WA’s vaccine mandate is ‘absolutely necessary’ and ‘the right decision to keep people safe’
Woolworths and Coles supermarket chains have announced mandatory vaccination for all staff. They will sack employees who fail to comply.
Police in Victoria are making the news because more than 40 police were recently stood down from duty for failure to get the jab.
I haven’t been able to find information related to Australian Federal Police and vaccine mandates. The fact that it’s so hard to find makes me suspicious.
Australia’s bureaucrats have created a “special” list of people who don’t have to obey the “no jab, no job” rule.
We can confirm that among the exempt from mandatory vaccination are security guards and lawyers — all of whom have more physical contact with the public, by far, than the average citizen. Criminal lawyers not only interact with the public and courts regularly but also visit clients in jail. Yet they are exempt and the average person is not.
Then there is the exemption for court staff who have contact with all the people entering the courts each day.
This is “the elephant in the room” that no politician, nor any person enforcing these mandates on others, is prepared to address. Why aren’t they asking? Is it not bleeding obvious? We would all love to hear Daniel Andrews’ rationale and reasoning behind this.
As if to prove there is no limit to this tyrannical insanity, Victoria’s Premier Daniel Andrews announced that people who are “fully vaccinated” against Covid-19 will only remain as such if they agree to receive all existing and future booster shots. Many of us have wondered why the state of Victoria seems to be leading the way along the path to total tyranny. However, after learning that Victoria has been sold out to the globalist Strong Cities Network and China’s Belt and Road Initiative, the dots are starting to connect. Melbourne is the only city in Australia that has this “strong cities” classification. (Somehow the whole state of Victoria is included on the strong cities list.) More globalist control madness is hitting Australians in the form of drafted legislation which will force a Digital Identity onto all Australians by the end of 2021.

A particularly important aspect and intention of this government psyop is to divide the population into two camps, the unvaccinated versus vaccinated, where the vaccinated attack the unvaccinated.
We get a glimpse of that dynamic at the recent peaceful protest in St. Kilda, Victoria — an inner seaside suburb of Melbourne. As some protestors walk together through the streets, others picnicked on blankets outside of restaurants where they are not allowed inside unless they are vaccinated.
In the video of this event by Real Rukshan — at 00:45 timestamp — the camera pans to an outdoor café area beneath the Woolworths Supermarket sign. A presumably “vaxxed” man leans over his segregated eating area to yell at the passing protestors. When approached by police, he makes a hasty and cowardly retreat back to his chair behind the safety of the awning.
When caught up in the division psyop, people appear to share a common trait — a belief that they are entitled to verbally denigrate, insult and attack anyone who dares to hold a different opinion to theirs. Another common trait I’m observing in these “righteous souls” is COWARDICE.
In the video below, reporter Avi Yemini of Rebel News is covering a protest on Oct. 22nd, attended primarily by nurses and teachers. He is filming on Spring St., opposite Parliament House in Melbourne’s Central Business District. As he passes a segregated outdoor dining area, a man yells insults at him. As Avi approaches the man to give him a chance to express his views to a wider audience, the man becomes very aggressive and hostile. Of course, those in support of medical tyranny have reported that the irate man is the victim in this situation.

This week, a controversial new song has shot to No. 1 in the hip-hop charts, entitled, “Let’s Go Brandon” by Bryson Gray – a track which is riding on the wave of a popular crypto-political meme. The track was so popular on YouTube that the company’s censorship department in San Francisco was forced to take it down for fear it would garner tens of millions of views. The company removed Gray’s music video, claiming he was guilty of spreading “medical misinformation.” But the Orwellian move quickly backfired, as the track has now gone global viral on every conceivable platform, and is quickly becoming an anti-Biden and anti-Big Tech anthem. Worse yet, for the Democratic Party this incident threatens to further hemorrhage support among two key demographics: African-American voters and young males under 30.
For those who aren’t aware, the chant “Let’s Go Brandon” became popular after a NASCAR crowd was chanting “***k Joe Biden,” but the partisan reporter instead said to TV camera they were chanting for race winner, Brandon Bilt.

And today I was required to appear before the magistrates court of South Australia on a charge for refusing to comply with the directions for you to wear a mask — which happened on the 10th of April when I visited Adelaide. I arrived at Adelaide airport without a mask and I was charged $1000 for the pleasure.
Today was the magistrate’s hearing. It was done by telephone since I am in Sydney. The magistrate asked me what I wanted to do. I told him that I would be reading a prepared statement. It would be recorded and then I would hang up.
I started reading the statement — which you will hear shortly and has been distributed.
At a couple of points during the statement the magistrate attempted to speak but I continued making my statemen, and eventually he hung up. I continued reading this statement until its conclusion.

Cartoonist Michael Leunig, sometimes referred to as Australia’s “living national treasure,” has revealed that he was forced out of his position on the editorial page of The Age daily newspaper after publishing a political cartoon criticizing the government’s push for mandatory vaccination.
Speaking to The Australian on Monday, Leunig said that while the editorial team has censored about a dozen of his works this year, the last straw appeared to be an anti-mandate cartoon which was a play on the iconic ‘tank man’ photo. Leunig’s cartoon shows a man staring down a tank, with its main gun being replaced by a syringe.
The original photo depicts a lone Chinese protester standing before a line of tanks during the 1989 pro-democracy protests at Tiananmen Square.
While his cartoon was rejected by The Age, Leunig published the drawing on Instagram, triggering backlash from the proponents of vaccine mandates.
Shortly after the controversy erupted, Leuning, who worked at the newspaper for over 20 years, was told that his services as a political cartoonist were no longer needed. The Age’s editor, Gay Alcorn, reportedly told the artist that he was “out of touch” with readers before notifying him of his dismissal. While Alcorn praised Leuning as “brilliant” in a comment to The Australian, he confirmed that his works would no longer appear on the editorial page. The newspaper still plans to commision lifestyle cartoons from Leuning, however.
Leuning accused the newspaper of “wokeism and humorlessness,” defending the cartoon as an accurate reflection of the times.
“The Tiananmen Square image is often used in cartoons around the world as a Charlie Chaplin-like metaphor for overwhelming force meeting the innocent powerless individual. In my view, it is a fair enough issue to raise in the most locked-down city in the world,” the cartoonist said, referring to Melbourne, which set a record for the longest cumulative Covid-19 lockdown after shutting down for 262 days.

Several days ago, at a freedom rally in Italy, a former magistrate in Rome, Angelo Giorgianni, took to the stage to condemn the government’s handling of the coronavirus. The judge slammed the country’s “Green Pass” and called for a new round of Nuremberg trials against the current ruling class. Furthermore, he called the government’s mRNA experimental injection mandates “crimes against humanity.”
Judge Giorgianni was the section president of the Messina Court of Appeal, co-author of the book “State massacre – The hidden truths of Covid-19”. The judge decided to leave the judiciary stating that he would rather resign from the judiciary than limit his ability to speak freely:
My freedom of expression has been limited…If the fact of wearing the toga must limit me to expressing my opinion on the legitimacy of acts or measures, or worse still to report criminally relevant facts, even if they concern representatives of institutions, so I prefer to leave the toga.
While speaking with reporters, the judge explained that he had previous vaccines but would not take this one. He continued,
There is an important battle at stake because there are those who want to limit our freedom of thought and impose their own vision. I could not remain a magistrate because I want to be able to speak freely against this part of the state that wants to impose its ideas on us. I am a person of my word, I said I would resign and I did.
Giorgianni demands that the Elites who have harmed the public in the name of protecting people from coroanvirus be tried in a “new Nuremberg,”

The Nuremberg Code is a set of research ethics and principles that resulted from the prosecution of Nazis after World War II due to their forced medical experimentation on Jews and others whom the Nazis defined as less than human. USA Today explains,
Trials aimed at holding Nazis accountable for the Holocaust were held in Nuremberg, Germany, between 1945 and 1949. There were 13 proceedings, one of which was the Doctors’ Trial, which began in December 1946.
Twenty-three doctors and administrators were charged with committing war crimes and crimes against humanity for killing concentration camp inmates and conducting forced medical experiments on them, according to Harvard Law School’s Nuremberg Trials Project. Seven defendants were sentenced to death, nine were sentenced to prison and seven were acquitted.
The Nuremberg Code was borne out of that trial. Its core tenets provide clearer guidance on the rights of human subjects in scientific research.

Western governments are guilty of forcing people to take experimental mRNA shots that have not undergone proper clinical trials. In addition, physicians seem to have violated the standards they must conform to when carrying out experiments on human subjects.

Recently, tens of thousands took to the streets in Bern, Switzerland to protest the government’s unconstitutional vaccine mandates, and Orwellian vaccine passport or “Green Pass” medical apartheid system.
Citizens are opposing the draconian moves en mass, and are now accusing the government of using bureaucratic deception by attempting to implement mandatory vaccinations “through the back door.”
In September, the Swiss government announced it would extend the use of the “Covid certificate” which shows a person’s vaccination status, or whether they tested negative or supposedly recovered from COVID-19, giving then access to indoor venues like restaurants, events, and sports and leisure activities. The measure which applies to individuals aged 16 and over, will remain valid until the end of January 2022, or longer if public health officials decide to extend the ‘health emergency’.
The government also invoked a radical decree which states that any visitors who were vaccinated in third countries will have to test every 3 days in order to gain entry into indoor dining areas throughout Switzerland, placing the Switzerland Tourism (ST) department under incredible stress as it watched the bottom drop out its tourism business.
Many of the new vaccine apartheid rules are proving to be extremely unpopular in different sections of society. In September, students at several universities across the country staged protests against the mandatory use of controversial “Covid certificates” required to attend college courses.

A group of librarians from the Toronto Public Library is saying no to being forced to take the jab as a condition of employment. Librarians elsewhere are doing the same.
And they – along with thousands of others from coast to coast to coast — are also participating in a nation-wide strike this coming Monday.
Some of the Toronto Public Library (TPL) employees wrote an open letter standing against the library’s draconian Covid vaccination policy. The library’s directors posted the policy on the TPL website on August 19, stating it was effective as of Sept. 2. But it wasn’t easy to find. And it wasn’t until Sept. 2 [corrected Oct. 23 (previously had ‘Sept. 22’] that the directors informed the employees about it via email.
The policy matches that of the City of Toronto. It requires all employees to have disclosed their vaccination status by September 20 and to be double-jabbed by October 30.
It was imposed despite extremely few library staff testing positive for Covid.
And instead of working with employees, the library has hired a high-priced law firm to punch back at anyone who challenges the policy.
Management is softening their language a little bit — for example now saying disclosure of vaxx status is voluntary rather than mandatory. But they are poised to fire anyone who doesn’t comply. They’re also severely harassing anyone who resists.
They’re also not honouring employees’ medical or religious exemptions. And they don’t care if employees have had severe reactions to vaccines in the past, or they are pregnant and are about to go on maternity leave.
One person who was resisting the jab felt she had no choice and got it – only to end up in an emergency room with a heart condition. Her family doctor was afraid to write an exemption letter for her, but maybe her cardiologist will be brave enough to write one. It’s doubtful, though, whether the TPL will accept it.
As a direct consequence of all of this some librarians have become clinically suicidal.
Those unwilling to get the shots are continuing to talk and email with management to try to come to some compromise, but the deadline is looming. Their union also is not helping them.
In their open letter, the librarians who are pushing back called out the highly paid directors who “are now threatening, bullying and intimidating us with discipline, up to and including dismissal, for not disclosing our medical records and/or not choosing to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
“Hundreds, if not thousands of us, are now facing coercive policies that disregard foundational principles of library work, privacy and democracy,” they wrote.
In their open letter, they also point out that, “In 2019 the City Librarian Vickery Bowles made a public show of defending feminist Meghan Murphy’s right to free speech, but now will not respect the right to medical freedom and privacy of library workers.”
The letter explains that Bowles and the other directors have refused to answer “direct, specific questions related to the legality of their own COVID-19 vaccination policy.”
Those questions include, “Can you advise if any of the laws which protect an individual’s rights to privacy and medical confidentiality in Canada have been repealed?” and, “Are you claiming the TPL’s COVID-19 Vaccination policy nullifies an individual’s privacy under the [federal] Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, 2020 (PIPEDA)?”
They also ask about other major documents the policy contravenes such as Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act and library workers’ contracts.
One of the librarians who is resisting told me in a telephone interview that, “We do not want to be seen as non-compliant or insubordinate or ignoring the policy or ignoring the mandatory training for those who don’t disclose their status. … Instead we are asking questions, and … that changes the power dynamics” and puts the burden of proof on the directors.
However, rather than responding to these questions, the directors have “dismissed, gaslit and completely ignored [the library workers],” the open letter points out. “[In addition,] our medical and religious exemptions that we were assured would be honoured have been denied, without cause.”
The open letter includes a call to action to the public: “If you love the library and what it should stand for, freedom, democracy, and the right to privacy, please consider making your voices heard and letting these directors know” via https://www.torontopubliclibrary.ca/contact/.
The letter ends by saying, “If you would like to reach out to the librarians and library workers who are being censored please contact us here: torontobodylibrary@gmail.com.”
Another librarian created the website ethicallibrarian.com to push back.

And I’ve also heard from librarians elsewhere in Canada who similarly have been betrayed by their managers and unions.
“Being a librarian is a dream job,” one Toronto librarian told me. “I love doing programs for children, and helping them pick their next favourite book. …
“My co-workers say, ‘You made a choice [to not get vaxxed].’ I say, ‘No. I’m living my life – and the library made a choice. I’m not planning to get fired based on not taking a medication.’ And the crazy thing is that six months ago my colleagues would have agreed with me that what’s happening is insane.”
But they’ve succumbed to the constant stream of fear and pro-vaxx propaganda.

When government mandates related to experimental coronavirus “vaccines” are thrust on businesses, it is heartening to see businesses refusing to comply. It is especially great to see a business back up its noncompliance with a well-stated, freedom-centered explanation.
Check out below the explanation In-N-Out Burger provided this week for the company’s restaurant in San Francisco refusing to comply with the San Francisco government’s demand that the restaurant enforce the city’s vaccine passport mandate:
As a Company, In-N-Out Burger strongly believes in the highest form of customer service and to us that means serving all Customers who visit us and making all Customers feel welcome. We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government. It is unreasonable, invasive, and unsafe to force our restaurant Associates to segregate Customers into those who may be served and those who may not, whether based on the documentation they carry, or any other reason.
We fiercely disagree with any government dictate that forces a private company to discriminate against customers who choose to patronize their business. This is clear governmental overreach and is intrusive, improper, and offensive.
Hopefully, In-N-Out Burger’s example of bold freedom-centered action against vaccine mandates will inspire many more businesses to take similar action.
Over the past year and a half, governments at all levels in America have taken huge steps in the exercise of tyrannical powers in the name of countering coronavirus. Power gained is often only grudgingly given up. It will take many individuals and businesses boldly declaring “no more” and “never again” to ensure limitations on government power are respected.

I have thought it over very carefully and have decided to take the government’s advice and be really scared. “In fear” is, after all, the only way to live.
There is a one in a thousand chance that I might die with Covid whilst suffering from coincidental illness such as terminal cancer, diabetes or decapitation in a road accident. I am particularly at risk if I lick the face of anyone carrying Covid.
This is obviously too big a risk to take as it makes dying of Covid as likely as drowning in my bath or being decapitated by a low-flying gannet. And these are pretty scary odds.
So I have decided that I have no other choice this winter than to follow the instructions of those nice people in the government, vax industry, and MSN and other benign crime syndicates who are completely trustworthy and NEVER lie or bend the truth to suit any agenda whatsoever. I am therefore going to do the following:
1. Get injected with a Covid vaccine. I don’t mind which one as they all seem equally unsafe, so that is enough to put my mind at rest.
2. Get injected with a second shot so I am fully locked and loaded with whatever secret therapeutic agents such as graphene oxide are in the shots.
3. Get injected with the third booster when the first two shots fall a bit short of actually working, which of course is reassuringly normal and to be expected of a vaccine. The ridiculously over-optimistic notion that vaccines stop you catching or spreading a disease is a falsehood put about by the Enemies of Vaccines to create false hopes that they will work and thus causes people to be miffed with the vaccine industry and their salesmen in government when they don’t.
4. Then get injected with the fourth booster that will protect me when the first three shots unexpectedly yet reassuringly don’t work.
5. Get injected with any other boosters the aforementioned trustworthy, benign and almost saintly people make up as they go along, such is their devotion to my well being.
6. I am confident that all these chemical agents injected into my body will have no cumulative ill-effects whatsoever even though this has never been tested (or experienced) before. After all, the government and manufacturers do not seem at all worried and that’s good enough for me. Therefore, I will add the flu shot and any booster flu shots deemed mandatory (voluntary) to not protect me from flu.
If I do all these things, nothing could possibly go wrong with my immune system because it is a well known fact that the human body has evolved over millions of years into needing lots of pharmaceutical products to stay alive.
I can be absolutely sure that if I do the above, the last thing I am likely to die of is Covid19.

There’s a phenomenon that is occurring as the planscamdemic narrative is beginning to break down, and that phenomenon is not only the bifurcation of the culture, but of the workplace as well, a phenomenon hastened by the ridiculous “one size fits all” mandate-and-medicine policy of the regime of President* Bidenenko. Consider: one result of the “narrative” has been that more and more parents were able to see exactly what their children were being subjected to in Amairikuhn edgykayshun; some have responded by pulling their children out of the schools completely, other by protesting local school boards and in some cases, getting those boards fired and overturned. One local mayor consulted a judge on the law, showed up to the school board meeting and demanded the board all resign – immediately – or face charges of child pornography and abuse. On the professional front of medicine, law enforcement, or fire control, medical professionals, policemen, and firemen are resigning their jobs, rather than take the questionable injections. And then, of course, there’s Southwest Airlines cancelling many of its flights, thousands of flights by some estimates. The narrative they coughed up is laughable: weather and “staffing difficulties.” Apparently the storm clouds were gathering only over Southwest and no other airlines serving the same cities Southwest serves. The real explanation, of course, is that Southwest pilots and flight crews called a mass “sick out” in protest of the company’s quackcine mandates. It’s an ironic development for an airline that started as an employee-owned and run airline.
Notice what the end result of all of this is: a professional employee pool is being created of people who do not subscribe to government mandated narratives, from education, to medicine, to law enforcement, and so on. In other words, we’re watching the bifurcation of the workplace along general cultural-philosophical lines.
During our recent Solari third quarter wrap up talk, this development led Catherine Austin Fitts to note that this is the best emergent investment opportunity to emerge in a long time, to invest in these professional people and create parallel structures, a medical profession that’s “cash on the barrelhead” and so on.

This message mirrors the sentiments of Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong, who extracted his company from politics. In a blog post, he laid down the guardrails and gave severance packages to employees who were not satisfied with working in a company that refused to engage in political activism. He listed four specific things the company would not do:
- Debate causes or political candidates internally that are unrelated to work
- Expect the company to represent our personal beliefs externally
- Assume negative intent, or not have each other’s back
- Take on activism outside of our core mission at work
These four items were called professional behavior when I entered the corporate world 20 years ago. Unfortunately, even then, the legacy of affirmative action had morphed into “corporate diversity,” which turned the intent of Title VII entirely on its head. Rather than focus on merit and capability, employers started to focus on immutable characteristics and trying to balance them. It never quite worked.
Three cheers for Mr. Andrew Crapuchette. Now imagine this philosophy spreading – is it inevitably will and already is – and you get the picture: the radical left-authoritarian narrative of Mr. Globaloney is collapsing, and high time too. Imagine this philosophy spreading to that place from which all the current cultural ills have spread: the quackademy.
But until then, watch this development, because I strongly suspect those out-of-work professionals will band together, and create their own hospitals, schools, clinics, and even pharmaceutical companies and newspapers and publishing houses.
And if that be the case, I’m all for it.
